The two women agreed. Their information was limited. There was no point speculating about the demoness’ motive.

“Have you found your father’s whereabouts?” Zu An agreed that her father, as Dreamland’s master, would have a better idea as to how they could quell the demoness.

“I don’t have a concrete location yet, but I have some clues,” Firework replied.

“Alright. Let’s try rescuing your father first.” Zu An knew there was no other solution at hand. That demon spider transcended the concept of strong and weak. There was no way they could defeat it, so their only option was to find other solutions.

Isabella meekly asked, “Will you help me save Uncle Alfred after we rescue your father?”

“That goes without saying!” Firework exclaimed. “We’re in the same boat now. We’ll definitely save Uncle Alfred after rescuing my father.”

Firework’s guarantee brought Isabella relief. Isabella perked herself up and said, “Alright, let’s go rescue your father!”

Firework led the two of them down a convoluted path, until they finally arrived before a door. She peeked outside the door and cursed, “Damn. There are many small spiders outside.”

An ability that could deceive the demon spider’s senses had to be of the highest caliber. This man carried many secrets, and that made him fatally charming to them.

“But what about us?” Isabella asked with a pitiful frown. “We don’t have such an ability.”
