Chapter 5309: Barbarian! II

The sea had been churning throughout the Arms Race, the Environmental Pressure cycling through its phases as THE Infiniverse managed each one, but what it did now was different from anything it had done across the preceding nine hours.

The sea expanded, doubling in density, then doubling again, then again, the obsidian concentration above THE Early Veiled Shore growing dozens of times larger than it had been at any prior point until the sky above the shore had become a solid mass of compressed Primordial Source energy pressing against the upper layers of the domain.

The sea turned into incandescent obsidian flames!

Then it fell!

BOOM!

The obsidian flames rushed downward across THE Early Veiled Shore and beyond it, spreading across THE Infiniverse’s full expanse in a wave that reached THE Creature’s position and Calypso’s position and Noah’s position simultaneously, the Arms Race delivering its final distribution to all three participants at once.

Noah took sixty percent of it.

The flames went where they went, drawn by whatever calculus the Prime Exelissomai had been running across the full nine hours of the Arms Race, and sixty percent of what the sea above had produced found Noah’s foundations and pressed into them with the weight of something that had been accumulating specifically for this moment.

BOOM!

|Evolutionary Arms Race: Concluded.|

|The Prime Exelissomai process has registered sufficient pressure accumulation and resonance to signal completion. Total utterances of Exelissomai across the Arms Race duration: approximately 32,400. All utterances have been compounded into the first utterance’s ongoing process as confirmed at the Arms Race’s initiation.|

|Result: Pure Primordial Essence is being introduced into your existence at the volume and purity corresponding to the compounded stack.|

Source Lifeforms, at the moment of their emergence, are cultivated with small volumes of this energy. It is what makes them what they are rather than what anything else is.|

|Due to the compounded stack of 32,400 Prime Exelissomai utterances, the volume and purity of Pure Primordial Essence being introduced to your existence exceeds what an emerging Source Lifeform receives by more than one million times. Your Infinity, your blood, your Causes, your Galdr Source, your Observable and Unobservable Force, THE Infiniverse- all are receiving this simultaneously.|

Noah felt it arrive.

The Pure Primordial Essence moved through him. It wasn’t attacking a target or reinforcing a structure or elevating a specific component. It was filling the spaces between everything he was, the gaps between his Infinity and his Causes and his Osmontian Absolute Infinity and his Galdr Source, settling into the foundational layer beneath all of these as though it had always been meant to occupy that layer and had simply been waiting for a volume large enough to actually do it.

His blood burned with it.

His Causes received it and responded by expressing themselves at amplitudes they had not expressed at before, the nine Prime Causes burning through their respective regions of THE Infiniverse with the additional depth that Pure Primordial Essence added when it moved through a Cause connection.

THE Infiniverse herself received her share and her nine Prime Cause regions blazed accordingly.

|Secondary result: The letter of Persevere has accumulated sufficient Pure Primordial Essence through the compounded stack to trigger elevation. Persevere is now the Prime Letter of Persevere. Its effects, cost routing, and compounding capacity have been elevated by the same margin as the Prime Letter of Exelissomai relative to its standard version. Infinity pays the cost. The elevation is permanent.|

|Tertiary result: An anomaly has been identified in the distribution of Pure Primordial Essence as it interacts with your foundational architecture.|

|You do not exist on Vakochev’s Scales of Existence. This is established. The Pure Primordial Essence entering your foundations has nowhere to funnel your evolution because no established path in any known framework accounts for what you are.|

|As a result, the evolutionary process has produced something outside all established categories. You are wild, unlearned, and unknown within the framework of THE Primordial Source’s understanding of what beings can be. The Pure Primordial Essence has therefore not refined you toward any existing path. It has recognized you as a new category and produced the corresponding factor.|

|THE Infinite Anomalous Source Factor of THE Source Barbarian has emerged.|

|THE Source Barbarian is not a designation. It is a recognition- that you exist outside all Scales, outside all established Source Lifeform emergence paths, outside the architecture that THE Primordial Source uses to categorize the beings within existence. The Factor does not constrain this. It amplifies it. Your evolution does not follow any road because no road leads where you are going.|

|One of the preliminary things that THE Source Barbarian Factor grants the capacity to absorb and convert Source energies from any category without requiring compatibility, since compatibility requires being categorized and you are not categorized. It is wild because you are wild. It is infinite because you are.|

BOOM!

The obsidian flames of the Pure Primordial Essence settled around Noah’s figure in dense slow-churning waves that had nothing in common with the Persevere flames or the nine Prime Cause expressions or the multicolored Osmontian Absolute Infinity.

They were something else, older than all of those things, carrying the weight of a state that had existed before categories had been assigned to anything.

He burned with it.

He burned and seamlessly absorbed Pure Primordial Essence as his cells drank hungrily and richly!

And he felt all his weavings of Existence being sublimated and...well, not truly changing as much as elevate Quintessentially.

It was really Evolution, basic and simple!
