Chapter 2690 2691: Confronting The Drug Dealers

We were observing what was happening from high above, hiding our auras through veils of illusions to hide our presences and where we were.
That seemed to work just fine, as they were unable to detect us while they talked about what was happening, eventually, the mysterious figure that had shared the drug with them appeared, emerging amidst mist and darkness, it resembled a vampire.
He seemed to be worried; his words easily scare the four drug sellers that were present on the abandoned construction site. In that moment, noticing that this could be our greatest chance, Heisuke glanced at us.
It seemed he had an idea, his eyes filled with resolve.
"This should be our chance, let's sneak behind that vampire and trap everyone inside a Domain, I'll create it myself," he said, pointing down. "Hurry!"
"Aw man, I wanted to watch more…" Uzuki complained, yawning.
"We might as well hurry up and get done with this~" Takamura said. "Right ojou-sama? You just watch from behind, don't worry about anything."
"My, thank you, I shall then," I nodded, truly feeling like a protected young lady. Which wasn't half-bad.
Although Uzuki didn't like the idea, Takamura seemed willing to go for it, and he even told me to just watch and see how they handle this. We jumped at Heisuke's commands, as we reached the construction site in a second, the vampire's eyes widened, as he saw the Domain rapidly form, twisting space.
"Dammit! They're already here?!"
The Vampire panicked, his hand started glowing with a strange demonic stigma imprinted into it, demonic energy surged from within, resembling a crimson and spectral flame.
What sort of power is that?
Wait, is it connected to the drugs somehow?
"If things have come to this, then you better be useful!"
As he said that, he pointed his hands at the drug dealers, rapidly releasing all the demonic power within them and making them suddenly transform, their bodies erupting as new fleshy tendrils grew from their skin and muscles, while their bodies were encompassed by flames.
FLAAASH!
"Aaaaggghhh!"
"Nooooo!"
"Uuugghhh!"
"Gaaaahhhh!"
The four of them screamed in agony, their bodies rapidly transforming into Demonic Humans. Heisuke, Takamura, and Uzuki's eyes widened at the scene, as they didn't expect them to transform right away like that.
All four of them had their own different forms, although they all shared their blazing bodies and their calcinated-like appearances. One of the men became slender and lanky, with blade-like arms and a skull-like face, the second was huge, with enormous arms covered with spikes, a tiny head and tiny legs, and the third had gained four additional arms and sharp claws on all of them, with a bug-like head.
Meanwhile, the only female of the four had become larger, her feminine appearance remaining as she seemed to be floating in the air unlike the rest, her long hair having turned into golden flames and her face blazing with fury, her eyes glowing with yellow fire, as her chest seemed to have a glowing jewel of the same color.
"I can't believe those bastards transformed so quickly! This isn't right Sakamoto!" Takamura said.
"I know. That Vampire seems to have indeed the power to trigger the drug's effects," Heisuke said. "Just as the young lady said, it seems the drug crystalizes demonic energy inside their bodies and using that command spell, he can make that crystal fully take over their bodies, transforming even the most ordinary human into a Demonic Human."
"Huh, so you know so much already!" the vampire groaned, gritting his teeth angrily. "Well, not like it fucking matters anyway! I'm getting out of here!"
The Vampire quickly tried to escape, turning into shadows and disappearing…
However!
FLAAASH!
"Ugh?!"
He was unable to escape! With Heisuke's Domain active, he would have to be stronger than him to even hope to escape. Instead, he kept wandering around the Domain, constantly trying to get somewhere while constantly failing miserably.
"Looks like you really want to get out, unfortunately for you, that won't be a possibility."
Heisuke walked forward- no, Sakamoto.
Usually you call someone by their name when you have a personal relationship with them or are very close, or you see one another as equals.
Sometimes bosses also call their workers by their names…
But honestly, Sakamoto fits him better, and I respect him enough to see him as a senior.
"W-What did you do?! This is….! Ah, damn it! I forgot that this world's humans can create domains?! Aaaggh!"
The Vampire constantly complained angrily, his shadowy body trying to fly as high as possible while Sakamoto looked at him from below, his golden aura flaring up.
"KILL! KILL! KILL!"
"I WANT MORE DRUGS!"
"I'M FUCKING HUNGRY MAN!"
"HEHEHEH! HAHAHAHAHA!"
The four junkies, now deadly Demonic Humans, started laughing maniacally as they charged towards us, interrupting Sakamoto's chase. He quickly decided to aid us, as he believed the vampire would simply wander around unable to do anything, and he didn't seem as strong as these demonic humans. Especially if he was aiming to just escape, right?
"Takamura, Uzuki, both of you take on the slender one and the one with many arms, I'll take on the big armed and the female," Sakamoto said. "As for the young lady, please stay behind and don't worry about us, or your safety. I can guarantee you'll be safe."
"Thank you… I can fight myself as well, you know?" I asked.
"I am well aware of your incredible skill, but we were tasked by your father to show you how this job is, not to let you fight for yourself," Sakamoto said. "I ask you to please be patient."
"Fine…" I nodded.
As he smiled and rushed forward, the battle began. Sakamoto immediately kicked the big armed one, easily avoiding its gigantic fists, while infusing his golden aura into a coin and throwing it at the female demonic human.
"Head or tails?"
"WHAT?!"
The Demonic Human woman groaned in confusion, as the coin slammed her chest and shattered part of her jewel, as she fell to the ground and rolled through it, destroying nearby debris and any other abandoned things in this construction site.
CRAAASH!
As that happened, the big armed demonic human went against Sakamoto, but he easily avoided those deadly attacks and instead kicked and punched his face several times over, accumulating damage and pushing the thing away.
Despite his ability already being impressive, his fighting and physical capabilities were outstanding for a normal human. As father stated, he wasn't genetically modified, he wasn't a demi-human, he wasn't some sort of homunculus, chimera, nor had a special magical body either.
His strength and everything he had accomplished until this moment was through his training and his long career as a hitman, his powers, their development, and how he used them, they all exuded the brilliance of a genius that had already reached the statues of a senior among the Chaos Gate!
"Looks like its heads, I win."
FLAAASH!
