Divine Emperor of Death

Chapter 4832 Grand Chaos Crimson Body

Chapter 4832  Grand Chaos Crimson Body

The mental realm collapsed, and Davis found himself struck by the desolate heavenly spear.

However, he regained consciousness first, and his eyes turned crimson.

'Grand Chaos Crimson Body!'

His blonde hair turned crimson, and his sapphire eyes also turned the same. His body turned liquid like a water spirit completely as he easily slipped out of the spear and threw a crimson-black palm, engulfing the Twelve-Winged Seraphim Ancestor in a sea of blood.

The injury in his stomach was like it was never there, remnant desolate heavenly energy swallowed up by the sheer amount of vitality swirling in his body.

With one hand gesturing a sign and the palm clenching, Davis's pupils dilated as his eyes went wide.

"Die!"

The blood surged within the sphere like a tidal wave converging on itself.

The sea of crimson-black vitality collapsed inward at Davis's command. Thick blood energy mixed with chaos energy, spiraling into a titanic grinding vortex around the Twelve-Winged Seraphim Ancestor, who barely woke up, finding himself puking desolate heavenly factors from the critical injury to his Will.

"What gall!"

The Twelve-Winged Seraphim Ancestor roared, his voice shaking the heaven and earth and creating ripples in the blood sphere.

However, Davis remained cold and focused, keeping the Twelve-Winged Seraphim Ancestor trapped as he ground him inside with terrifying bloody chaos blades.

The Twelve-Winged Seraphim Ancestor's wings ignited with a white-gold radiance despite the stark difference of the colors representing desolate heavenly factors. A massive wheel appeared behind him.

'The Divine Transcendental Wheel of the Seraphims…'

Davis's brows squinted as immense pressure descended on him. However, his Grand Chaos Crimson Body, formed from comprehending the uniqueness of the Blood Calamity and its insights combined with the Grand Chaos Silver Body Technique, wasn't something that could be easily suppressed.

He couldn't get a good look at the insights behind it, but at this moment, he knew his priorities.

"Heh!" Sneering, he poured more blood and made the world within the sphere hellish, leaving no stones unturned as he focused on grinding every part of the seraphim's body to dust.

"How powerful! I must definitely return one day to fight you and end you myself! Hahaha!"

The Seraphim's cry fractured into an ecstatic dying laugh as his holy radiance was drowned within the bloody world. Desolate heavenly lightning and desolate heavenly spacetime tried to make a comeback by encompassing further, but they were cut off by the chaotic-blood blades.

*Crunch!~*

A disgusting sound echoed- the sound of being crushed and turned to meat paste.

A silent explosion rippled outward as the Seraphim's remains turned into motes of desolate heavenly factors. Once Davis sensed them, he didn't quickly stop the blood technique for fear of his revival.

After all, the Twelve-Winged Seraphim Ancestor also knew Life Laws and Chaos Laws. He didn't put it past him to comprehend some kind of revival technique.

 "…"

Below, the people watched this, appearing dumbfounded.

Lucian was particularly frozen.

One moment, his father was impaled, and the next, he had slipped out like he was a spirit and shattered the terrifying Twelve-Winged Seraphim while looking like a devil. It was insane and frightening, making him feel fear for the first time as an adult.

Was this really his father?

How could one take on a monster like the Twelve-Winged Seraphim that knew Chaos Laws and Five Element Laws and still managed to survive!?

He literally couldn't believe it, his heart dropping the moment his father got impaled by the heaven's strike.

Davis's crimson hair swayed in the air, his gaze sharp.

After forming a barrier of blood energy with the remnant energy, he used life and chaos energy to further refine the desolate heavenly factors quickly.

"Father, you crossed your tribulation! Quick, breakthrough!"

Lucian's voice echoed out with joy and anxiety. He was afraid someone would suddenly assassinate his father at this moment. Instead of breaking through, he shot up to protect his father.

"Foolish son. Stay down. The tribulation isn't over yet!"

Davis waved his other hand and sent Lucian flying back.

"What!?"

Lucian shouted in shock, but then quickly remembered something that was said about the Heavenly Spacetime Tribulation. It was said that it would throw out Divergents if it failed to kill them.

'No! Father will undoubtedly overcome it as well!'

Lucian raised his hand and clenched. However, he sensed the silent rumbling of the heavens. Spacetime wasn't converging on Davis, making him believe something was wrong.

'No, this isn't the end, it's producing another strike!' Lucian was alarmed, his expression pale.

"There's a fourth strike!?" He roared in disbelief, finally appearing angered, vexed, and indignant.

How many more strikes can his father endure from the heavens!? The third and last strike was alone enough to cause serious damage. Another one and his father wouldn't be able to survive. He was extremely worried and incensed at the heavens.

*Rumble!~*

A low hum echoed after nine seconds, appearing rather quick.

Azure-black tribulation clouds began spreading across the eye of the storm, making Davis smirk.

"Here it is… the punishment for refining desolate heavenly spacetime energy."

He chuckled, still refining the huge amount of desolate heavenly factors left by the Twelve-Winged Seraphim Ancestor. The energy capacity he carried was insanely at the Exalt level.

Azure-black mist poured down from the tribulation clouds. It was not lightning, not spacetime, but a suffocating punitive fog, heavy with the aura of death.

Davis licked his lips, "Desolate Heavenly Death Tribulation, hehe!"

He couldn't help but feel his soul rejoice in wanting to digest it so badly.

The moment it descended, the air screamed as distance collapsed and concepts blurred. Sound greatly dulled, colors receded, and even space felt sticky, as though reality itself had been dipped into tar. It was extremely desolate as though it came to the end of the world.

"…!" Below, Lucian's breath caught in his throat as he felt suffocated by the terrifying air of death.

He was able to tell that its prowess was twenty-four levels higher! However, it seemed that it might be able to pack a punch way above what it was radiating!

Instantly, it swallowed his father whole. In a second, nothing could be seen anymore above.

However, a reincarnation wheel quickly appeared as it spun across the void.

The azure-black fog stalled.

From within it, a deep, tranquil pressure spread outward, like a still sea beneath a storm. The mist hissed as if plunged into acid, its edges eroding, thinning, before being dragged toward Davis by an unseen force.

Inside the azure-black fog, Davis stood calmly.

His expression was composed, almost serene. He raised his hand, a lightly curl of his lips etched on his face as he stared at his palm with a mocking gaze.

"So it turns out my death energy is still more pure than desolate heavenly death energy, although I think it loses out in terms of destructive extinguishing property..."

The desolate heavenly death energy revolved around him, reincarnation energy surging out to purify it to his needs.

Nonetheless, he frowned as there were too many, and he assumed he lacked the time to refine everything.

"Lucian. Nadia, come to me!"

Controlling the entirety of the azure-black mist, Davis flew down, heading towards the Heavenly Water Tribulation. He threw the refined wisps of desolate heavenly death into the heavenly water, allowing it to digest peacefully since the death energy wasn't fighting back.

The water grew grayish but gained more as its prowess increasingly grew.

Lucian had come out of it, entering Davis's life ring, and Nadia entered Davis's soul sea, licking her lips for a great feast.

Davis constantly nourished the heavenly water lake with refined desolate heavenly death while taking another half directly into his soul sea, ground by the soul essence as it began digesting it.

At the same time, he brought out annihilative heavenly yang wisps. They floated like flaming wisps above him.

With annihilative heavenly yang to incorporate into his Immortal Vessel, heavenly water to strengthen his body and provide a massive amount of energy, and desolate heavenly death to aid him in improving his soul, he began breaking through.

*RUMBLE!~*

The calm, indifferent tribulation clouds finally raged in their inability to defeat him. They roared, thunder, lightning, flames spreading across the realms in retaliation and destroying countless natural oddities that went against it.

Davis had just closed his eyes when he felt it. The desolate heavenly spacetime sphere that covered this space was converging on him.

He harrumphed, "Want to send me out? Did you forget to ask someone!?"

He spread his hands and brought them together with a loud clasp, causing the desolate heavenly spacetime fabric to tremble!

"Grand Chaos-Destruction Shockwave!"

The converging purple-silver spacetime energy cracked mid-air before it could even make it to Davis, as it was hit by a tremendous space-breaking concept force. The giant spacetime sphere, trying to engulf him, shattered completely, and the tribulation roared incessantly before reluctantly leaving.

Davis's arm was battered, flesh torn, and blood dripping as it leaked chaos-destruction energy. However, in his Grand Chaos Crimson Body state, it quickly returned to normalcy as though he had never harmed.

His Grand Chaos Crimson Body faded as his hair turned blonde and his appearance returned. With a single gaze at Illumina, who nodded at him, he got the cue and attempted to breakthrough to the Empyrean Stage.
