The battle erupted. To quickly take down his opponent, Hongbing Monarch summoned all of his Pet Beasts.

His opponent, Seventh Elder Zakum of the Black Divine Teachings, likewise summoned all five of his Pet Beasts.

Since the Power Levels of his Pet Beasts were generally a bit higher than his opponent’s, Hongbing Monarch had kept Zakum on the defensive almost from the moment the fight began.

Even so, it was impossible for him to free himself up quickly enough to go and support Li Qian and Sun Ruirui.

Although Zakum was no match for Hongbing Monarch, the gap in their strength wasn’t huge. Tying him down was still no problem at all.

The two combatants were stunned by the sight; clearly, neither had expected such a turn of events.

After the initial shock, Zakum’s heart leaped into his throat. He saw his two subordinates who had broken in earlier, along with a young man in a Guard’s uniform, being swept out by the terrifying torrent.

The water continued to swell, surging into another massive wave. Atop its crest, a petite girl stood with perfect stability.

Flanking the girl were three Tidal Sea Spirits, protecting her in their midst like imperial guards.

The girl standing at the crest of the wave was none other than Sun Ruirui. Her gaze was as sharp as lightning, fixed on the three people and seven Pet Beasts trapped in the current.

"Water Dragon’s Roar!" Sun Ruirui stared straight ahead, her eyes cold as she uttered the words with chilling indifference.

The moment she spoke, the current grew violent once more, raging like a river that had burst its dams.

From within the torrent, three water dragons—one large and two small—soared twenty to thirty meters into the air before crashing down with furious might.

Hongbing Monarch could even see solid blocks of concrete being instantly pulverized into dust under the dragons’ furious charge.

This alone was a testament to the Skill’s terrifying power.
