Chapter 4200: Ninth Form
There was one thing the twins’ group hadn’t forgotten yet. Yes, they are inside F974, and that limited the cultivation realm of the experts who entered it to the Peak Stage of the Divinity Realm.
However, this is still the Werdlem Empire! Soza’s group arrived early in a hurry, but the Werdlem Empire wasn’t just them. Roan was absolutely sure that countless Divinities from outside F974 were moving their way. If he were Soza, he would definitely have prepared that.
That said, the twins’ group truly couldn’t afford to keep fighting in this place. At the moment, F974 was under their control because Coddin became its Universe Owner. The powers here could only do as he said.
Of course, the Werdlem Empire’s orders took priority, but Soza’s group truly came here as fast as they could while their subordinates arranged everything else behind. That’s why Soza prioritized the Peak and Late Stage Celestials who could use the Suppressor Plates before coming here.
Any Divinities and such would arrive later, but they definitely would arrive. Once that happened, it wouldn’t matter how strong the twins’ group was. They would be simply overwhelmed by sheer numbers. As to how far the first reinforcement was from them, that was something only Soza’s group knew.
Thus, the twins’ group had no intention of continuing to fight. Their main objective at the moment was only one: to hold Soza and the others down. Meanwhile, Kentucky could work on the next steps of the plan.
Now, what was the sole reason for the twelve Primordial Demon Beasts to gather in this Natural Formation? Obviously, it was to use their powers, joining hands with Soul Gem and Hyeoumu back in Lisan, and then create a channel.
---
Going back to the present, Kentucky had gone inside the hidden area of the Natural Formation, so Celis could use him to immediately cross the entire distance to this place. Due to the formations in place there, the space wasn’t scrambled, so the Celestial Soul Dimensional Realm could be used.
However, before that, Kentucky had Naragal come out and create a new Abyssal Room. With her cultivation, her Abyssal Room wouldn’t be able to hold the Primordial Beasts’ existences inside. However, she didn’t need to make an Abyssal Room that good. She just had to make one.
When she finalized, Kentucky quickly contacted Celis through Sister Orb, and Celis got everything else going. Default came out of Norogal’s Abyssal Room first. After confirming that Default could still hold against the pulling force on his Primordial Laws and Essence, the rest of the Primordial Beasts came out.
Sure enough, they lost their consciousness when they appeared outside, but that didn’t matter. Celis simply sent them all into the Celestial Soul Dimensional Realm, followed by Defaul and Norogal.
Once inside, Celis just had to exit the Dimensional Realm where Kentucky was in F974. That ability had no need for processing power or Celestial Points. Thanks to that, this ability of the Dimensional Realm still worked just fine, no need for the system.
Before Celis even came out, Kentucky already pulled Norogal out and had him work on the Abyssal Room that his daughter had already created. That made things a lot easier, and he only had to expand and make it sturdier so the Primordial Beasts could exist inside without making it collapse.
Finally, Celis and Kentucky sent all twelve Primordial Demon Beasts inside the new Abyssal Room, which released them from the grasp of the Werdlem Empire’s Origin Control Formation. Let’s not forget that the Empire calls The Echo by a different name: The Origin.
Now, all twelve Primordial Demon Beasts arrived at the Natural Formation, and also the formation that would be used to create the channel. Norogal kept the black tunnel open, allowing those inside to talk to those outside. It was really convenient, and the Primordial Beasts could send their power from inside to the outside through that exit.
"Alright!" Kentucky turned to Ratria-Ket and Ploto-Ume. "All of them are here!"
Default spoke from inside the Abyssal Room right after. "We need the twins! They are the Lisan Universe’s Owners. Without them, we can’t create the channel to escape."
Celis and Kentucky nodded. "Just give us a moment."
---
Outside, the battle was growing increasingly heated. Soza and Roan, especially, were at each other’s throats nonstop, neither side succeeding in gaining a lasting advantage. However, Roan’s experience got better as the battle continued, and no gruesome injuries had happened for a while already.
*Clang, Clang!*
The two of them clashed once more, getting stuck in a single position for a moment.
"What the hell are you planning?!" Soza asked, pushing his Crystal Void Half Moon Blades forward.
"Hmph!" Roan scoffed. "Let’s just say we are trying to get a family reunion."
Soza got even angrier. It was obvious that he was talking about Soza, his daughter, and Soul Gem. Well, he was right, but not entirely. Roan was also trying to get back to his own family here.
Soza continued his inquiry. "I know the rest of the Primordial Demon Beasts are here. I already scrambled the entire space around this place. Do you think you can escape this time? Do you know what your actions have caused?"
Roan nodded. "If things truly turn for the worse, we can just flee. In this Universe, your cultivation is as good as mine. If I put my all into running away, can you really stop me? How far can you scramble the space, uh? Sure, we will lose a lot of our helpers. But as long as we are alive, we can try again."
Roan wasn’t lying that he could flee if he wanted, but at the same time, he was only making it look like he was preparing for that.
"Then we will see if you can truly do so," Soza said, and his Celestial Energy flared up with his Moonlight Element and Laws.
Soza stepped forward, both half-moon blades igniting with pale lunar radiance, their glow soft and sharp. The light didn’t spread, it curved, bending inward like opposing crescents drawn toward the same point. For a brief instant, the space around Roan seemed caught between phases, like a moon neither waxing nor waning.
Then he vanished.
Two arcs of moonlight flashed at once, one from the front, one from behind, perfectly mirrored, as if reflected through an unseen lunar surface. There was no sound, only a faint ripple in the air where the crescents overlapped.
’Eclipse Execution!’
Roan didn’t lag behind, though. ’A vanishing strike, uh? But are you okay with splitting your power?’
Roan threw his Scythes back and forward as Light and Dark Element converged into them with the Celestial Laws of Dark and Light! For a moment, Roan’s body seemed to get transparent.
’Red Death, Ninth Form, Instant Mirage!’
*Kabrum!*
Then, out of nowhere, Roan appeared holding both loose Scythes in two different positions!
*Clang! Clang!*
*Crash! Crash!*
Both Roans had the same power, each holding the Crystal Void Scythes with both hands. Soza, however, was still holding his Half Moon Blades with one hand each. The power they could apply to their weapons in that state was obviously different!
*Swish!*
The first Half Moon Blade instantly broke, and the second followed. However, Soza was only truly present behind one of them, and he saw how his Crystal Void Half Moon Blade was destroyed, with Roan’s Scythe immediately slashing through his body!
*Arrghhh!*
