Even if Yuan had tried to escape with a movement technique or a treasure, it would still have followed him.

"Regardless, let's get out of here before someone comes and questions us. We cannot let the world know of the Rod of Destruction's existence right now. It's still too early." The injured woman gritted her teeth in frustration, her eyes clouded with despair as the realization struck-that there was no one to help her, and she was truly going to die here. Tears welled in the woman's eyes, but the extreme cold of White Hell froze them the instant they appeared.

"This is why you should've accepted my help when I offered it." A familiar voice suddenly echoed through the air.

"Who's there?!" The two pursuers tensed in alarm, but no matter how they searched, they couldn't sense a single presence nearby, as if they were hearing the voice of a ghost. The next moment, a figure appeared before the injured woman like a ghost.

"Yuan?" The other two frowned, their brows lifting at the familiar name, though they didn't immediately recognize it.
