Chapter 2591 - 2592: The Power Of Tokyo's Strongests

Medea, one of the most ancient and strongest witches of Europe, was now facing three powerful beings that protected Tokyo, the largest city of Japan with their three clans.

Despite their differences and origins, the Vampire Clan, the Werewolf Clan, and the Sun Clan all unified beneath a single alliance, to protect their old and new homes from the terrific organizations and beings that dwelled in the underworld.

"Do we really need to do this? I have no intentions to fight you… I'll even let your children go… As long as you give me that boy, Frank. We can walk out of here without a fight."

Medea pretended to be strong, she smiled confidently. And well, in a way she had nothing to lose. Her real body was far away somewhere else, her magical powers and her mana were boundless, and she could do whatever she wanted if she really put her mind into it.

However, she had bee mostly lying low, she wasn't someone that particularly liked wreaking havoc in the world, even less cause that much trouble. However, her loyalty and love for her boss was immense and indestructible.

The moment he told her and his other two loyal subjects that they had to get Frank and bring him to him so he could feed on his soul and keep his own sanity, fearing he might become a monster that could harm his beloved daughter, she decided to do it without hesitation.

Of course, her words, which carried a sort of threatening aura to them, didn't work as she had expected. Medea had little experience when dealing with people, even more when trying to reach a common ground where both parties would agree.

She had already almost killed all the kids, those that were being directly protected by them, two of them who were the direct children of the Vampire Queen and the Werewolf King too, while the other was the future successor of the Great Ancestor, and their friend, who unified them all despite how different they were, the heart of the party, and the one she wanted.

"Frank is my daughter's dear friend; do you think I'm letting you touch him?!" Clementina roared. "Even if he's no vampire, I won't let you take him away."

"He's a good kid, and my little pup is interested in him! I ain't letting him go," Beowulf said. "Boy's strong too, he gave you a nice beating didn't he? He bought time before we arrived… He got some nice potential within him."

"Frank is Matsuo's best friend, and a member of our clan… That is not something I can allow," The Great Ancestor stated. "I think we cannot reach an agreement, negotiations are pointless if you only want his life and nothing else… Chaos Gate Agent."

At the end, the only resolution was…

A battle.

"Chaos Gate Agent? What makes you think I am part of the Chaos Gate? You, all of you don't even know who I am!" Medea said, her shadows rapidly gathering into a single entity, a giant feminine silhouette made of shadows with many red eyes across her spectral body.

She exuded an immense, overwhelming magical power that seemed completely boundless. The trio couldn't tell where her Mana began or ended, it was as if she had an infinite source of it.

And the most surprising thing was that she wasn't even present, all of these were just Magical Constructs! Artificial Familiars created out of Ancient Magic and nothing else.

"It's quite obvious you're one, they've been the ones that have been after Frank this entire time," the Great Ancestor said. "Since the moment that boy appeared that they've been after him, constantly. My Clan was quick to respond, he joined us right after he awakened his powers, and we've been taking down those trying to get to him. But a few had slipped from our grasp, you aren't the first."

"Hah, that's still doesn't confirm anything, I am simply an independent witch that wants that boy's powers for myself, that stupid Chaos Gate of whatever, full of wannabe criminals has nothing to do with me," Medea laughed. "But if you want to think that be my guest! Live happily in your own delusions."

"Stop pretending," said Clementina. "My eyes can see everything, and I already saw what you are and where you come from. Your Mana all leads to their place, and I can feel Chaos and Void within your very being. Your master must treat you well, right? I bet you're his little cute pet."

"And you reek like those bastards!" Beowulf groaned angrily. "And I trust my damn nose more than my own daughter! Which isn't much though, that brat always is getting into trouble…"

"Hmph…" Medea didn't want to admit it, even though all three of them had already guessed she belonged to the Chaos Gate. "Oh well, whatever the outcome of this battle is, it benefits me… I might as well see how far you can go and how strong you truly are! Maybe you're actually all weaklings that I shouldn't even worry about?!"

As she smiled with her spectral body, her countless crimson eyes began glowing brightly, channeling her endless mana and firing hundreds of red laser beams against the trio in front of her.

"SHOW ME HOW STRONG YOU TRULY ARE, HAHAHA!"

The beams began chasing all three of them. While Clementina and Beowulf jumped away from danger, the Great Ancestor remained there unmoving.

"Don't make me laugh."

She waved her hand upwards, closing her right hand and then…

TRUUUMMM!!!

The entire domain trembled, as a giant shockwave of pure white light was released from her entire body and her aura.

RUMBLE!

In an instant, the entire city around them was flattened by that light, which wasn't even coming from the skies.

At the same time, all the beams were cancelled, and even Medea's spectral body felt incredibly weakened, her own magical energies were being drained constantly.

"W-What?! A formation?! When did she…?! No, this isn't a formation! It's just her magic?!"

Medea's eyes widened, realizing the incredible power of an Avatar of a Goddess, and not just any, but the strongest God of Japan and the very representation of Japan's flag, the rising sun.

FLAAASH!

The Great Ancestor's body shone brightly, with divinity that could simply not be comprehended by the common eyes.

"Your magic cannot affect me, witch. I will exorcise you in the name of Amaterasu-sama!"
