The entire room fell silent after Xie Mey revealed to them that Kulas had fallen sick literally the day after their departure. In order to properly test his theory, Kulas made it so that even if he were to fall sick after Tian Yang had left, they wouldn't tell him.

A few hours later, Kulas suddenly stopped moving, and his red complexion began to return to normal. However, Kulas didn't fall unconscious as Xie Mey had said.

"This crazy son of a bitch attacked me in the middle of our conversation," Ren Xia said. "And seeing how he calmed down the moment you returned, I guess we can only accept his theory as reality. For some reason, you're keeping whatever phenomenon is causing him to rampage and turn sick at bay."

Kulas, who had returned to normal, first offered his apologies to Ren Xia for attacking her before speaking to Tian Yang.

"So, as long as you stay at the palace, I won't have any mood swings."

However, Tian Yang then said, "Have you forgotten about what happened during the incident with the Three Pillars of Heaven? I was still at the palace at that time. Yet, you still had a mood swing, even killing one of them."
