Point-of-View: Ariella Velle

When I fought him with Kai, I had a few moments of respite while Kai kept him busy, but in a one-on-one fight, his focus is entirely on me, so I can't take it easy or let my guard down for even a moment.

I began charging Mana through my arms and into my hands as a barrage of telekinetic blasts came shooting towards me, weaving through the air to evade them, before veering across to my left as a piercing telekinetic beam came zipping out with immense speed, grazing my right side, before I unleashed the Mana I'd charged into my hands, firing out a pair of wide, drilling beams of Negative Energy with an intense burst of force, the beams swirling with a rapid spiral as they shot down toward him with blinding speed.

He quickly burst out several consecutive shockwaves, his eyes widening as my beams drilled straight through his shockwaves, before he swung his right arm out and fired off a blast of telekinesis, launching himself across to the right, one of my beams grazing his right forearm, shredding his sleeve before ripping his skin to shreds, streaks of blood spraying out and splattering across the ground as his feet skidded across.

As I swooped down towards him, he leapt forward and blasted himself straight towards me, driving his left arm forward as an intense shimmer surrounded his fist, as I simultaneously drove my right fist towards him.

A deafening boom rang out as our fists collided against each other, our arms getting blown back upon impact as an explosive burst of flames and telekinesis erupted out, before I twisted my body and spun across rapidly, whipping my right foot towards his side.

He zipped up as fast as he could, grimacing as my foot slammed against his left knee, before he swung his arms down, hitting me with a crushing blast of telekinesis and sending me hurtling down towards the arena.

I let out a sharp gasp as my back slammed onto the ground with a jarring impact, before I quickly rolled out of the way as he came plummeting down towards me with immense speed, a powerful burst of telekinesis bursting out as his feet slammed onto the floor of the arena, before I slid across the arena as the force hit me.

I sprang back onto my feet and fired out a sharp burst of Negative Energy at him as he simultaneously unleashed a telekinetic blast, our attacks colliding against each other and erupting upon impact, a cloud of dust bursting out before I quickly flew up as several telekinetic spears came shooting out towards me through the dust cloud.

I let out a stifled hiss of pain as one of the spears sliced across the side of my right knee, blood streaming down my calf as it tore through my skin, before he shot through the dust cloud, coming to a stop right below me and unleashing a roaring burst of telekinesis up towards me, sending me shooting up towards the ceiling of the barrier.

As I slammed onto the top of the barrier, my vision blurring slightly upon impact, I rolled across the barrier as a volley of telekinetic spears came zipping up towards me, one of them bursting through the right side of my stomach, blood gushing out before I sent a rapid flurry of Negative Energy needles raining down towards him, spreading out my wings as my injuries healed and closed up.

He unleashed a telekinetic shockwave, blowing away most of the needles, a few slipping through and pinging off the telekinetic shimmer surrounding him, before I veered across as he whipped his right arm up and fired out a telekinetic slash at me, narrowly evading it before manifesting a couple of Negative Energy tendrils and whipping them down towards him, closing in on him before getting blown away as he unleashed a small but intense shockwave, a couple of beads of sweat running down the sides of his face.

This intensity is overwhelming, he's attacking relentlessly, forcing me to do the same, I can't stop focusing for even a second, it's wearing me down real fast...but that goes both ways, it's clearly affecting him too, his Spells are starting to get a bit weaker, firing off so many large-scale and powerful Spells in such quick succession is taking its toll.

I gritted my teeth as I drew my fists back and angled myself down, firmly planting my feet against the ceiling of the barrier before flapping my wings with all my strength as I simultaneously unleashed a pressurized burst of telekinesis from my feet, blasting myself down towards him.

He sprang back and launched himself back with an intense telekinetic burst from his hand, before his eyes widened as I lifted the trajectory of my descent with an angled Negative Energy eruption from my knees, shooting myself straight towards him as I chanted...

"[Super Accel FLAME LANCE]!!!" I roared, a devastating burst of flames erupting around my right arm and taking the shape of an intense, concenrated lance, swirling intensely with a fiery mix of orange and crimson.

The air around my arm shimmered intensely, before I drove it straight towards the middle of his chest.

At the last split-second, he twisted his body across, before yelling sharply as the swirling, piercing mass of flames struck his right arm, just above his elbow...he may have Elemental Immunity, but that won't protect him from the sheer force of my attack!

A sharp sizzle rang out as my flame lance reduced the fabric of his sleeve over that spot to ash, before his skin violently twisted as the lance pierced through and drilled in, tearing violent sprays of blood that promptly evaporated bursting out as I ripped through his flesh, the bone splintering and breaking apart with a sharp crunch as I tore more than half his right arm off.

His forearm and elbow plummeted and hit the ground with a thud as I shot past him, blood spraying out and splattering across his severed arm and the floor as my feet skidded across the arena as I spun around.

I let out a slow exhale as the immense heat around my arm dissipated and faded, before I mustered up my strength and shot towards him, forming shadowy Negative Energy spikes over my knuckles, crimson flames swirling around them.

He quickly propelled himself several meters away with a burst of telekinesis, backing away and getting some distance, before stemming the bleeding as he clamped a mass of telekinetic energy around the stump...
