Chapter 4429: Out of Mist

"Out!" I shouted as I stepped out of the velvet zone.

I shouldn’t have shouted, but I couldn’t control myself. The time had been very tense, and I had been feeling that I could be attacked at any moment.

I didn’t, and now I am out of the zone. It made me very happy.

I didn’t waste any time and took out my abode before stepping inside it. I am tired, I am hungry, and I want to do nothing but eat and then sleep.

I freshened up and returned to the kitchen. A simple meal appeared in front of me.

I ate it in a record time, before walking into my room. A few seconds later, I was in a deep sleep.

When I woke up, five and a half hours had passed. All the tiredness I had been feeling had vanished. I am feeling good and safe.

In the five hours, my abode had travelled a good distance, but soon, I will go out.

The abode may move, but it does so slowly. My plan hadn’t changed. I need to go back before anyone realizes I had gone anywhere.

I didn’t get up from my bed immediately. Instead, I entered my core, appearing beside my core.

"How is it?" I asked, looking at the red shirt, which had been divided into several parts. My clone had also separated that violet crystal from it.

"It’s a truly amazing resource," replied my clone, and I couldn’t help but nod at that.

A single gram of it not only makes the core of the tool many times stronger, but also reduces the amount of blue-sartil by more than half.

It will not only help me with tools, but also with the abode, breakthrough formation, and other things.

It is a small piece, but it will be enough for immediate needs. There are a lot of things I want to do, but first, the tool. After I finish with it, I will start working on the other things.

The metal is also quite pure, and there are a few things in it that will also help me a lot.

My clone should be finished with the purification in a few days. It could be finished today, but I want to look at everything before it starts.

Given how precious it is, I don’t want to lose even a speck of it.

I moved my eyes away from it and looked at a small violet crystal. "That is the real enigma," said the clone, and I couldn’t help but nod at that.

I know what it was able to find out about it till now, and it made me very curious.

This small crystal is unlike anything I have found before. I didn’t have enough information about it to know what I could use it for, but one thing is clear, it will be very useful.

It has some of the properties that I desired the most, but it also has things that I don’t, and all of it is jumbled together.

I shook my head and walked away from it before stepping out of the core.

I freshened up and showered before eating the food that my clone had cooked. A minute after that, I was standing in front of the door of the abode.

I looked at it for a few seconds before I stepped out of it.

It was dark because it was near midnight. I could have waited till the morning, but I didn’t want to waste time. That’s why I even skipped the methods, which I usually don’t do.

Especially the dance of ukasanavor, which I won’t be able to do after I reach the village.

Time is precious, and I want to reach the village as soon as possible. Not only to ward off any suspicion, but also because I want to work on the core.

Red Sartil had changed things. I will need to make a few adjustments to the core design, which will resolve a couple of issues I was facing with it.

I was in my thoughts when my expressions became serious as I sensed the monster.

A bird is coming toward me. It is a powerful monster, one I had sensed several times before. This is its domain, and I don’t want to be discovered by it.

I have become powerful enough to survive against it, but that doesn’t mean I want to fight it.

It will be a huge hassle to fight against it, and I would rather not do it. It will waste time and might attract the eyes of other powerful monsters.

Despite that, I didn’t stop. I have no strong enough stealth to evade its senses.

Though I did slow down to keep my stealth at maximum power, in this journey, I had filled my quota of risks; I don’t want to take more of them.

A minute and a half later, the monster fully disappeared, and I increased my speed again.

An hour passed, and I had come across countless monsters. It is night, and there are a lot of monsters outside. Besides, I am moving quite fast, coming across more monsters as I do.

I didn’t attack or capture. I have enough for the monsters in my storage, so I don’t need any.

I could pick them up and feed them to the plant, but I would rather not. The plant does not need the monsters, unless they are like bees or very powerful ones.

Hours passed and soon its dawn.

I stopped for a few minutes at the top of the tallest trees, enjoyed the dawn before resuming my journey.

Now and then, I would slow down a little in my journey, not only for the monsters, but also for the resources. This place is filled with them.

It might not seem like it, but there are tens of strings around that would instantly harvest the resources.

Some of the resources couldn’t be harvested instantly. For them, I would slow down a little.
