Chapter 2242: 25.132 Lone Black Star - Finally Saved

Finally finding the thing that is causing the God of Destruction’s slumber was finally found by the three men in the body of Hei Anjing. The Immortal God of Yin and Yang was anxious as he tried to take the Immortal Dao Laws in the former’s hand only for it to slip between their fingers and tried to run away somewhere.

The Dark Cosmic Lord tried to block it but it was useless. It’s a high tier dao law, the Dark Cosmic Lord cannot control it.

"Dammit! It escaped again!" He cursed in anger and asked the Immortal God of Yin and Yang who had caused the whole situation causing things to end up like this. "You shouldn’t have used this power in the first place."

"Now what to do? You cannot control and it doesn’t listen to you. If it stays in Jing’er’s body would he have to keep sleeping!?" The Dark Cosmic Lord asked. One can see the anxiety and anger in his words.

"Jing’er!!?" The three men collectively called. Even the detached Immortal God of Yin and Yang couldn’t hold back calling this name he only dares to call in his mind.

The Sovereign God of Void and Darkness immediately made a move to check on his beloved. Those three coughs just now had caused the lips of the God of Destruction to be covered in blood. He gently wiped the blood on his beloved’s lips and started using light elemental technique to heal his sweetheart. Unfortunately this is not an injury to the blood but to the soul. The Immortal Dao Laws that entered his body tried to approach the soul of the God of Destruction as if it lost its mind.

The Hell Flames Lord asked, "What the hell is happening!?"

"Didn’t you say it will not harm anyone!?" asked the Dark Cosmic Lord.

When he had found its traces, he was shocked to see it trying to merge with Hei Anjing’s soul. The soul of the God of Destruction is indeed strong but that is only at the cosmic level, it still cannot bear the power of immortality. "I have erased the energy now. He should be fine," said the immortal god of yin and yang. "I will need to sleep for a bit. You guys can handle the rest. Don’t worry he should be waking up soon."

He disappeared at the depths of the soul domain leaving the other two who were left behind to watch over the God of Destruction. They had realized that this attempt to save their beloved had caused that immortal god a lot. They had seen how much he had wanted to save their beloved and how much he had sacrificed for it to the extent even his soul was affected. Even if it was his fault that the immortal dao law had appeared, the one who caused it to enter the God of Destruction’s body was the Dark Cosmic Lord. No one is directly at fault.

The Hell Flames Lord realized something had changed in this immortal god. He always said that he hated the God of Destruction, that he is an enemy or something. The Immortal God of Yin and Yang looked at his hand that was slowly turning transparent. He frowned and thought of something he didn’t notice right away as he was focusing on taking away the Immortal Dao Laws that didn’t listen to him.

"Why are my Immortal Dao Laws so attracted to him? Is it like they said... were we truly lovers? Can Immortal Gods even fall in love?" He mumbles.
