A pretty tremendous amount of Mana, but the rest of the Archdemon's stats aren't particularly impressive, at least compared to the other Archdemons I've encountered. I should be able to handle him just fine at my current level.

He had short black hair, fully black eyes, a small mole on the left side of his chin, crooked teeth and scruffy facial hair. He had a slender build, and was a bit above average height.

That Concealment Demonic Art, that must be how he and the Wind Dragon stayed unnoticed, they must have been waiting till I got worn out and let my guard down to make their move.

I'm guessing that Demonic Art must be a purely defensive Skill, it likely deactivates if they launch an attack, otherwise I wouldn't have been able to react in time.

Exactly how long have they been there? Have they been watching us the whole time during this attack?

Let's have a look at the Wind Dragon's stats, Appraisal:

Name: Mistralia

Age: ???

Gender: Female

Height: 6'2"

Weight: 111 KG

Wind Generation

Wind Immunity

She's currently in her smaller, humanoid form, covered in vibrant green scales. Her wings were feathered, and she also had feathers on her forearms, shins and at the end of her tail, with gleaming yellow eyes and razor-sharp fangs and claws.

"<Uh, Master? Those two are both among the Demon Lord's Generals, the Archdemon is the eighth seat and the Dragon is the tenth seat>," Luxuria informed me.

Hm? The Archdemon outranks the Dragon? There's a fairly wide gap between their Power Levels, meaning the Archdemon must be highly skilled, at least in comparison to the Wind Dragon.

"<They do seem vaguely familiar>," Mused Invidia uncertainly.

"Huh? You mean you do not remember us, Raixel?" Responded the Archdemon in bewilderment.

"You truly are a vile existence...a lowly Greater Demon stealing the body of a Dragon, and now serving a human," Added the Wind Dragon in disgust.

"I suppose it does not particularly matter. Once we kill the human, his undead servants may possibly cease to exist."

"Are you daft? We were very specifically instructed to take the human in alive!"

"Oh, that's right...it slipped my mind. No matter. Oh, and you, undead Greater Demon, you are a bit mistaken, we are no longer the Eighth and Tenth Seats! I now hold the Sixth Seat among the Demon Lord's Generals, I am known as Essen Zerinde," The Archdemon introduced himself with a smirk, before adding as he gestured to the Wind Dragon, "And this is the Eight Seat, Mistralia."

"Tch, do not give my name to a human, it is humiliating enough that I had to assume this form. Enough talking, let us begin," Growled the Dragon, as she began to transform into her larger form.

Suddenly, in the blink of an eye, a bright, dark blue flash erupted from behind the two of them, a sharp, startled gasp of pain ringing out as an arrow of ominous dark blue energy burst through the middle of the Wind Dragon's chest.

Huh? What...just happened? Who did that?

The Archdemon quickly took off into the air in alarm, looking around frantically, before veering across the air as another arrow of dark blue energy came shooting up towards him with immense speed, narrowly missing his right side as he just barely evaded the attack.

"D-Damn it, of all the times-...!" Essen began, before stiffening and trailing off as I unleashed Enrage and Descent, zipping up behind him faster than he could react.

"<Mana Pulse>," I chanted as I planted my palm against the middle of his back, a shudder of pain erupting across his body before he shakily formed a blade of Negative Energy as he gritted his teeth and spun around, slashing at my chest.

I flew back to evade the attack, the tip of the blade whizzing past the front of my chest, before he backed away, his gaze shifting between me and the direction in which those dark blue energy arrows had come from, a small grove of trees atop the cliff from which the two Monsters had appeared.

"Th-This is...this is beyond anything Fenelza told us, how...how the hell are you this powerful?!" Exclaimed Essen, beads of sweat pouring down his face as he stared at my Aura in horror.

I suppose that's an understandable reaction, given my stats at full power:

HP: 5670

MP: 3000

Strength: 5670

Agility: 7800

Vitality: 5670

Perception: 7800

Power Level: 5,935,000

"Bringing me to this world was a mistake, and I intend for every last one of you to come to regret it," I uttered coldly.

I don't have much time left with Descent, I should end this quickly.

"I...I will not be felled so easily! [Demonic Art: Scorpiorphosis]!" He chanted, his arms and tail suddenly transforming.

His forearms and hands morphed into large, scorpion-like pincers, his tail expanding and taking the shape of a scorpion's stinger. Hm...

"Ah, I get it...Scorpiorphosis, it's a combination of the words scorpion and metamorphosis. More importantly, it seems you've grown twenty percent stronger," I observed, before adding as I narrowed my gaze at him, "But it won't be enough."

"Take this!" He snarled, as his pincers snapped open, large, drilling beams of Negative Energy shooting out towards me.

I shot up into the air to evade the blasts, which carved wide trails across the pile of corpses, the Apostles getting some distance as I focused my desire to fight this Archdemon myself.

This should make for a good test of my new power, let's see if I can defeat him within what's left of my time limit with Descent...
