A Bumpy Road to Power

Chapter 249: Land of Tenderness

"Next door? Why are we going next door?"

Dirk Carter asked in surprise.

Corrine Quance smiled and said, "The one who misses you the most isn't me, it's the one next door. Ever since she joined me, she's been talking about you almost every day, saying you're her benefactor and all that. She can't go three sentences without mentioning you. I'm tired of hearing it."

"Are you talking about Catherine?"

"Who else could it be?"

Corrine said.

Dirk quickly got up and started putting on his clothes.

Corrine grabbed him and asked, "Before you go, answer me one question."

"Ask away."

"Between me and Catherine, who makes you feel better in that way?"

Corrine asked with anticipation.

Dirk laughed and asked, "Do you want the truth?"

"Of course."

"Well, it's Catherine."

"Why? How am I worse? I think I have a better figure than her, I'm prettier, and I have quite a bit of experience in that area too." Corrine said, a bit unconvinced.

Dirk groped her "white rabbits" playfully.

He said, "Let me tell you why. When we're together, it's an equal relationship, but when I'm with Catherine, she treats me like an emperor. I barely have to do anything; she's always the one taking the initiative. Do you get it?"

"You men just want to be emperors."

Corrine said grudgingly.

Dirk laughed heartily and said, "A man who doesn't want to be an emperor isn't a good man, just like a driver who doesn't want to be a chef isn't a good Tony."

After saying this.

Dirk knocked on the door next door.

The door swiftly opened.

The maid "uniform" appeared before his eyes again.

Unlike Corrine's warmth.

As soon as Catherine Sawyer saw Dirk, her eyes welled up.

It was evident she was very emotional.

"Why are you crying? Shouldn't you be happy to see me?"

Dirk reached out to wipe her tears.

Catherine said, "I'm crying because I'm happy, Master. I missed you so much after all this time."

In this moment, Dirk felt a bit saddened and pulled her into his arms.

She seemed to calm down a bit, though her body was still trembling.

They went into the bedroom, holding each other.

Teasingly asked, "So, do you want to... do it?"

"I don't want to."

Catherine shook her head and said.

Dirk was taken aback and asked, "You don't want to? Isn't absence supposed to make the heart grow fonder? You should want to."

"Because I know you just came from Corrine, you must be tired. I don't want anything; I just want you to rest well."

Oh, that's what's going on.

Dirk understood.

His fingers climbed to her peaks, holding her tender "white rabbits" in his hands, saying, "But what if I want you?"

When Catherine heard this, she smiled through her tears.

Her cheeks flushed, and she murmured, "Then let me serve you, Master."

Having said this.

She sat up.

Moved between Dirk's legs.

Before Dirk could say anything.

Catherine bent down, took him into her mouth, and started slurping.

Dirk wasn't wrong.

The biggest difference between her and other women was this; other women wanted to enjoy themselves, and most of the time, Dirk was the one "exercising."

But not Catherine.

She was the proactive one.

In her view, as long as Dirk was happy, she was truly happy.

Seeing Titan standing tall.

Catherine finally descended, spread her legs, and sat on him.

Not a root left untouched.

The sense of tight wrapping made Dirk inhale sharply.

In the afternoon, Dirk had already gone two rounds with Christina Ramey.

Just had a passionate encounter with Corrine.

Not even half an hour later, the battle with Catherine unfolded again.

For an average person, they would have surrendered long ago, but who would call him Dirk Carter? That was one area where he was unbeatable.

Never mind four times a day.

Even if it were seven times a day, it wouldn't be a problem.

This shirtless battle was also the most pleasurable one of the whole day, where Dirk found both body and mind satisfied. All the essence was swallowed by Catherine, not a drop left, soaking with sweat, utterly spent.

He held her as they slept through the night.

When he woke up the next day, Catherine had already set up breakfast on the table, waiting for Dirk to enjoy.

After washing up.

Dirk was really quite hungry.

He sat at the table.

Barely had he taken a bite of a steamed bun, Catherine sat back into his lap.

The first round of morning service started just like that.

"Catherine, stop busying yourself, come and eat with me."

Dirk said.

Catherine looked at him with lingering affection, saying, "Master, in a bit, Corrine and I will be leaving. I want to serve you well one last time."

Dirk pulled her up.

He said, "It's fine, I won't forget you, come, let's eat together."

After such persuasion.

Catherine obediently sat down to eat.

While eating, Catherine reported some developments about Lanfar Media to Dirk.

Since Lanfar Media was established.

Thanks to Corrine's reputation, in the last few months, they've signed several newcomers, and the company is slowly growing.

Although it's still far behind established agencies.

Such progress has been quite remarkable.

Suddenly.

Dirk thought of something.

He opened his coat pocket.

Took out an envelope, extracted a bank card, placed it in Catherine's hand, and said, "I've got some money here, take it for operations."

"Master, Corrine just signed an endorsement with Mirena, so our company's cash flow is sufficient."

Dirk said, "This money is clean, use it however you want, for movies or records, whatever works."

"How much is in there?"

"I don't really know, maybe a few hundred thousand."

Dirk said.

Catherine nodded and said, "Alright, I understand."

Around nine-thirty in the morning.

Dirk saw Catherine Sawyer and Corrine Quance off, as they had to rush to their next schedule.

The car had just left the hotel's parking lot.

A Mercedes drove in.

Dorothy Zechariah opened the door, saw Dirk, hurried over, and asked, "Where's Corrine Quance?"

"She's gone."

"Gone? You said..."

Just about to demand an explanation.

Dirk raised his hand, placing a paper bag in front of her.

"What's this?" Dorothy asked.

Dirk smiled and said, "Inside are her signed albums, autographed photos, and also her contact information. Next time, if you want, you can shop with her. I've talked to her about it."

"Really?"

Dorothy asked excitedly.

Dirk rolled his eyes at her, asking, "When have I ever lied to you?"

Dorothy opened the bag and checked each item, bouncing around like a little girl.

Unable to contain herself.

She hugged Dirk by the neck, gave him a kiss on the cheek.

Cheerfully said, "Dirk, you're so lovable."

Afterwards, feeling it was too forward, her face flushed, she stammered, "Don't get me wrong, it's the autograph I love, not you personally."

"I know, mission accomplished, I should be heading back."

Hearing this.

Although her expression didn't change, for some reason, there was a touch of loneliness in Dorothy's heart at that moment.

"Oh, do you want me to find someone to take you?"

Dorothy asked.

Dirk waved his hand and said, "No need, let's settle the account?"

"What account?"

"We agreed, a hundred bucks a minute. I'm reasonable; you count it as two hours, just give me twelve thousand."

Upon hearing this.

Dorothy pouted and asked, "Are you really that money-hungry?"

"Of course, people die for money, birds die for food. Otherwise, why would I accompany you? Is it because I like you?"

Dirk asked.
