Infinite Mana In The Apocalypse

Chapter 4610: The Discovery

Chapter 4610: The Discovery

Enjoy the little things.

This alone was something that very few truly understood over the years as they continued to work and struggle endlessly.

Noah understood this principle a while ago as even amidst apocalypses and existential struggles, he made conscious effort to enjoy the little things.

He had a side profession as a farmer and chef after all as he even had a Cooking Sovereign Spire of Osmont, and he kept the company of multiple vibrant entities that formed his family across realities.

He enjoyed the small moments of peace amidst the constant struggle because if one only struggled and did nothing else, by the time their life was done they would inevitably ask themselves a terrible question.

What was all that struggle for if I spent eons doing it and nothing else?

So for now, even though he still half expected and remained prepared for something obscene to occur at any moment, he loved to be proven wrong as he looked at the festival unfolding around him.

The feel of the celebration carried weight that went beyond simple enjoyment.

There was ancientness here, ritual wonder that spoke of traditions older than most realities.

The Ginnu Lifeforms danced around the flames of Phonemes with movements that had been perfected across countless eons. Their steps created secondary linguistic patterns in the air, their rhythm generating waves that resonated with fundamental frequencies of Existence itself.

After completing particular sequences of the dance, individual Ginnu would reach up into the swirling cluster of treasures circling overhead in the vibrant sky.

They would pluck a fruit or jewel, take a bite or absorb a portion of its concentrated authority, revel in the sensation of power flooding through them, and then return seamlessly to the dance.

It felt surreal to witness.

These were entities with their own complete Weavings of Existence and their own complex lives stretching across unfathomable timespans.

And here they were, celebrating together with genuine joy rather than the usual cold calculation that dominated interactions between powerful beings.

As Noah looked at all of them participating in this timeless ritual, something in his expression shifted slightly as he missed his family.

Ul’moreth noticed immediately.

What is that nostalgic look I see crossing your face, Little Anomaly? Come on, live in the present moment! Here is my gift to you, take it all. I’ll let you continue your relentless struggle in a little bit since I understand your impatience well enough, but participate properly in the festival just to have it marked across Existence that one day, in Ginnungagap, The Scale Breaker was here. The Anomaly was here. Dance, eat, celebrate!

The words boomed with infectious enthusiasm.

Right after Ul’moreth spoke, Noah felt all the radiant Lotuses flowing toward him as if drawn by irresistible gravity.

Clean prompts bloomed before his vision.

Festival Boon Acquired

The Primordial Comprehension Lotus (Phoneme Variation: Light) x3

The Primordial Comprehension Lotus (Phoneme Variation: Time) x3

The Primordial Comprehension Lotus (Phoneme Variation: Paradox) x2

The Primordial Comprehension Lotus (Phoneme Variation: Water) x2

The Primordial Comprehension Lotus (Phoneme Variation: Fire) x2

The Primordial Comprehension Lotus (Phoneme Variation: Void) x2

Total Primordial Comprehension Lotuses Acquired: 14

Noah looked at all of them with eyes shining with profound satisfaction before immediately putting them away into secure storage.

He sent half of the total directly toward THE Infinite Desmoterion.

Part of the reason he could even convince himself to take a moment to live in the present and participate in this festival was simple calculation.

Another part of him was currently inside THE Infinite Desmoterion continuing to advance his Way and deepen his study of The First Tongue at fifteen thousand times temporal dilation.

So Noah was still working hard in that space. Fifteen thousand times as hard, in fact!

Or more accurately, he was making progress at such a multiplied rate that it justified taking brief moments to exist normally in external reality.

So he would participate properly in the festival and see about obtaining more treasures from the swirling cluster circling above.

Because The Primordial Comprehension Lotuses alone represented extraordinary opportunity.

He could give these to his people.

How glorious would it be if Khor quickly gained the capability to utilize The First Tongue? If Moiraine, Malphas, Riya, and all the others acquired this fundamental linguistic authority as well?

His eyes brightened with expanding possibilities as he looked toward the distant cages where THE Maelstrom Thundermane remained imprisoned alongside other captured entities.

His gaze sharpened as he sent them a silent message.

Wait for me. I’m coming for all of you soon enough.

...!

---

While a festival of linguistic wonder unfolded in Ginnungagap, reality continued its relentless motion elsewhere.

In the current Era, on the other side of The Veil that continued breaking down piece by piece, deep within The Lands of The Dead, The Great Usurper known as Eckert continued his idle existence.

He continued passively expanding his Derivative Civilization of Idle Existence in the most grand manner possible.

By doing absolutely nothing.

But sometimes, this approach alone was more terrifying than any active conquest or violent expansion.

His existence spread exponentially across The Lands of The Dead while remaining completely unobservable by any other entities who might wish to detect or interfere with his growth.

His entire Weaving of Existence had expanded to cover such a vast area that at this particular moment, something unexpected occurred.

"Hmm?"

Eckert blinked, in his formless state anyways, with mild surprise as he felt his existence extend into a region spanning several Gigaparsecs of seemingly empty murky obsidian space.

But there was something unusual here.

There seemed to be a point of concentrated singularity where his passively spreading existence suddenly spilled into something hidden within this apparently vacant region.

And as more of his Idle Existence flowed into this concealed space, his awareness expanded to encompass what lay within.

His expression shifted to genuine shock.

He could feel an extremely exuberant cluster of concentrated power residing in this hidden location.

This was a veiled pocket of existence, a deliberately concealed space folded away from normal observation.

The pocket itself measured perhaps a few hundred thousand kilometers across, small by cosmic standards but densely packed with authority that made Eckert’s senses sharpen immediately.

The space had strange properties. Reality here felt different, as if it operated according to rules that predated current Existence.

And at the center of this veiled pocket, Eckert’s spreading awareness encountered three circular bubbles of brilliant radiance.

Each bubble was approximately a kilometer in diameter, suspended in perfect equidistant formation from each other.

Inside each bubble, he could sense a distinct presence.

Three Early Creatures, their forms visible but completely inactive.

They appeared to be in some form of suspended animation or deep stasis, their existences preserved but not actively functioning.

And wrapped around each bubble was unique scripture written in a language Eckert could not understand despite his vast knowledge.

The writing pulsed with authority that felt impossibly ancient, and it held power that exceeded any of the Guiders of Order he saw!

As he looked at all of this with growing fascination, prompts materialized before his awareness.

Your Idle Existence has passively spilled into a Veiled Pocket of Existence belonging to THE Creature

Classification: Hidden Storage Space

Contents Detected: The Inactivated Disciples of THE Creature

Status: Three Early Creatures in suspended stasis

Preservation Method: Unknown linguistic containment beyond current comprehension

Security Level: Extreme - designed to remain hidden from all observation

Note: Your unique method of passive expansion through Idle Existence has bypassed standard detection barriers since...it is a Derivative Civilization stemming from Existence itself. Otherwise. you would have not been able to enter.

Critical Decision Point

Current Mode: Passive Observation through Idle Existence

Your presence remains undetected due to nature of Idle Existence

Question: Would you like to switch to Active Mode?

Eckert stared at the prompts with expression mixing curiosity and calculation.

Three disciples of THE Creature itself, hidden away in suspended stasis within a veiled pocket of existence.

Preserved by linguistic scripture that even he could not decipher!
