Li Wei extended his senses to the end of the spatial passage.

He didn't feel any danger from there; instead, he sensed a kind of goodwill.

'Is this an invitation from someone?'

Li Wei hesitated for a moment before proceeding along the spatial passage.

He arrived at the end of the spatial passage.

Upon exiting, he found himself in a grassy field.

Sensing the surrounding aura, Li Wei was somewhat surprised and astonished.

This was actually a Divine Kingdom.

"Welcome to my Divine Kingdom. You are its very first guest," Mistral, the Magic Goddess, said with a smile.

"Please, sit."

Mistral gestured for Li Wei to take a seat.

She poured Li Wei a cup of Magic Red Tea.

Li Wei glanced at the teacup before him and said, "You didn't invite me here just to drink tea, did you, Magic Goddess?"

Mistral shook her head and said, "There's no need to rush. I've already been here for several hundred years. Waiting a little longer won't be a problem."

Seeing this, Li Wei picked up the Magic Red Tea she had prepared and took a sip.

A stream of information flooded into his mind.

He paused for a moment, then drank the rest of the Magic Red Tea.

Li Wei looked at the Magic Goddess and asked, "Aren't you afraid of being discovered by the gods by calling me here?"

The Magic Goddess said, "Haven't they been watching you all along?"

Li Wei chuckled. "That may be true, but there's a big difference between being watched and becoming a thorn in the gods' side."

"Countless people in the Sky Dome World are under the gods' watch. I, for one, don't wish to be targeted."

The Magic Goddess smiled and said, "Don't worry, the gods can't see this place."

"They have trapped me here, hoping I won't interfere with anything in the Sky Dome World."

Li Wei cut straight to the chase and asked directly, "What is the gods' objective?"

The Magic Goddess's expression turned serious. She said, "The gods are a group of Divine Spirits from outside this world. They are constantly searching for worlds they can refine."

"Once they obtain complete authority over a world, they will refine everything in that world into Power."

"In this respect, the gods are actually not much different from Evil Gods. What they do is even more wicked than the Evil Gods."

"The Evil Gods merely want the sacrifices of their believers, and the Demon Gods only want the lives within a world. But the gods... they want *everything* in a world."

"The world itself, its Laws, its Rules, life, souls, faith... everything that can be converted into Power."

After hearing the Magic Goddess's words, Li Wei mostly understood.

In a way, what he was doing was not that different from what the gods were doing.

The difference was that Li Wei burned stars to create Divine Power.

There was no life on those stars, nor were there any Divine Spirits.

The gods, on the other hand, burned worlds to create Divine Power and maintain their own strength.

The Magic Goddess said, "The gods have gone mad. They burned their own worlds to create Divine Power. Only the life that believed in them was allowed to live on in their Divine Kingdoms in another form, continuing to serve as the gods' slaves and contribute their power."

"They have already burned world after world. The Sky Dome World is not the first, nor will it be the last."

Hearing this, Li Wei felt that the gods were like madmen obsessed with pursuing Power.

"They said they are doing this to cope with an impending calamity."

"If they don't have enough Power to face the calamity, the gods themselves will perish in it. So they chose to start accumulating Power and growing stronger by any means necessary."

"A calamity?" Li Wei looked surprised.

"What kind of calamity?" Li Wei asked.

The Magic Goddess shook her head. "I don't know. According to the gods, it's a calamity capable of annihilating the entire Star Realm and the Void. Not even the High-dimensional Space-Time where the Divine Kingdoms reside can escape. It is a disaster that will sweep through all of space-time."

"After the last calamity, all the Divine Spirits perished. The current gods found records of the calamity in fragments of history."

"Unwilling to perish in the next calamity, the gods devised a plan to burn worlds to obtain Divine Power."

"When they encounter a Divine Spirit willing to join them, the gods will share their plan and have them offer up their world to be burned as fuel."

"When they encounter a Divine Spirit unwilling to join them, they will use various methods to exterminate that world's native Divine Spirits, then seize control of the world's authority and burn it to create Divine Power."

Li Wei was silent for a long time.

He asked, "So, what do you intend to do now?"

The Magic Goddess said, "One cannot stand against the gods with personal strength alone."

"The gods have already obtained immense Power from countless worlds. Even the weakest among them is beyond what an ordinary Divine Spirit can handle."

"We must borrow the power of the entire world and use the world's power to fight the gods."

"That is why I created the Magic Net."

"The Magic Net already covers the entire Sky Dome World and can gather all the Mana Power of the Sky Dome World."

Li Wei shook his head and said, "That's not enough. Mana Power alone is not enough. What makes the gods truly formidable is their Power of Laws."
