Infinite Mana In The Apocalypse

Chapter 4748: Simulation And Reality Collide! IV

Chapter 4748: Simulation And Reality Collide! IV

Terrifying words that almost stopped everything echoed out!

THE Secretive Eon.

Every time she spoke, he had to reevaluate her power again.

Such a thing was just obscene!

She could make it so that even another Absolute could not perceive her?

"..."

Did this not mean that if Noah wasn’t careful enough, an Absolute like her could entirely hide from his perception while following him around?

He had to be very careful about this.

He had to make sure that he didn’t have a body around an Absolute that made any trips to THE Infiniverse or other important locations.

Because even without knowing it, there could have been an Absolute watching him this entire time.

...!

As he had such thoughts, the simulation continued.

Simulation Resuming.

While contemplating the implications of Absolute-class concealment capabilities, you and Skoll follow Eon across the Wastes.

You plan for multiple contingencies on how you will navigate this situation once the simulation ends.

Mental planning in progress.

All contingencies carry significant risk against genuine Absolute opposition.

Warning:

The integrity of this simulation continues to deteriorate with the continued revelation of the Weavings of an Absolute.

Current Simulation Integrity: 24%

In preparation for the eventual expected meeting with another Absolute soon, resources are being allocated to maintain viable simulation integrity for slightly more time after the introduction of THE Weavers.

Estimated additional simulation time after Absolute contact: 1 minute before critical integrity failure.

Use this time wisely.

Navigation Progress:

You continue mapping out the regions of the Wastes.

Even with the speed of Eon, an Absolute, it takes a total of 30 seconds to cross the relevant portions of the Wastes.

30 seconds at Absolute velocity.

The scale of Observable Existence post-Fallout is staggering.

This allows you to get a glimpse of just how far and how complex Observable Existence has become.

What you now understand and know is just a fraction of Everything.

The territories you mapped with Skoll earlier represent a tiny corner of what exists out here.

Humbling. Terrifying. Motivating.

Approaching target location...

...!

Eon slowed down.

The corrupted landscape around them began to stabilize into something more recognizable as they approached whatever destination her Absolute perception had identified.

She smiled.

"Oh?"

Her voice carried notes of genuine surprise.

"Those carrying traces of your Way actually already managed to enter Half-Step Absolute Depth?"

She glanced back at Noah with eyes that sparkled with renewed interest.

"What a unique thing, Scale Breaker. Your pillars are more impressive than I assumed."

...!

As Eon said this, Noah sensed the immense Weavings of Existence ahead. He could sense glimmers of The First Tongue as if she was talking about Half-Step Absolute Depth...this should be Ul’moreth? Up ahead, he sensed everything!

Auras of utter majesty bloomed across his perception!

He felt the maddening glimmer of Absolute pressing down over everything. A weight that made his own considerable heaviness feel insignificant. Authority that crushed the very air and bent reality into shapes that served purposes he couldn’t comprehend.

And yet...

Skoll’s speed was only barely affected.

The transformed Duke could still cross through such a region of oppression. His neon flames flickered against the Absolute pressure but did not dim. His stride remained sure even as reality itself groaned beneath the weight bearing down upon it.

Good boy. Such a good boy!

Eon smiled calmly.

"Well... we are here, Scale Breaker."

She turned to face him fully, her small form somehow seeming larger than the forces pressing down around them.

"I’ve kept up my end of the bargain."

Her dark eyes held something that might have been respect. Or pity. Or simply the patient observation of someone watching events unfold according to patterns she had seen countless times before.

"Good luck."

With such words, Eon disappeared from his perception entirely.

No warning. No transition. Simply present one moment and gone the next, her Absolute concealment rendering her invisible even to the senses of THE Weavers who dominated this region.

And Noah arrived at the point he had been seeking this entire time.

His perception finally observed the glorious hairy entity that was Ul’moreth!

The ancient Ginnu Lifeform stood valiantly, his obsidian-gold hair flowing with defiance that refused to bow even before Absolute pressure. His massive form was positioned protectively, placing himself between the threats ahead and...

Lumivara!

She was heavily injured!

Her brilliant form flickered with instability, her Weavings damaged in ways that made Noah’s heart clench with fury. She had fought. She had resisted. And she had paid the price for standing against forces that exceeded her classification.

But she was alive.

They were both alive.

For now.

Far ahead of them, a Legion of THE entities watched on with the patient hunger of predators who knew their prey had nowhere left to run.

At the forefront stood the glorious First Leader.

Gilgamesh.

His presence radiated authority that exceeded anything Noah had encountered among THE Fundamental Depth entities. A being of genuine power and absolute loyalty to THE Living Paradox!

And above all of them...

Three shrouded figures floated grandly with a glorious air of Absolute!

Robes and hoods covered their forms entirely, concealing whatever lay beneath in shadows that seemed deeper than mere fabric should allow. Their might pressed down like sharp blades hovering over Ul’moreth and Lumivara, ready to fall at any moment.

THE Weavers.

Three of them. Not one Absolute, but three!

Noah had found them.

But what would be the cost?

How would this perilous situation be navigated?

Simulation Integrity: 18%

The Clock is ticking, Master.

What will you do?

What would he do in this situation?

The answer was both difficult and easy.

A great man once said that in the face of hardship, the best way out is always through.

So Noah... would simply charge through!

He knew the simulation would progressively have its integrity eroded, especially with the simulation of another Absolute and what their capabilities were. The clock was ticking. Every second spent observing was a second wasted.

So when he went forward...

He went in with a bang!

BOOM!
