The Myriadpath Celestial Formation activated! Once more, Tianming straddled the thin line between life and death. It felt like an instant, and he had no way of knowing how much time had passed before he arrived at the Bluemaple Mundus that was who-knows-how-far from Myriadpath Valley.

The name Bluemaple Mundus sounded rather poetic. Tianming's party, the Four Eminents, arrived above the stareye of the mundus. Myriadpath Valley would construct stareyes near the main star of each mundus so they wouldn't need to use astralships to arrive at the stars themselves. It went without saying that the mundus they had arrived in was named after its home star, Bluemaple, which was famous for being quite a beautiful place.

Each stareye was made from ten skypiercer-world fusion formations. Those ten worlds rotated beneath the stareye, each of them about ten times the size of Violetglory or the old Orderia. Humans and specters were absolute specks of dust compared to a world. Even skypiercer-class worlds appeared to have endless horizons. However, those stars didn't appear particularly bright, especially compared to the blue-tinted orange light coming from the distance.

Tianming turned around and saw Bluemaple, a grade-six bicolored nova source world. Its base color was blue like that of the ocean, and it appeared to be covered by orange maple leaves that floated on its surface. The patterns of light created the illusion of a beautiful world of maple leaves on an endless sea.

"Whoa!" Ying Huo and the rest seemed stunned at the sight of it.

"Stars truly are one of the most beautiful creations in the astralscape. Every single one is like a miracle." Tianming had no words to describe the beauty of Bluemaple. Compared to the black Ebonia and the blinding white Wondrium, it looked much prettier. It shone like a pearl in an ocean of darkness.

"I really want Ling'er to see this." Tianming's sentiment was the best kind of praise he could give the star. His dream had been to travel the astralscape of order with the person he loved, experiencing all the wonderful things the myriad mortal worlds had to offer. It truly was a shame that the people around him witnessing the beautiful sight together were utterly detestable.

As Tianming gazed at the beautiful world, he heard a high-pitched shriek coming from behind him.

Jiang Xiu'er had just finished transferring. "You crooked tainted! What’d you just say? Are you trying to provoke us?!"

"Aren't you a black ring disciple, too? You know what they say about pots that look down on kettles." Tianming couldn't be bothered to deal with her. Girls that thought they were the center of the universe would only go overboard if one even attempted to placate them. It was clear how she would react based on how she’d treated him before he had even done anything.

"So what if I look down on you? We're no longer in Myriadpath Valley! With Brother Cang Jue here, if you dare to mess around, we won’t mind taking care of you on behalf of House Huang! Don't offend us, got it?!" Jiang Xiu'er angrily crossed her arms as she gave him a final warning.

Tianming smiled. He hadn't wanted to bother with the rest of them, but they had ruined his mood by quacking nonstop before he’d done anything to offend them. It just so happened that he didn't want to team up with them in the first place. "Do you think your two melons are enough to get all men in the universe to do your bidding?"

"You endlessly shameless asshole!" Jiang Xiu'er had graciously given him a way to back off, yet Tianming kept pushing, even going so far as to use vulgar words like those! She flushed red with rage and glared at Sun Xiaoyue. "What’re you doing? Can you stand seeing your girlfriend get humiliated? Are you even a man?"

Sun Xiaoyue only remained stunned for a moment, then quickly turned on his rage. "Cang Jue?"

"Go ahead. If you can't deal with it, I'll help you," Cang Jue said, coldly looking at Tianming.

"I'm going to kill him, you know," Sun Xiaoyue said. He was ranked much higher on the Fortuna Ranking than Tianming and was close to Cang Jue in rank.

"Kill him and save us the trouble. Otherwise, Jiang Xiu'er and Gu Mohe will be worried as we travel. Everyone in Myriadpath Valley bears the responsibility to exterminate pieces of shit like him. Those that don't have failed their duty," Cang Jue said after nodding at Gu Mohe.

Gu Mohe herself gave a quiet hum of agreement. They had only planned to go on a casual trip to deepen their relationships in the first place. No matter what, Tianming was like an annoying fly they swallowed.

Tianming was quite surprised to hear Cang Jue's words. He had thought that he was the proper sort, only to find out how shifty he truly was. Tianming was all too aware of the kinds of people in Myriadpath Valley. He didn't think someone who was acting so shameful would call him a piece of shit that tainted the name of Myriadpath Valley, making it sound as if Tianming was the one who had chosen to offend them first. Who did they think they were to mouth off at him the moment they met?

With Cang Jue's assurance, Sun Xiaoyue stopped caring and turned to glare at Tianming. A golden staff that was an infinitum-class artifact appeared in his hand. It was covered in spikes and seemed rather menacing.

Sun Xiaoyue was a beastmaster, but he didn't let his lifebound beasts out at all. The staff in his hand turned into a golden blast of lightning that shot toward Tianming's head at blinding speed! Right at that moment, Tianming smiled and said, "Fine, since you were the ones who started it first, you can't blame me for what I'm about to do."

He hadn’t come to Myriadpath Valley just to be stomped on. Black lightning filled his body. The next instant, four lightning arrays appeared around Jiang Xiu'er.

"Huh—aaah!" She hadn't expected Tianming to be so fierce! The moment he appeared before her, he smashed his black fist into her tiny face.
