Reborn at Boot Camp: General, Don’t Mess Around!

Chapter 4982: Height

Chapter 4982: Height

The female soldier had made them regret what they said in the past, so they knew that they had to perform well. They had to let the female soldier see their capabilities.

It was an early performance. It was also a competition between the soldiers from different military types.

It wasn’t a secret competition. It was a direct competition!

Small Head gritted his teeth and pulled the strap of the parachute tightly. The cold and determined look in his eyes was concealed. He couldn’t let the female soldier underestimate him!

Ye Jian didn’t underestimate any of the soldiers in the helicopter. After knowing that they were special reconnaissance soldiers in the air force, Ye Jian only had respect for them.

They underestimated Ye Jian first. After seeing the capabilities of a female soldier, however, they knew that they had underestimated her.

After the second target was fired, another thick fog rose. This time, it didn’t roll on the ground. It flew straight into the sky.

“The thick fog is to simulate the thick fog produced after tomorrow’s experiment. It concerns the cooperation between the pilot and his comrades. For now, the pilot will avoid it while you continue to keep an eye on the ground and look for the third target.”

After Captain Lei finished speaking, Ye Jian, who had been holding her gun, finally moved for a moment. She raised her left hand and shook her arm to increase the blood circulation in her arm. She had to maintain the agility of her arm so that she could better control the sniper rifles in her hand.

The thick fog that rushed up made the pilot adjust the direction of the fuselage. He let the helicopter pull up from the thick fog first. He didn’t descend from the sky again until the thick fog had faded.

Thick fog created a blind spot and also provided cover for the pilot, so the pilot had to descend again before the fog completely dissipated. If he completed the descent once the fog dissipated, it would be considered a mission failure.

Ye Jian looked for her third target while the pilot was in charge of descending. The other four airborne soldiers were also in charge of observing the ground. The six of them cooperated. No one could leave each other in the lurch.

The plane descended to 400 meters. Ye Jian found the third target in the thick fog at a weak point and immediately told the pilot the location. As the pilot cooperated, Ye Jian aimed at the third target again.

After the third bullet was fired and before the sniper rifle was put away, Ye Jian told the four people through her earpieces, “Third target, completed!”

The flashing red dot disappeared completely. Ye Jian completed her mission and handed things over to the four soldiers.

The helicopter rose again until it was able to complete the airborne height. Captain Lei shouted, “Jump!” Ye Jian’s heart tightened. Small Head, the airborne soldier, rushed out of the open cabin door first.

The figure that rushed out became a black dot in Ye Jian’s eyes. Ye Jian felt that her heart was in her throat.

Small Head was the first to jump. Right on the heels of that, the other two soldiers jumped out one by one. Captain Lei was the last to jump.

Ye Jian saw figures rushing out in front of her one after another and jumping down. Their fearless spirit made her admire them deeply.

Although they were soldiers all the same, their spirits were the same.

As soldiers of the motherland, none of them would retreat when faced with difficulties and the choice of life and death or when they needed to rush to the front and sacrifice their bodies in exchange for safety of the country. No one would escape because they were soldiers!

They would fight to protect for their entire lives!

Soon, the news that Captain Lei had landed safely and successfully arrived at the infiltration location came from the ground. It meant that tonight’s exercise was coming to an end.
