Chapter 1404 - 551: Twin Witch Kings (Part 2)

Chapter 1404: Chapter 551: Twin Witch Kings (Part 2)

Surrounded by various cleaning tools: brooms, mops, protractors, rulers...

"Mr. Obsessive-Compulsive gets up at exactly six o’clock every morning, brushes his teeth at five past six, washes his face at ten past six, and makes his bed at quarter past six."

Even the corners of the quilt must be perfect ninety-degree angles!"

In the scene, this stick figure is checking the quilt angle with a protractor, and after discovering a deviation of 0.1 degrees, immediately rearranges it.

"His greatest hobby is making rules for everything:

’Mondays are for blue socks only,’ ’Drinks must be stirred seventeen and a half times,’ ’Each syllable in speech must maintain a standard duration of 1.3 seconds’..."

Ron noticed this description and secretly laughed to himself.

This was clearly mocking the legendary "King of Stability" Saint Themis.

The Witch King who, during his reign, regulated the laws of the Main World to an outrageous degree.

"And on the right-hand side lives a complete troublemaker, we call him ’Mr. Mischief.’"

Another figure composed of flowing curves appeared.

Surrounded by various peculiar little devices:

A teapot that dances on its own, paper planes flying upside-down, soap bubbles that keep changing color...

"Mr. Mischief wakes up at completely random times: sometimes at three in the morning to set off fireworks, sometimes sleeps until two in the afternoon inventing new lazy alarm clocks in bed."

The scene shows the daily scenes of the right-hand side room:

The teapot is tap dancing on the ceiling;

Books on the shelf turn pages on their own, occasionally emitting giggling sounds;

Even the trash can is playing hide-and-seek with the broom...

"His greatest hobby is breaking all sorts of rules:

’Why can’t we plant sunflowers in the rain?’

’Why can’t a soup spoon be worn as a hat?’

’Why can’t gravity take a break occasionally?’"...

This was clearly alluding to "King of Chance" Saint Chaos.

The Witch King who took "unpredictability" to the extreme.

"From the first day they moved in, the two roommates started an endless war."

The scene begins to show the "dormitory war":

"Mr. Obsessive-Compulsive would sneak into Mr. Mischief’s side to neatly tidy up while he was away.

But when Mr. Mischief returned, he would deliberately mess everything up and stick little notes on the walls:

’Rules are made to be broken!’"

"Mr. Mischief would purposely add random events to Mr. Obsessive-Compulsive’s schedule:

’3:17 PM: Discuss life philosophy with the cat,’

’9:42 PM: Take an upside-down shower’..."

"Mr. Obsessive-Compulsive was so angry he almost turned into steam!

He started creating even stricter ’roommate management rules’:

A total of 3847 regulations, covering everything from ’how to sneeze correctly’ to ’standard decibel limits for laughter.’"

"Mr. Mischief laughed heartily upon seeing this list.

Then folded the 3847 rules into an origami crane, and enchanted it to sing lullabies by Mr. Obsessive-Compulsive’s pillow every night..."

Ron was watching this increasingly absurd "roommate war," almost unable to hold back from laughing out loud.

The satirical approach in "Extraordinary Comprehensive Guide" was really sharp.

It depicted the two majestic Witch Kings as two childish roommates.

"This kind of war lasted for exactly three years, four months, and seventeen days."

"Extraordinary Comprehensive Guide" continued to exaggerate:

"Until one day, an unprecedented disaster struck..."

The scene suddenly shook, the sky turned black, and the whole dormitory building was ravaged by gales.

"It was a ’Reality Distortion Storm!’

It turned everything fixed into fluid, and everything random into rigid!

In other words——"

The voice of "Extraordinary Comprehensive Guide" became especially dramatic:

"Mr. Obsessive-Compulsive’s room began frantically reorganizing itself, changing its layout every second!

His toothbrush started waltzing on the wall, his socks turned into singing little birds, his perfect schedule became a stew of chaos..."

"While Mr. Mischief’s room began forcing itself into order!

All the little gadgets lined up neatly, even those dancing teapots were forced to stand at attention, transformed into lifeless exhibits..."

The scene showed this absurd "role reversal":

Mr. Tidy was forced to live in chaos, Mr. Chaos was forced to live in order.

Both were about to collapse.

"In desperation, the two arch-nemeses sat for the first time on the center line of the room."

The tone of "Extraordinary Comprehensive Guide" suddenly became warm:

"Mr. Obsessive-Compulsive realized for the first time, maybe a little bit of chaos... is occasionally quite fun.

At least better than this compulsory, illogical chaos."

"Mr. Mischief also discovered for the first time, that a touch of order... can actually enhance creativity.

At least better than this compulsory, lifeless order."

"Then, a miracle happened..."

The two roommates began their first cooperation in life.

"Mr. Obsessive-Compulsive said: ’Maybe... I can provide a stable basic framework for your creativity?’

Mr. Mischief said: ’Maybe... I can make your rules more flexible and fun?’"

The scene began showing the results of this collaboration:

The left side of the room remained tidy, but every item carried a little hint of personality:

Such as a clock that winked, curtains that changed colors...

The right side of the room remained full of creativity, but now had a basic organizational structure:
