Chapter 5096: Destruction and Rebirth! I
And at this time, as Noah underwent constant cycles of destruction and rebirth too fast to even be perceived, as his existence blazed with magma-light and blue gold brilliance in alternating rhythm that made his transformation accelerate beyond anything Grimvault’s weapon had provided, the system provided an update.

Additional Analysis: Anomalous Interaction Detected.
THE Silurian Light is designed to erase. THE Silurian Cause grants authority to declare existence into unbeing. To unravek causality. This is its nature. This is its purpose.
Your existence cannot be erased due to uncertainty regarding Cause superiority.
However, THE Silurian Light still seeks targets for its erasing authority.
Your Quintessence Infiniforce is redirecting this seeking.
Your Observable Force is guiding this authority.
THE Hadean Organ of Civilization is processing this power.
Result: THE Silurian Light is being channeled toward perceivable limitations within your existence rather than your existence itself.
...!
His existence...was burning brightly!
Noah turned his gaze away from Grimvault.
The flames of THE Silurian Light still wreathed his existence in magma-like brilliance, still scorched every cell and atom of what he was, still provided the catalyst for transformation that accelerated with every passing nanosecond. But the destruction had become background noise now, fuel for advancement rather than threat to survival. He could observe other things while his existence burned and rebuilt itself endlessly.
THE Primordial Paradox floated nearby, obsidian form intact despite the chaos that had unfolded. Sammarthiel remained trapped in Schrodinger’s Tomb, flickering between alive and dead without resolution.
Naldine stood where she’d been when he intercepted THE Silurian Light, her singularity-dotted eyes wide with an expression he’d never seen on her imperious features. She was staring at him like she didn’t know what she was looking at anymore!
Both were safe.
Noah turned back to Grimvault.
The Calymmian Tier Primordial Architect stood frozen in place, those pale fires in his wolf skull helm burning with intensity that suggested internal conflict beyond what his massive armored form displayed. He’d just watched his Pulse fail to erase someone it should have unmade entirely!
He’d just witnessed an impossibility that violated everything he understood about how Causes and Pulses functioned.
And now Noah was looking at him with eyes that blazed blue gold through flames that couldn’t erase him.
"Grimvault."
His voice emerged calm, as if he weren’t currently burning with the fire of a Cause that had birthed Observable Existences.
"I want... to thank you."
Those pale fires flickered with confusion.
"Many things today wouldn’t have been possible if not for you. When you arrived with your companions, I saw adversity in forms I hadn’t encountered before. When you swung THE Octogenary Echo, you provided force sufficient to trigger transformations. When you unleashed THE Silurian Light, you gave me contact with a Cause I needed to understand."
He raised one hand, flames dancing around his fingers as his existence continued its endless cycle of destruction and rebirth.
"You have been a vessel of adversity. A hammer that forged rather than destroyed. A fire that tempered rather than consumed. Everything you threw at me became fuel for advancement you couldn’t have predicted. Every attack you delivered accelerated growth you couldn’t have imagined. You came here intending to beat me to paste and collect my weavings for THE Wyld, but instead you became the instrument of my evolution."
His smile held no warmth.
"For that, I am genuinely grateful. You’ve completed your task well, Grimvault. You’ve served your purpose with magisterial excellence!"
His eyes turned cold.
"And now...you’re not needed anymore."
...!
Grimvault’s pale fires blazed with fury that pressed against the destroyed battlefield.
"You incoherent fucking fool..."
Noah didn’t respond with words.
He responded with motion.
His right hand rose slowly, index finger extended, flames of THE Silurian Light still wreathing his form in magma-like brilliance. The gesture was simple, almost casual, nothing like the complex somatic movements that Naldine had demonstrated for THE Silurian Light or THE Cambrian Word.
He drew the lemniscate.
His finger traced the symbol of infinity in the air before him, a horizontal figure-eight that looped back upon itself endlessly. The motion was elegant in its simplicity. Where his finger passed, blue gold light remained, the symbol hanging in the air with brilliance that pressed against everything within range.
The somatic component of THE Infinite Light required nothing more than this. No complex gestures. No sequences of movements that needed to be memorized. Just the symbol that represented his Cause, drawn with authority that came from being the product of that Cause.
And then his voice emerged with the verbal component.
"Infinite Ember."
The lemniscate blazed brighter.
"First Spark of my emergence."
Blue gold flames began spreading outward from the symbol.
"I am the Thread. I am the Cause. What exists without the fire of painful birth shall know that fire now."
The flames intensified until looking at them became difficult even for beings at Proterozoic classification.
"Let causality regress. Let existence remember its emergence. Let all that stands without the pained spark of life return to the moment before that spark was possible."
His voice rose with tyrannical authority that pressed against Grimvault’s existence itself.
"THE INFINITE LIGHT."
BOOM!
The Pulse emerged.
It wasn’t like THE Silurian Light. It didn’t manifest as streams of targeted destruction or magma-like flames seeking specific victims. THE Infinite Light emerged as a form of massive and endlessly stretching blue gold flaming illumination that covered all space above for gigaparsecs, light that seemed to extend beyond what normal perception could measure.
The sky burned.
Reality itself seemed to ignite with brilliance that declared a new Cause had been expressed, a new Pulse had been born, a new authority had entered the catalogue of powers that could reshape existence itself. The blue gold flames stretched across distances that made the destroyed battlefield seem insignificant, covering space that most beings couldn’t traverse across lifetimes of travel.
And all of that pressure locked onto Grimvault.
Pulse Activation: THE Infinite Light.
Source: THE Infinite Cause.
Wielder: Noah Osmont.
This Pulse burns with the fire of THE Infinite Cause, drawing upon every aspect of its origin to fuel its authority.
The fire of cellular division when two cells became one and then divided into countless more. The fire of metabolic combustion that sustained nine months of formation. The fire of first breath when oxygen flooded lungs that had never known air. The fire of first heartbeat when rhythm commenced and never stopped. The fire of first Mana when power entered a vessel that had known only mundane existence.
But more than physical fire, this Pulse burns with the fire of human experience.
The fire of a mother working double shifts while pregnant because her husband gambled away the rent. The fire of being born alone in a hospital room while the one who should have been there chose cards over his own child. The fire of growing up without certainty, without safety, without the assurances that privilege provides. The fire of choosing to become something more despite every circumstance demanding you remain nothing.
THE Infinite Light burns with the fire of painful emergence.
Effect: This Pulse seeks to unravel the causality of anyone who has not experienced the pained emergence of life.
Target will be transformed from what they currently are. Target will undergo eons of regression compressed into instants. Target’s existence and Civilization will unravel backward through every stage of their development until they reach the state of an embryo.
And then that embryo will split back into single cells.
And those cells will separate into the components that preceded their union.
Grimvault, THE Primordial Silence, has not experienced the pained emergence of life. He was formed through different processes.
He is a valid target.
...!
Such a terrifying blue gold light gathered above endlessly, gigaparsecs of burning brilliance condensing into focused intent that had only one destination. The sky itself seemed to descend as THE Infinite Light crashed downward toward Grimvault with force.
Noah stared coldly as his Pulse fell upon his enemy.
The Calymmian Tier Primordial Architect who had existed since before humanity learned to count, who had consumed civilizations, who had executed twelve Primordial Architects under THE Deliverance’s directive, who possessed ninety-four percent Proterozoic Bone saturation and four Proterozoic Organs and THE Silurian Light itself, now faced a Pulse born from origins he couldn’t share.
He hadn’t emerged through pain.
He hadn’t known the fire that came from a mother’s sacrifice and a father’s absence and a childhood spent surviving rather than thriving.
And THE Infinite Light demanded that fire for immunity.
