Flames and lightning with a bloody hue emanated from the giant. They originated from the high heaven but were infected by the ocean, eventually growing from within this new entity.

The giant’s light became dark instead of resplendent. However, it was pure and originated from the primordial, giving off an indescribable vibe.

“Master certainly didn’t create the grand momentum and the primeval realm to protect the alliance.” The giant turned out to be Guangmai in a different and stronger form.

He sensed his new body and said sentimentally: “It had nothing to do with taking down the heaven, only a ploy to eventually devour everyone and the darkness for the sake of severing his karma. He just didn’t have the chance to use it.”

“You think too highly of yourself. Even a celestial immortal is just a clown before me. Of course, you are a highly accomplished one for saving me all the trouble, I’ll be done after getting rid of you.” Li Qiye said.

Devouring Alliance and Stygian’s dark powers have combined into this being. Li Qiye just needed to deal with it and that would be it.

“I shall slay you today and take the world’s heart. Once I fuse with it, I’ll refine all of Heavenrealm and become a true immortal, I’ll devour the high heaven then too.” Guangmai remained confident.

“That’s hilarious. If one can become a true immortal through devouring, it would be too easy. Mang would have become one instead of being killed by Min Ren.” Li Qiye said.

“Unfortunately, he didn’t know about the world’s heart. I am different.” Guangmai laughed.

“It’s okay to dream, but it’s time to wake up when you're dealing with me.” Li Qiye said: “It’s perfect since the world’s heart requires nourishment, your body can produce enough essences for this purpose.”

“Come meet your maker.” Guangmai became irritated since he had joined the ranks of the celestial immortals.
