Chapter 1429: Little Tree Men Crashed to Death

Hit a wall? Everyone looked at each other, and Negris tentatively asked, "Are you saying you hit a prohibition?"

Ange shook his head, feeling confused; he just felt like he hit something, but it shouldn't be a prohibition.

"Try again? Durken, make a few more of these transmission devices with better materials," Negris said.

The device just couldn't withstand the energy impact, so it exploded. If we reassemble an identical one, it still won't handle it, and we might still not see what it hit.

Everyone was busy preparing, and on Ange's Star God Avatar, the Little Sapling suddenly spread out: "Yaya — Yaya — Yaya —"

After the Little Sapling finished, everyone looked at Ange; only he could understand the information it sent.

Feeling confused, Ange said, "It says, Little Tree Man, hit a wall."

"The Little Tree Man also hit a wall? Where did it hit the wall? Wasn't it with Luther and Lightning? Where did the two of them go?" Negris asked.

Ange shook his head: "Not it, spit out, Little Tree Man, died."

Everyone widened their eyes; did the Little Tree Men spitted out by the Spit melon die from collision?

"All... all died? What did they hit?" Negris asked in shock.

The Little Tree Men exchanged for from the Deceit Tree were all sent by Ange using the Spit melon to two stars likely hosting a Prime Material Plane, hoping for them to have a new space for growth.

These two stars were selected from Star Map data long observed by the Astrologer Association, highly likely to host a Prime Material Plane.

Of course, this 'likely' was just subjective speculation; they were too far away to see anything clearly, just chosen for their similar spectra to the Little Fireman Divine Star, hoping for similar Prime Material Plane existence there.

Even if not, it wouldn't matter; what's the Tree of Ten Thousand Realms' main function? To transform environments and cultivate life, isn't it? Even a deserted wasteland can be filled with blooming flowers.

To be safe, Ange chose two stars, not expecting them both to explode?

Ange shook his head; he didn't know what they hit, just knew from the Little Sapling that they all exploded. He couldn't even see what he hit earlier, let alone understand what the Little Sapling conveyed.

Negris hesitantly asked, "What you saw earlier, could it be projected by the Little Sapling? Did the Little Tree Men hit something? And the device happened to explode too?"

Ange looked at the Little Sapling, which tilted its head in confusion, causing Ange to unwittingly mimic the gesture.

Seeing them like this, Negris knew no answers would come from asking, and quickly interrupted, "Alright, alright, never mind that now; when did the Little Tree Men hit something?"

Little Sapling: Yaya Yaya.

Ange translated, "Just now."

"Just now? Sir, when were the Little Tree Men spit out? Can we know how far they were when they left?" Anthony asked.

This question should be directed at Spit melon, which was pulled out to answer offhandedly, providing a large range: "From six billion to a hundred billion kilometers."

"Why such a big difference between the nearest and farthest?" Negris asked in confusion.

Spit melon replied with a gruff voice, "Guessing. How should I know the exact distance they were spit to? I haven't been spit out myself; I only spit others. Sizes differ, densities differ, speeds won't be the same."

Negris rolled his eyes, "You were spit out to get here."

"Oh, right, but back then I was just a seed, hadn't sprouted yet, didn't know anything," Spit melon said.

"How can you not know anything but figure out how to spit things?" Negris retorted.

This ability to spit things across the Void isn't easy; even a human standing on the ground struggles to walk a straight line, let alone cover a hundred billion kilometers.

Missing by even a millimeter could mean missing by a billion kilometers.

"I learned after sprouting; what's strange about that?" Spit melon said.

The two were bickering while the rest had moved on, beginning to discuss, "If we calculate for a hundred billion kilometers, what could Little Tree Men hit?"

Anthony said, "Definitely not something ordinary; when the Little Tree Men were spit out, they were encased in shells, and those shells are very sturdy. Even if hitting something solid, damage is unlikely, so what they hit certainly isn't ordinary."

"Hit a God Star?" Durken speculated.

"No, because they were aimed at God Stars. The seeds of the Tree of Ten Thousand Realms can sprout on God Stars' surfaces," Anthony said.

If it's not God Stars or Planes, Ursman thought of a possibility, "Hit a cage wall?"

Due to the existence of the Gate of No Boundary, everyone was contemplating a new theory: they might still be in an Endless Cage. Although they emerged from the Boundless Space Hole, they hadn't left the Endless Cage, just reached the edge.

If this theory is true, could the Little Tree Men have hit the wall of the Endless Cage?

"Impossible, does the Endless Cage have walls? If it does, why call it Endless Cage? 'Endless' is its wall; if there's a wall, how did Spit melon get here, and how did King Fei Lie get here?" Negris didn't argue and immediately refuted.

Things deployed from Gemez Fortress showed that even if here still is an Endless Cage, there is no 'wall' and hitting something is unlikely; there must be another reason.

Others glanced at each other, nodding simultaneously in agreement. Ursman turned to ask Anthony, "How is your talk with the Gate of No Boundary? Can you find out where it leads?"

Anthony said, "I'm working on it; we can definitely ask, but I can't determine if what it says is true or false. So I'm preparing to pressure it for a while; when it can't hold back, judging its truth becomes easier."

Ursman nodded in agreement; everyone by now acknowledged Anthony's persuasive skills. If he felt the need to work through its psyche, he must have a reason.

"What do we do now?" Seeing everyone gradually fall silent, Negris asked anxiously.

Anthony shook his head, "What can we do? The Little Tree Men can't be saved; does Sir have their seeds stored?"

Ange nodded.

Anthony sighed in relief, "That's good; at least they left seeds. Let's study how to build a more robust transmission device. Should we deal with the Abyssal Big Mouth now?"

Pondering back and forth, Negris's earlier suggestion seemed more practical: dismantle the Abyssal Big Mouth and use its Abyss Core as material.

Durken thought long and hard, suggesting, "I came up with an approach: first casting a mold, coating its surface with crystal, then inscribing patterns before letting Sir use Soul Forging to forge them into a single entity."

"Is this feasible? What about the Devouring Power? How do we create such a large Devouring Force Field?" Negris asked.

"Directly use the Devouring Abyss; pull it around by something, orbit a God Star, using centrifugal force to create a Devouring Force Field," Xisluo said.

"Great idea, let's do it." Those who understood started acting, while those who didn't were bewildered, staring at each other, with only Ange engrossed in adjusting his new body.
