Divine Emperor of Death

Chapter 4627: Three Heavens Flamepetal Revolutions

Chapter 4627: Three Heavens Flamepetal Revolutions

Finally, a pure Fire-Attributed Divine Exalt Cultivation Manual. He was one step closer to creating his version of his Essence Gathering Cultivation Manual for the Exalt Stage. After all, the only difference between a Divine Exalt Grade Manual and an Exalt Grade Manual was the Godskull. Although some circulation pathways changed, it didn’t affect the overall system.

’Wonderful... this actually uses three specific Heaven-Tier fire spirits to create a Godskull. I wonder what would happen if one were to use three Heaven-Tier Spirits of Empyrean Grade instead. Is it interchangeable midway? Fascinating...’

Davis was absorbed in studying when Nadia’s voice echoed in his mind.

"Master, who was that human? I couldn’t tell how powerful he was since he gave me a sense of danger but looked weak..."

Davis came out of his reverie before he answered her, "He’s probably a Divergent or even an Anarchic Divergent. Also, he’s not a human."

"What?" Nadia was shocked, "How could he not be human? His aura..."

"He concealed well, but I can sense that he is a pure spirit. A Spirit Divergent who probably has powers similar to a chameleon’s color imitation. I’m sure he’s an Exalt Stage Spirit, but is capable of completely imitating any life, their aura, even the powers, cultivation stage, and prowess they have, so he is able to enter the secret realm. Very dangerous Divergent..."

Davis informed Nadia as he sucked in a cold breath. His heart was also pounding when faced with that Spirit Exalt, but the other party wasn’t able to tell since his power was most likely sealed to the limit, a permanent seal unlike a temporary suppression that cultivators use.

Otherwise, Davis didn’t think this Light Spirit Divergent could enter.

"Then... what were those strange glasses he had over his eye?"

"That’s a monocle." Davis wryly smiled, "I guess it’s some kind of appraisal artifact? Perhaps a remnant of a trapped alchemist soul is inside, turned into something akin to an artifact spirit. That artifact spirit should be providing all the information that Light Spirit Divergent needed to know about Primarch Grade resources."

"Incredible... to think someone like that exists..."

Nadia echoed with some dismay. To be able to imitate anyone, would he be able to imitate even the gender? Her mind wandered.

"Don’t worry. He poses no threat here. That’s why he quickly left. He isn’t as powerful as Rath Heavenshade, much less me."

Davis consoled Nadia and told her to warn others with her doppelganger before getting back to reading the old, time-worn scroll.

But even before five minutes had passed, someone else arrived at his shop.

Contrary to the previous customer, this person looked extremely scared. Even while maintaining a gentle smile, they couldn’t control their trembling.

Davis raised his hand and threw the scroll to the side, "Welcome to the Divine Emperor of Death’s convenience store. As long as you buy anything here, I guarantee your fate will change for the better or become worse."

His actions made others speechless. They gazed at the scroll, but who would dare steal it from him?

As for Davis, he was just leaving some bait so others could come steal it so he could rob them. He really hoped some lunatic would target it.

Nonetheless, he looked to the customer, a black-haired, white-robed man. He still had baby cheeks, appearing to be extremely young, perhaps still a teenager. Davis was momentarily taken aback before he inwardly nodded.

He guessed his second customer should be a top-tier supreme genius from the Celestial Transcendent Greater Realm. The density of his wavering aura at least appeared to indicate that he had a prowess that was ten levels higher.

"I... I’m from the Celestial Moonlight Sect. My name is Eliyas Fernmaze."

He said in a soft voice, nearly making Davis doubt if he was a female if it weren’t for the Adam’s apple in his throat. Davis’s brows raised lightly since the Celestial Moonlight Sect was also ranked within the top five in the Celestial Transcendent Greater Realm.

He also knew that the Moonsmile Family shared a good relationship with the Celestial Moonlight Sect through tributes.

As expected, he found Liam Moonsmile watching over this transaction from the corner of his eye. Davis knew Liam Moonsmile could not afford to let Eliyas Fernmaze come to harm. Otherwise, Liam Moonsile wouldn’t look so worried or force a smile at him.

Nonetheless, he welcomed nearly all customers.

"Polite. My name is Davis Loret. What would you like to exchange?"

Eliyas Fernmaze saw that the Divine Emperor of Death didn’t attack him and relaxed a bit. Although he was still guarded, he remembered what he wanted.

"I saw you gave a light attribute resource. Do you have more? A Mid-Level Primarch Grade Light Attribute resource? I can exchange the Pill Recipes you want for them..."

"Of course. What kind? What properties?"

Eliyas Fernmaze paused for a moment before he gave a name and a description.

Davis frowned since it was overlapping, even though it was detailed. The teenager in front of him seemed to be an alchemist with information on Primarch Grade resources.

"I don’t know if I have this Grand Moonlight Shadow Fruit you’re asking about. I have a few that match the description, so I’ll let you browse."

Davis waved his hand, pulling the resources on the table into his ring. Then he nearly aligned four light-attributed Primarch Grade resources, most likely feeling that it was the third one, but couldn’t be sure since two of these four shared the same physical appearance of the fruit.

Eliyas Fernmaze nodded before he checked all four. Although he had information, he was also clueless, as he had never been around Primarch Grade resources in his sect. In the end, he followed his intuition and chose the third container, as Davis imagined.

"I’ll take this. Here... one Mid-Level Primarch Grade Pill Recipe for one Mid-Level Primarch Grade resource. Fair?"

"Fair." Davis took the Pill Recipe and checked, but his eyes squinted at the scroll before he glared at Eliyas Fernmaze.

"Are you trying to fleece me?"

"...!" Eliyas Fernmaze nearly jumped in fright as he felt himself plunge into darkness.

The air turned cold, and the bustling chamber went silent.
