Archimedes affirmed a terrifying truth as he had been out of it for a whole day, his mind coming to as he found himself on a soft bedding made from the feathers of a dead Phoenix, the visage of Lacana snuggled up beside him while covered by a seam of feathers as she slept peacefully.

On the bedding, he raised his stellar obsidian hands to look at himself as at this time, he felt a sense of disconnect.

As if he knew this body wasn't his, and that it was very real somewhere else entirely.

His eyes became unbearably cold at such a distinction!

Years continued to pass after Archimedes confirmed the state of things, and the war reached a critical juncture.

On a certain day.

10 years into the Megalos War against Nihilos.

In a region of white, gray flames burned all around as massive winged Nematodes led by titanic Nihilos Poxviridae faced the armies of the Great Instrument of the Beyonder.

The Nihilos Poxviridae looked like massive round blobs burning with gray flames, white wings expanding behind them as there were hundreds at the Existence Severing stage looking coldly towards the cluster of Outerversal Morphons, Antediluvian Leviathans, and other races of the Megalos Beyond and Megalos Ynnere!

Archimedes and Lacana were in the middle of their army as Lacana's gaze was cloudy on this day, her voice light.

"I've heard some weavings about this battle, if…if I do not make it, know that you have my heart with you, always."

She raised a foreboding flag right before the battle began as not even seconds later…

CAA!

The white space behind the massive Nihilos Poxviridae split as an aura far exceeding Existence Severing bloomed!

A terrifying Nihilos Marburg worm-like creature appeared- its aura rising to terrifying levels as even the Great Demolisher and other Existence Severing entities on the armies of Ynnere and Beyond turned pale.

This…was a Pioneer!

A ring of terrifying gray brilliance erupted from it and spread out towards the army, the Existence Severing entities roaring out with shock and hatred as above them, the skies split again as a stellar obsidian hand stretched out.

It smashed away the oncoming gray brilliance, but some still turned into tendrils of gray lightning that smashed chaotically across the Legions of Ynnere and Beyond!

Any entity that was touched by this terrifying gray brilliance roared out in terror and shock as an Existence Severing Antediluvian Leviathan whose skin shone with purple splendor saw his body shaking as bubbles of pus began to erupt all over him, his weavings rapidly deteriorating.

He had severed his existence as very little could affect him, and yet the tendrils of gray flames bypassed his natural barrier that isolated his existence, jumped onto him, and now he felt like his very weavings were unraveling!

His skin split open as he began to bleed gold blood, this blood turning vile and gray as it became pus moments after.

His mental state rapidly began to deteriorate as his vision gradually faded- utterly horrific events unfolding just seconds after a Pioneer of Existence made a move- even when a large part of its attack was blocked!

The few tendrils that managed to pass through affected everyone alike, whether they were Existence Severing Entities or those that were One With Existence!

A sliver of a tendrils shot out among many as its tremendous speed clashed with multiple entities, until the last shred of it flashed before Archimedes.

It radiated a vile brilliance that would take down at least one more entity, but the moment it was about to strike…

SAA!

The visage of Lacana appeared before Archimedes as her back was slashed open by the gray flames.

"Ah…"

Her expression was one of sadness and resignation, her skin rapidly beginning to peel as her existence broke down from a mere residual attack of a Pioneer of Existence!

In the middle of all this, Archimedes bent down and held the body of Lacana while billowing out, seeing her rapidly dissolving existence as in her last moments, she held a smile.

"You've…been different these last few years, but they were among the happiest I've had…"

WAA!

Her Ordinance that was fused with her was dismantled and decayed as in a short few seconds, her whole body turned into gray sludge.

Archimedes held what remained as he felt a sense of desolation, raising his head above and roaring as there, in the distance, terrifying entities were facing off.

Every time they came in contact, existence tumbled and shook as if behemoths were treading through it!

The Nihilos Marburg Pioneer roared out with brilliance as it faced a titanic humanoid obsidian Pioneer of Existence, their battle holding mysteries and profundities others could even easily discern as at times, they seemed frozen in place, and at other times, their figures were only flickers of light that couldn't even be seen by the eyes of Existence Severing entities!

But the results of their clash were known far too quickly, a gap in power existing between the two as shockingly, a cry split apart the space of Nihilos, the titanic body of the Outerversal Pioneer briefly appearing in the skies with its obsidian chest cracked.

BOOM!

Pristine globules of blood bloomed from it that the terrifying Nihilos Marburg devoured, but a few globules of blood rolled out and scattered.

One smashed onto an enraged Archimedes as the pressure and weight of this globule of blood alone nearly shattered his existence, his figure thrown far back before he came to a stop.

When he came to, he only found himself grasping and holding a single globule of stellar obsidian blood that trembled with shocking complexity, and above…

The body of a Pioneer was entirely split open as a Nihilos Marburg fed on it rapidly!

The scene left the armies of Ynnere and Beyond in shambles as they all roared to retreat, with the terrifying Pioneer of Existence above not allowing such a thing to happen as it was about to move to massacre!

At such a time.

HUUM!

Existence shook and tumbled as it came with a heavy symphony, space becoming torn open as the terrifying pressure of a creature unheard of in the Megalos bloomed.

The escaping Outerversal Morphons stopped and became elated as they called out.

They called out with hope and fervor as terrifying weavings erupted out.

The Nihilos Marburg gazed up with a sense of somberness and trepidation as amidst the billowing eruption of weavings, the visage of Archimedes shook uncontrollably when they appeared as his consciousness became extremely heavy.

The appearance of the coming aura seemed to have triggered something as the moment it bloomed, it actually didn't even focus on the opposing Pioneer of Existence, but instead in the far back Legions where the body of Archimedes held a drop of blood of a Pioneer!

A terrifying intent of the Great Instrument bloomed with immense rage as if it recognized something within Archimedes, but before anything else could occur…
