Chapter 4468: Thaumata I
In The Wandering Territories.
The Sanctuary of The First Farmer.
A simple verdant-gold hut stood in the center of many radiant farm fields, a modest structure that seemed almost ridiculous given the concentrated life-force emanating from surrounding plots where entire dimensions were being cultivated like crops.
Elyndra entered the hut with expression mixing nostalgia and calming grief.
Her golden hair cascaded like wheat fields in harvest season. Her blue eyes held depths of accumulated wisdom beyond her apparent age. The verdant-gold dress she wore seemed woven from living plant matter that pulsed with rhythmic vitality.
This was the home her father loved to occupy when he required respite from responsibilities, surrounded by vibrant life all around, tending to growth with his own hands rather than delegating to subordinates.
She closed her eyes and breathed deeply, inhaling the immense force of life permeating the surroundings. The accumulated essence of The First Farmer’s cultivation still lingered here, making the simple hut feel sacred despite its modest construction.
In the next moment, a voice echoed from behind her with measured calmness.
"The Perpetual Farmer. Are you prepared for what comes next?"
Noah pushed aside the straw door and entered while surveying the interior with analytical assessment. His eyes catalogued details...the simple furniture, the preserved artifacts, the carefully maintained garden visible through rear window.
...!
Was she prepared?
Elyndra turned to stare at this magnificent entity before her, who had walked into her father’s sanctuary as if he belonged there.
His figure approached until he stood mere inches from her position. He tilted his head with expression suggesting genuine curiosity rather than manipulation as he observed the wetness accumulating in her eyes.
His hand reached out with surprising gentleness to wipe away tears that threatened to fall.
She felt the immensity and warmth of hands that appeared capable of crushing her existence or elevating it beyond current limitations. Her blue eyes pulsed like endless sea while examining him, trying to comprehend what exactly he represented, what role she was about to play in his designs.
Because it truly seemed like it would be his designs!
But he pulled his hand away with deliberate motion as he spoke with calm finality.
"You expressed desire to establish a friendship between us, correct? Then let us be friends. Let us discover whether we can successfully guide you toward achieving The False THE designation. Come."
With casual wave of his hand, a blue-gold portal manifested beside them, a spatial tear leading to destinations unknown.
He entered without hesitation or backward glance, as if he had absolute confidence that she would follow.
Moments passed in weighted silence.
Elyndra bit her lips with visible indecision, looking around the hut one final time...at her father’s favorite chair, at the preserved tools he had used for his farming, at all the memories this place represented.
Then she followed Noah through the portal with determined stride.
Father gave me this path. I will walk it to discover where it leads.
---
Inside the Infiniverse.
Noah and Elyndra materialized before a radiant Crimson Hunger Sovereign Spire of Osmont that floated grandly in conceptual space...this particular Spire positioned outside the Early Veiled Shore, hovering alone in sea of golden sandy dreamlike authority that stretched infinitely in all directions.
Inside a domain filled with the weavings Dreams!
The Spire itself was magnificent in its predatory design. Sleek architecture covered in blade-like protrusions. Crimson light pulsing through obsidian framework with rhythmic intensity.
There existed nobody present at this location apart from Protos.
The First Primus Inevitability stood before the Spire’s entrance with arms crossed, radiating heavy aura that made surrounding space distort visibly. His form had grown substantially since his initial emergence...now standing twice as tall as standard Primus Inevitabilities, covered in more elaborate armor, eyes burning with accumulated authority.
Elyndra looked around with expression mixing shock and growing comprehension as she articulated her confusion.
"Where is this place? And what is that...massive structure? Who is that being radiating such terrifying presence?"
Noah replied with measured explanation.
"This is my home...a small portion of it, at least. This place represents a space where my Civilization’s framework manifests tangibly. I brought you here to witness something important."
He gestured toward Protos with a casual motion. "Can you perceive the power level of the being standing before us?"
He smiled with an expression of genuine curiosity regarding her assessment.
Elyndra’s eyes trembled as her analytical senses reached out to measure Protos.
She wouldn’t be able to fully tell, but...
900 Quintillion Complexity and Purity blazed ahead of her!
For her it just felt overwhelming.
Her own power, 15 Quintillion after accepting the mantle of Perpetual Farmer, seemed to almost mean nothing in comparison. She felt like delicate feather confronting hurricane that could absolutely obliterate her existence without conscious effort.
Regardless of the Nine Principles her father had carefully instilled within her framework! Regardless of all the preparation and engineering that had gone into her creation!
Noah observed her shocked reaction with analytical focus as he continued his explanation.
"This represents his current power level in base form, before he undergoes his transformation. What you’re sensing now is merely his starting point."
He nodded toward Protos with a commanding gesture.
"Proceed."
Protos bowed with formal precision before turning and entering the massive Spire through doors that opened at his approach.
The Spire began shining with intensifying crimson brilliance as unfathomable transformation commenced within, visible even from external observation as the entire structure pulsed with concentrated authority.
As this grand metamorphosis progressed, Noah turned his attention back to Elyndra with an expression of assessment and challenge.
"This entity represents one among millions contained within my Civilization who possess comparable power levels. Well, others are slightly less on average, he’s exceptional even among his peers. Right now, he is undergoing transformation that will multiply the power you just measured by more than fifteen times through... Civilization Specialization mechanics."
His voice carried weight of undeniable truth.
"This represents the level of immensity you must achieve if you genuinely wish to compete at scales we’re operating on. You possess the legacy of The First Farmer, he had already engineered your existence specifically for pursuing The False THE designation. I am simultaneously pursuing multiple potential solutions to The Fallout. You represent... merely one option among several."
HUUM!
His eyes fixed upon her with penetrating intensity.
"Surprise me. I harbor substantial doubt regarding your viability as a solution currently. Prove that skepticism wrong. Demonstrate that The First Farmer’s legacy constitutes something capable of allowing Civilization to bloom exponentially. Or at minimum, prove that his specific plan to have you personally attain The False THE designation represents achievable objective rather than impossible ambition."
...!
Elyndra trembled even more profoundly at such blunt assessment as she bit her lips with decisive determination.
Her figure turned fully toward Noah as she spoke with eyes shining with barely contained fervor.
"My father designed my fundamental nature and the Principles instilled within my framework specifically with Perpetual Harvest synergy in mind. The engineering was deliberate and comprehensive. I would require you to...infuse me with substantial quantities of harvest..."
"..."
She spoke straightforwadly.
Noah nodded with calm acceptance.
"I will provide that and more. But first...watch what transformation actually accomplishes at scale."
...!
The massive doorway of the Spire before them pulsed with blinding crimson radiance as a terrifying figure emerged from within!
