Chapter 4962: The One Percent I
Barbatos brought the petal to her lips. Blue-gold light exploded from within her as Bounded Countable Infinity took root, her Necromancy finding anchor in Infinite regeneration that undifferentiation could not overcome.
Adelaide consumed her petal with grace that belied her desperation.
Titano consumed his petal with the simple trust of someone who did not question what his Brother offered. Blue-gold light transformed his massive form as Bounded Countable Infinity spread through a Titan’s foundations. His roars of confusion became roars of triumph as his existence stabilized entirely.
"Haha, I knew Brother would take care of me!"
...!
Sigrid, Khor, and all others did the same.
The Arch Lich consumed his petal while still cackling, his madness now Infinitely regenerating alongside his existence.
Many prompts came and went that Noah passed through.
Mass Transformation Complete
All subjects have successfully integrated Bounded Countable Infinity through consumption of petals from THE Bounded Lotus of Sequential Eternity.
Current Status: All subjects now possess genuine Infinite properties within boundaries established by your authority. Their regeneration approaches endless. Their foundation exceeds finite parameters. Their growth trajectories have been fundamentally altered.
THE Yggdrheim’s undifferentiation can no longer threaten dissolution. Subjects will still experience pressure from the realm, but that pressure will serve as cultivation stimulus rather than existential threat.
...!
Noah watched as his gathered people stabilized entirely.
They were no longer struggling against dissolution. They were no longer fighting moment to moment for survival. They were no longer drowning in undifferentiation that exceeded their capacity to resist.
They were breathing.
The terrifying weavings of undifferentiation still pressed against them from every direction. THE Yggdrheim had not become less hostile. The realm still sought to return all differentiated things to formless potential. But now, with Bounded Countable Infinity burning in their foundations, they could somewhat handle it.
They still had Adversity!
But they could do it.
Noah’s voice carried across THE Yggdrheim with weight that pressed against every Infinite being present.
"This is the last time I aid you in your Adversity."
...!
His words settled with implications that exceeded their simple statement.
"With Infinities in your hands, what you can do is endless. Your potential approaches endless."
He paused, letting them absorb this truth.
"But potential is meaningless without actualization. You are Infinite now, but you are Infinite at Surface Depth, or Intermediate Depth, or Fundamental Depth. You are not Absolute."
His eyes swept across the gathered beings with intensity that exceeded anything he had displayed during their suffering.
"And anything less than Absolute will likely get you one-shotted in the vastness of existence."
The words were harsh.
They were true!
"Today, a Primordial Architect named Horus announced himself across Existence. There are others like him. There are Formless Terrors and Undivided Ones waking across THE Prima Indifferentia. There are threats emerging that your current Depths cannot comprehend, let alone survive."
He folded his hands behind his back.
"So you... will roam THE Yggdrheim. You will find the resources that this realm contains. You will use the pressure of undifferentiation as cultivation stimulus. And you will become Absolute as quickly as possible."
His voice hardened.
"I will not hold your hands. I will not protect you from threats that your Infinite regeneration can handle. I will not coddle you with safety that prevents growth."
"You have Infinity now. Use it. Become Absolute."
He paused.
"Survive. Persevere. Become something that existence cannot ignore."
...!
---
Noah finished setting up the adversity for his people as his other bodies continued to move.
He had already done a lot. THE Yggdrheim now held beings transforming from finite to Infinite. THE Infiniverse held fields of sacred herbs producing elevation and density and variation.
His other body in THE Interstices continued writing new Inscriptions with Geodesic Weavings that would define his Civilization’s future while he talked with Amser Modred.
But... he wanted to see if it was possible to bring all of these changes to THE Numerical Sovereignty.
As unrealistic as it was, could the weavings of mathematics he had begun playing with be granted similar musings of Infinities? Of Geodesic Weavings? Could multiplication and exponentiation curve along paths of minimal distance? Could division extend infinitely toward their targets?
As he embarked on this idea, his existence became focused.
Well, part of his consciousness became focused.
His Absolute Body with the Infinite Undifferentiated Fate in Alfheimr had taken a step to disappear from the mountain where Emotive lay with all her teeth knocked out.
Infinities had struck her, but she would regenerate eventually. She would recover her smile and her manipulations and her endless attempts to bond with beings far beyond her station.
But she would remember this lesson for a long, long time.
Well, if she was among those who will survive this coming week and month without being collapsed.
Noah’s body shimmered across the distance of Alfheimr, his Absolute Vision of Existence allowing him to cross vast stretches instantaneously. He proceeded to meld with his illusory consciousness that had been near THE Primordial Chaos this whole time, the projection becoming real, substance replacing shadow.
Beside him, Ul’moreth, THE Big Stepper, had continued to wait with patience that exceeded his usual demeanor.
The hairy Absolute stood at attention with seriousness.
---
<THE Primordial Chaos, Abaddon. The Age Between Ages, The First Age of Infinity.>
Abaddon stared at the intriguing figure of THE Youngest as his illusory body became real.
A genuine existence now stood beside his follower, the hairy Absolute, Ul’moreth.
Where moments before there had been projection and presence, there was now flesh and blood and Civilization burning with golden Infinite Undifferentiated Fate that exceeded what projections could display.
The region around them had transformed during Abaddon’s presence here.
Rivers of obsidian chaos flowed through what had once been standard territory of Alfheimr, dark currents that carried entropy and possibility in equal measure. The signature weavings of this Primordial Realm, its twilight and ancient mountains and forests that had stood since THE First Cause, all of it had become backdrop to something older.
Something more fundamental.
For Abaddon, this was normal.
As THE Primordial Chaos, everywhere that he remained long enough became a place that would gradually change to be surrounded by Chaos and entropy. The obsidian rivers were his signature. The churning darkness was his presence made manifest. The sense that anything could happen, that probability itself bent toward uncertainty in his vicinity, that was simply what it meant to stand near a being who embodied the raw potential from which all differentiation had originally emerged.
After all, that was the true nature of things!
Order was temporary. Structure was borrowed time. Everything eventually returned to the chaos from which it came.
At this time, Abaddon watched as THE Youngest patted his hairy follower with casual familiarity.
"Visit my little place called THE Yggdrheim for a moment. I should be okay."
The words were simple. The dismissal was confident.
Ul’moreth nodded with a serious gaze that held concern despite the directive. His eyes flickered between THE Youngest and Abaddon with calculation. But in the end, he was a follower, and his Monarch had given instruction.
He disappeared.
The only ones left behind were Abaddon and THE Youngest.
