For a brief moment, it almost felt as if time itself had slowed. The mouths of the two Magma Drakes filled with blazing magma as Godly Energy rapidly condensed inside their throats. At the very same time, the twins’ techniques and Lukay’s lightning attack rushed forward to meet them head-on.

The twins answered simultaneously, not wasting even the slightest fraction of a second.

Then the Yin Yang Sanctuary spread once more, and that immediately enveloped the two Godly Predator Magma Drakes. The system did not miss them.

The notifications echoed inside the twins’ minds in less than the blink of an eye. While everyone else remained completely focused on the incoming collision, Rean and Roan’s consciousness had already connected to the System.

Everything happened entirely within their minds. From removing the cooldown, activating the Sanctuary once again, and receiving the rewards, the entire process was completed in an instant. To everyone watching from the outside, absolutely nothing seemed to have changed.

Two hundred meters were instantly enveloped by the sanctuary, erasing every trace of Godly Pressure inside its range. More importantly, the newly unlocked weakening effect descended upon the two Godly Predator Magma Drakes at the exact moment they were about to unleash their attacks.

The sudden drop in strength completely caught the two Predators off guard. Their control over the magma flames filling their mouths faltered as the Godly Energy inside their bodies abruptly weakened by what would be an entire cultivation stage for a Zone God. The attacks they had carefully prepared instantly became unstable, while their own reactions slowed ever so slightly as their bodies struggled to adapt to a power they had never experienced before.

That tiny opening was more than enough.

The unstable magma attacks shattered the instant they collided with the incoming techniques. Rean’s and Roan’s combined strike sliced straight through the explosion before continuing forward without losing much of its momentum, while Lukay’s concentrated bolt of golden lightning pierced through the remaining magma on the opposite side.

The two Magma Drakes didn’t even have time to recover from the sudden weakening. The attacks landed almost simultaneously. The Predator on the left had its neck cleanly severed by the twins’ crimson lightning before the remaining energy exploded inside its body, tearing apart its head in a violent burst of flames and blood.

At almost the same time, Lukay’s lightning pierced through the skull of the second Drake, detonating from within and blowing apart its entire head in a shower of molten scales.

The airplane shot between the two collapsing corpses like a streak of light. Behind them, the enormous bodies of both Magma Drakes lost all momentum and tumbled helplessly from the sky before crashing somewhere within the ancient city. The impact shook several ruined buildings in the distance, sending clouds of dust and broken stone rising above the treetops.

It was the very first time the weakening effect of the Yin Yang Sanctuary had been used in actual combat.

Its results couldn’t have been more decisive.

Lukay remained frozen where he stood. His attack certainly contributed, yet he knew very well what had happened. Those Magma Drakes hadn’t suddenly become careless. Their Godly Pressure, aura, and even the strength behind their attacks had all dropped in an instant.

He had felt it with absolute certainty.

His eyes slowly turned toward the twins, disbelief written all over his face.

"You..." he muttered, struggling to process what he had just witnessed. "You actually figured out how to do it? Already?"

Lukay remained frozen for a moment, still holding his weapon as the two Magma Drakes fell behind them. He had felt it clearly.

The Godly Pressure surrounding those Predators hadn’t simply vanished. Their actual strength had been reduced.

The lightning surrounding his core flickered intensely as he stared at the twins.

"You..." Lukay muttered in disbelief. "You actually did it?"

He already knew what the twins had been attempting. They had been trying to develop a way to add a similar weakening effect to their Yin Yang Sanctuary. Lukay had heard them discuss the idea before, and while he believed they might eventually succeed, he never expected it to happen so soon.

After all, even understanding how such an ability worked was already incredibly difficult. Turning that understanding into a functional technique was an entirely different matter.

Yet, in the middle of a battle against two Godly Predators, they had somehow achieved it.

Their Yin Yang Sanctuary had successfully weakened the Magma Drakes.

The lightning around Lukay’s core continued to fluctuate as he tried to process the implications. He had always known the twins were extraordinary, but their speed of progress continued to exceed his expectations. Things that should have taken countless years of research somehow kept becoming reality around them in the span of moments.

Little did he know that was simply the reward of the twins’ group’s quest.

Roan, however, showed no interest in discussing their success right now. His gaze had already shifted past the two falling corpses and toward the enormous Magma Drake still charging after them from the distance.

The Godly Horror had witnessed the deaths of the two Predators, yet instead of slowing down, its rage only intensified.

*ROOOOOOOAAARRRRR!!!*

The flames surrounding its massive body erupted violently as its Godly Energy surged outward. The terrifying heat distorted the air around it, leaving waves of shimmering space behind as it tore through the sky. Even from such a distance, everyone aboard the airplane could clearly feel just how monstrous that creature truly was.

Roan narrowed his eyes before speaking. "We can talk later." He looked toward the cockpit. "Rean, stop the airplane."

The lightning around Lukay’s core flickered sharply. "...What?"

A cold smile slowly appeared on Roan’s face as he looked directly at the rapidly approaching Godly Creature. "It’s time to play with this Godly Horror."
