While Charlotte and the others had gone inside their tents, Audrey allowed Roxanne to go in theirs and get changed while she and Rudy remained outside, waiting for their turn. Had Charlotte not distracted her, perhaps the healer would've questioned their disappearance, but in reality, her mind was already focused on getting herself dry while everyone else danced in the chaos.

"Audrey, where are you taking me?"

"Rudy…" Quickly turning her head, Audrey–still dressed in her lewd micro-bikini leaned closer to her stepbrother. Placing her hands on his shoulders, she opened her mouth with a quiver. "I have to tell you something."

Letting out a sigh, she pressed her chest against his, and at once their hearts started pounding and raced against each other. "What are you doing here?" Charlotte asked, regardless.

Having prepared a lie already, it didn't take a second for Audrey to fill her in.

"I didn't wanna go pee alone in the forest, and you two were changing, so I brought him, that's it. Gosh!"

Raising an eyebrow, Charlotte sensed something strange about the way Audrey had been acting. But instead of questioning her, she set her gaze on Rudy. Being the man who was nearly humiliated by his stepsister, he kept his lips shut and just nodded to assert the same lie as Audrey.

"Yeah, she asked me to come with her. That's all."

"That so…" Glancing back and forth between the two, Charlotte decided to give up on the goose chase. "Alright, whatever, just don't wander off without telling someone again, alright? I can't track like our rogue here, so if you're lost, it will all be on you guys to find your way back. Don't expect any help."

"Whatever, Charlotte…" Audrey responded with a dismissive wave of her hand.

'Charlotte?' Wincing at the way she was talking, Charlotte stared at Audrey again but didn't say a word. 'I guess, I did tell her not to call me her aunt, but this feels strange.'

"Are we going back or not?"

"W-we should." Not waiting to be grounded between the two women, Rudy started walking back towards their camp.

Meanwhile, the other two stared awkwardly at each other for a moment before Audrey eventually decided to speak up.

"I need to pee, you wanna or something? If not, then go already!" Tugging on her panties' strings, she managed to shoo her aunt away.

While on her way back, however, Charlotte couldn't help but sense that something was wrong between the two stepsiblings. Not the same way as it was between Freya and Custer, but wrong nonetheless. As for her speculations…
