Infinite Mana In The Apocalypse

Chapter 4885: Determination! I

Chapter 4885: Determination! I

Noah floated intently as he received more and more information.

Existence Writing - Composition Requirements

Constructing an Inscriptio requires focused concentration proportional to the complexity of the sentence. Simple declarations can be written in moments. Complex sentences with multiple clauses and nested authorities may require extended composition time. The more precise the wording, the more devastating the effect, but also the longer the inscription takes to complete.

Inscriptiones Dormientes are a work of wonder. Write your sentences when you are safe. Unleash them when you are not.

...!

Existence Writing - Scaling Parameters

The power of your Inscriptiones scales with your mastery of THE First Tongue, which as a Native Speaker has no theoretical ceiling. As your foundations grow and your connection to linguistic authority deepens, the maximum complexity and devastation of your written sentences will increase proportionally.

Historical Context

No other Native Speaker of THE First Tongue currently exists in Observable Existence.

...!

Noah gazed at this wondrous capability and the information flowing into his mind, the crown of Phonemes above his head pulsing with light that seemed to approve of his contemplation.

Existence Writing.

Inscriptiones that could strike targets before him with power exceeding normal Embodiments.

Inscriptiones that could hunt named targets across all of Observable Existence.

Inscriptiones that could sleep until he chose to wake them.

There was a lot!

---

In Observable Existence, there were many important moments across history.

The day THE Creature was born was an auspicious one, with those truly knowledgeable still going back and forth between his origin being in Alfheimr or THE Prima Indifferentia. Some had debated this question for eons without resolution, and they would likely debate it for eons more.

The first conversation to occur between a peasant and THE Primordial Paradox was also an important one, as from that conversation, many weavings of existence and reality as one knew it bloomed. The peasant had asked a simple question about the nature of contradiction, and THE Primordial Paradox had answered.

One could argue which events throughout history were the most important, with others among the Glossarians even mentioning the day THE Tongue Whisperer walked into THE Agora of Primordial Judgment and was inferred the title of a Polemarch being something truly worthy of note. His entrance allowed word to spread far and wide, increasing the influx of those entering THE Agora of Primordial Judgment as this would change just how many strong entities rose within it.

Many such arguments could be made.

But unbeknownst to many, at this moment in time, another critical event was taking place that was arguably one of the most important events in recent history.

And there was no one to observe it.

It was the entrance of THE Genesis Monarch into a distinction nobody else had in Observable Existence. Unique to him. The Native Speaker of THE First Tongue.

The moment he achieved this designation, Noah stayed still for a few seconds as he continued integrating the Depth of THE Hollow Echo. His expression was contemplative, his blue-gold existence burning with the weight of infinite potential, his crown of Phonemes hovering above his head with authority.

One could wonder just what grand thoughts were going on in his mind at this moment. What profound contemplations occupied the first Native Speaker of THE First Tongue in eons? What world-shaking decisions was he weighing as he stood at this unprecedented threshold?

After a while, Noah moved.

In the weavings of The Interstices, he waved his hands with deliberate purpose. Blue-gold Absolute Seals erupted from his existence in streams that wove together with architectural precision, forming shapes that solidified into something permanent.

A throne.

And a desk.

In the area where an Absolute had just fallen, where the fragments of THE Hollow Echo’s Manifestation still drifted through the space between spaces, Noah conjured furniture fit for a monarch conducting important affairs. The throne was grand without being ostentatious, formed from Seals of Infinity that burned with quiet authority. The desk before it was regal and practical, a surface upon which momentous work could be accomplished.

He sat down as if he was ready to begin the most important work of his existence.

From his body, golden pages unfolded and lined themselves up on the table before him with the precision of soldiers forming ranks. They lay flat against the surface, waiting to receive whatever wisdom or declaration their master chose to inscribe upon them. In his hands, a pen appeared, formed from concentrated linguistic authority that burned blue-gold at its tip.

And with an extremely serious expression that befitted the gravity of what he was about to do, Noah began to write his first Inscription!

An Inscriptio Nominata.

A Named Inscription.

At the tip of his pen, 27 Phonemes swirled like an endless galaxy, each one contributing its authority to the words that began to form upon the golden page. The Phonemes danced and wove and compressed themselves into written form, transitioning from verbal possibility to permanent declaration with each stroke of Noah’s hand.

The Inscription itself was simple in nature, something that would carry devastating effect upon its target.

But as he wrote, his Immensity began to glow into the words. His foundation weight pressed into each Phoneme. The authority of the Derivative Civilization of Infinite Hunger bled into the ink, adding the quality of endless consumption to what he was creating. The Derivative Civilization of Undifferentiated Fate followed, its connection to destiny ensuring that the Inscription would find its target regardless of circumstance, and it would undifferentiate.

And then, surpassing even what these authorities could provide, the light of an Apophasis began to cover what Noah was writing.

Not an Embodiment declaring what was.

An Apophasis declaring what was not.

He wrote with determination and focus that made the surrounding Interstices tremble, the words taking shape upon the golden page with weight that pressed against reality itself.

"The foundation of the one named herein is not capable of standing firm. Their Depths are not free from the sensation of burning across every fiber of their existence. Their weight is not permitted to remain stable, but must instead tear itself apart piece by piece until nothing remains but the agony of dissolution. This truth applies so long as the foundation of the target does not exceed the foundation of the one who writes these words."

...!

Terrifying words began to be written as one had to wonder...who would make THE Genesis Monarch focus so intently to write such words!?
