Infinite Mana In The Apocalypse

Chapter 5179: What Makes You Tick?

Chapter 5179: What Makes You Tick?

Existence was vast and filled with dangers, housing entities who had been alive for billions of years and eons, each of them having developed their own means of power and their own civilizations while existence itself remained filled with many anomalies that had matured through time, adversity, and innovation.

There were monsters out there who could likely pinch their fingers and cause an entire Observable Existence to go dark, for the scales of power were not merely linear but were layered with the weight of ancient engineering and the terrifying reach of beings who had moved beyond the concepts of mortality!

This reality was the sandbox upon which these titans painted their wills, and to those who had not yet reached such heights, the sheer scope of the potential threats was enough to paralyze the spirit, yet for those who sought the summit, it was the ultimate motivation to never allow the fires of their own progress to dim.

Noah knew how dangerous Observable Existence could be, and he had gotten a vivid glimpse of that danger with the single member of THE Magna Sorora who had descended upon the ruins of THE Gilded White Mountain.

He had been able to do nothing against her while she stood in the sky, and he could only observe defiantly as she laid the clinical bindings that permeated across all of Observable Existence with a casual efficiency that spoke of an unfathomable depth of authority.

Even figures of great depth like Erwin and THE Creature had been required to do a great deal of preparation and design to affect the entire Observable, and yet for THE Gilded Ones, such monumental feats appeared to be simple, routine procedures that required no more effort than a gardener might spend pruning a single branch.

It was precisely because he understood that existence was dangerous that he never allowed himself to feel a true sense of ease or to become laid back as if everything would somehow be okay, for Sororis Prima Elzyana was only a single being, a single Gilded One out of a countless number who had been alive for eons within THE Braneworld.

Even with the terrifying capabilities that he had just begun to unlock through his Nearu Absolute Infinity, Noah only saw them as potential points of opportunity that he could utilize to advance as he began to walk among monsters who had existentially engineered themselves.

He knew that to survive and eventually thrive in the face of such beings, he would have to begin with a fundamental understanding of exactly what THE Gilded Ones were at their very basal components.

He stood within THE Realm of Genesis inside THE Infiniverse, the air of the domain vibrating with the concentrated essence of his glorious Infiniverse.

"Are you all ready?"

His voice was calm and steady as he looked at the figures gathered around him, for he was surrounded by those who had served as his primary architects of development.

Naldine Manthon stood with her radiant white hair glowing, and beside her was the Arch Lich Ra’Zan whose deathly Hadean bones shone with a deep and ancient light that suggested a mastery over the transition between life and unlife.

Dr. Hall remained in his pristine white lab coat with his golden hair shining lustrously, his eyes reflecting the sharp, analytical focus of a man who lived for the moment of discovery.

They were all surrounding a massive, clean white table made from the condensed weavings of Genesis, and upon that pristine surface lay the beating heart of a Gilded One, a collection of vessels that formed a humanoid shape, and other vibrant golden points of light that pulsed with a rhythm that defied the ordinary laws of biology.

These were the remnants carved out by THE Creature, a gift of raw Gilded architecture that carried a terrifying allure of power just from being unveiled to the atmosphere of the realm!

Dr. Hall and Arch Lich Ra’Zan had come only after the direct bidding of their Master, and they listened to his instructions with silent intensity, but Naldine was still fresh to the sight of such things and she could not help but shake her head in disbelief.

"This cannot really be the inner components of a Gilded One, right?" she asked, her eyes filled with a heavy suspicion as she looked between the pulsing heart and Noah.

"How could you possibly get your hands on such a thing, and... just what else are you hiding from me?"

Noah stepped closer to the table, the multicolored light of his eyes reflecting off the vibrant golden remnants of the dead Gerousia.

"Existence finds a way," he said, his voice carrying the dark amusement.

"Come on. If we can reverse engineer and break down exactly what makes a Gilded One tick, then we can do many, many things from there to ensure our own standing remains unchallenged."

Yes, many things could be possible, and even Noah himself could utilize this gift from THE Creature in a myriad of different ways, although he did not even think of transplanting these organs or this system into his own existence.

He did not want such a dredge of filth to be inside him, for he found the engineered arrogance of THE Gilded to be a stain on the purity of his own path, and he would continue forging his own organs and his own wonders as he built his Infinite Scale from the ground up.

He acknowledged that there were many scary monsters out there and likely many beings who were currently much stronger than he was, and while they had the advantage of time, he had Infinity and his own boundless, tyrannical Quintessence to bridge the gap.

"Let’s get to work!"

He delved into the procedure with a sharp excitement that permeated the air, and those around him followed his lead as the Manifestations of Ruination and THE Infiniverse watched from the heights of the domain. They analyzed every movement and every reaction as the procedure commenced, their collective focus directed toward the singular question that would define their next phase of development.

What the hell made a Gilded One tick?

HUUM!
