Infinite Mana In The Apocalypse

Chapter 4535: The Distraught and The Defiant! IV

Chapter 4535: The Distraught and The Defiant! IV

In the Early Veiled Shore.

Sigrid felt the golden sands beneath her feet as she looked out at this now massive continent that seemed to be expanding with every passing second. The growth was subtle but constant, like watching a child mature in accelerated time.

The plots filled with sacred herbs continued to increase in number as they were tended to without issue by automated systems and literal Tenders. Marine lifeforms continued to be caught and cataloged in the massive Aquarium as it filled with scintillating multicolored creatures from across different realities.

Massive Sovereign Spires of Osmont could be seen in various corners of this continent, each one pulsing with authority. Armies of Primus Inevitabilities were constantly flowing into these structures to undergo Civilization Specialization, emerging stronger and more capable than when they entered.

The entire domain felt like a grand unfolding of life and existence. Like something sacred that someone had cultivated from a very small point and raised and elevated up to its current impressive stage through dedication and vision.

She had not been present when Noah first began building the Early Veiled Shore, but he had described it to her with fondness. How its size was tiny initially with just a few trees scattered here and there and barely any cultivation plots. How he had fought against a goldfish!

She smiled at the memory. Even if he was not physically here at this moment, she wanted to be able to protect such a place. She wanted to be able to safeguard his home and everything he had built.

So she closed her eyes and sent out her voice and intent to multiple people across the domain through their connections.

And moments later, space rippled as figures began materializing.

Multiple beings began to surround the golden sands where Sigrid stood. They included The Infiniverse with her flowing form of Omniverses and verdant-gold light. Khor with her obsidian-crimson aura of Hunger. Protos in his crystalline magnificence. Riya with her blazing blue eyes and Kael radiating discipline.

There was Henry carrying Noah’s bloodline authority. Moiraine and Malphas exuding dark power. Adelaide shining with immensity, and Barbatos wrapped in deathly shadows!

They all appeared around her in a semicircle as Sigrid looked at each of them in turn before speaking.

"THE Dead Order plans to send forth a Disciple of THE Creature into the lands of the living," she said with measured calm. "Directed specifically toward us. Such an entity could potentially be at the level of False THE in power. She may also likely send along her Guiders of Order as additional forces."

She paused before adding the most important detail.

"And he is not here to protect us."

He.

They all knew immediately who she was referencing at this moment. For the first time since their collective rise to power, a significant threat was approaching while they did not have Noah’s direct protection or intervention available.

The figure of Henry looked at everyone gathered before speaking with calm confidence.

"Even when Father is not physically present, his power and foundation still remain with us," he said with conviction and Nepotism resonating through his words!

"Whatever forces they throw at us should not prove insurmountable. We are not helpless children."

His words were filled with genuine calm and unshakeable confidence. After he spoke, Sigrid nodded with acknowledgment before looking toward the others assembled.

At this moment, all heads gradually turned to focus on none other than The Infiniverse and Khor. The two most powerful entities present aside from Sigrid herself.

The gazes of these two women shone with imperious and regal allure as they processed the information.

Khor spoke first with a sense of aged wisdom!

"THE Dead Order is a vindictive bitch who carries considerable baggage and unresolved trauma," she said with cold observation. "She remains the only THE Living Existence to have been collapsed and defeated in that catastrophic battle all those years ago. Her pride has never recovered..."

Her eyes gleamed with dark understanding.

"She will absolutely do what she threatens because proving her continued relevance is necessary for her. The only variable we control is our adequate response to her aggression. Since we cannot venture into the lands of the dead to strike first, we can only wait here and prepare ourselves to be ready for whatever emerges."

She crossed her arms with thoughtful consideration.

"With the capabilities of Civilization Specialization and the millions of Primus Inevitabilities at our disposal, it may not be merely a pipe dream to successfully stand against a False THE entity."

Khor quieted after these measured words, and many eyes shifted expectantly toward The Infiniverse next.

Her gaze was calm and supremely commanding as she spoke.

"The Master has already positioned someone in the lands of the dead who is not perceivable even to the awareness of THE Dead Order herself," she revealed with confidence.

"I will establish communication with this being to gather intelligence on exactly what forces will emerge from the lands of the dead and when we can expect their arrival."

Her form pulsed with authority.

"We are currently positioned within the Wandering Territories. Locating our exact position will require considerable time and resources, if they succeed in finding us at all. And in the case that they do manage to track us down..."

Her voice became predatory.

"They will simply become another target of conquest for me to systematically devour and integrate. Let her send whatever forces she desires. The Primus Inevitabilities will be prepared and positioned. The specialized legions will be ready. I will coordinate everything personally to ensure maximum efficiency."

BOOM!

Her words radiated terrifying commanding allure that left no room for doubt or fear. After she finished speaking, her brilliant figure disappeared immediately without further discussion.

She genuinely did not fear whatever threats were coming toward them.

Sigrid smiled as she looked down at the footprints in the golden sand where The Infiniverse had just been standing moments before. She was not alone in this defense, and nobody was demanding that she sacrifice herself to protect them. She had found genuinely good people to surround herself with.

The future held untold possibilities and challenges, but they would face them as they came.

And as for THE Dead Order who actually believed that they had lost their protector and become vulnerable?

She would come to learn otherwise soon enough!
