Chapter 2239 – Hall Of Sleep
Crackle Crackle Crackle
I have been watching the quirn for the past ten minutes, and I have to say, I couldn’t think the raw thunder the quern is extracting from the core is working better than I had imagined it to be.
From more than a month it would have taken for the purification, I don’t think it would take even a week. In a few hours, I will begin getting the kindle, and I have decided the ways I am going to use them.
They have many uses inside the core and outside it, and I can’t wait to use them.
I watched the quern for a few more minutes, especially the thunder hogs core, which the quern is holding. The small core contains a huge amount of power which is raw and violent that slightest mistake could make unstable and explode, an explosion I would not be able to survive.
The raw thunder from the core is being extracted very carefully; even after checking it multiple times, I did not find any problem.
I turned to the next wonder of my core, the furnace. To be specific, the first stage of ‘Mountain Forge Art,’ which I had finished practicing and now will have to begin on the second stage, which I have already studied.
This stage, too, requires an immense amount of herbal resources, but it also requires a few specific resources, which I am sure I will be able to get within a few days. As soon as I do, I will begin practicing the next stage of art.
The second stage of the mountain forge stage is much different from the first stage. The first stage is just cleansing and reinforcing the strength already present in the body and soul, while the second layer is different, and the boost it will offer couldn’t be compared to the first stage.
The most important thing I will have from it would be moving. Nearly all the arts offer the moves, most of them offered in the first stages, but mine did not. It gives them a second stage, and through them, one displays the true power of the art.
I looked around for a few minutes before I walked toward the refining tower. It is time that I upgraded my energy; further, it would help me a lot with the lots of healing I am going to do in the next couple of days.
An hour later, I walked out of the living room after playing with my sister and her friends. Hazel, on the other hand, is still sleeping, which is not surprising seeing how tired she was and how much she had exerted herself.
Soon, I stepped into the teleportation, and a second later, I appeared in front of the hall of sleep. Two people are already waiting for me there, one is Grandmaster Charline, and the other should be Grandmaster Sakhar, the previous head of Blood Sun, a predecessor of Lenora May.
“Grandmaster Charline, Grandmaster Sakhar,” I said to them politely. “Grandmaster Micheal, Ive heard so much about you,” Said Grandmaster Sakhar, and if he felt his soul sense around me, not touching me around me, wanting to sense my aura, which I have kept firmly locked.
Grandmaster Charline nodded at me before the signing of a few gestures. “Yes, let’s not waste any time,” I said, and the three of us walked inside.
I couldn’t help but be surprised when I saw the number of Grandmasters inside; the number had increased. I see a couple of faces here that I had walked and talking not long ago, like Grandmaster Veronica, violets mother.
“Sigh! The Grimms have specifically targeted our Grandmasters. If we kept losing them some way, then things would be very Grimm for us,” said Grandmaster Sakhar, following my gaze.
Grandmaster Charline gave him a look before she turned toward me. She did not have to say anything to me; I just nodded, and strings began to come came out of my hands.
Soon a huge coffin had formed; it looked less like a coffin and more than a wide box. It is completely transparent has three circles carved on top of the coffin; the three circles are for three of us to sit.
I took a seat in the central circle while Grandmaster Charline sat on my right and Grandmaster Sakhar on my left.
Soon a med-bed flew toward us before a body of a ruggish looking man who looked to be in his early sixties flew out and appeared in front of us before seeping inside the coffin. The man is Grandmaster Cleme; he was the leader of Blazing Sphere in the previous war and had a seat at the council.
As he went inside the coffin, Grandmaster Charline waved her hand, and a huge amount of resources appeared; they too seeped inside the coffin.
“Grandmaster Sakhar, I assume the Grandmaster Charline had explained what you have to do?” I asked the old man. He is Grandmaster Sid Sakhar; he was the leader of Blazing Sphere in the previous war and had a seat at the council.
“You will not hear any complaint from me, Grandmaster Zaar,” he said, and I nodded and released my Grandmaster’s aura finally while activating the formation.
Buzz!
The formation activated, but the surprise still remained in their eyes. I am sure Lord Whitmore had already informed me about my breakthrough; without it, we would not have been here as the healing requires the power of the Grandmaster.
While they were surprised, they did not waste any time. Without saying anything, Grandmaster Sakhar poured his blood elemental internal energy; it is the core art of Blood Sun. This energy would be very helpful in healing a few people here.
We are healing the targeted curse, the first if we exclude one that has on the Rai. There was a little understatement on Grimm’s, which made it easy to heal, but this one and other targeted poisons and curses are not a life that.
They have perfectly latched themselves on users, and untangling them would not be an easy task, aside from three Grandmasters working together. It will also require lots of resources; thankfully, the Pyramid is not holding back on it.
To heal the Grandmasters, they have thrown open their vaults which they guard so zealously.
