If a being could grant life to the dead, he would never have died, or at the very least, he would have revived himself. No one had a problem with this logic.

“You all never suspected your origin after being granted this state.” Li Qiye smiled at the group.

Although they only had life imbued in their corpses, they were still themselves with memories and powers. Thus, pride was still there.

“Who are you?” Nonetheless, Demise asked Incinerator.

“That does not matter, we should focus on killing him.” Incinerator raised his staff at Li Qiye.

“If you don’t reveal your true self, no one will listen to your command.” Demise refused.

“That’s right, if you are not Incinerator, show us who you are. Not just anyone is qualified to command us.” Zhao Dachui sneered.

They had too much pride so even if their current state was predicated on this unknown being, they would still refuse.

“I will have a discussion with everyone when we finish our business here.” Incinerator said, preferring to hide.

“Then that’s it.” Zhao Dachui uttered coldly.

The other three celestial immortals said nothing - this was their answer.

Since the four revealed their stance, immortals and overlords in the ocean also sided with them.

“What is your goal?” Demise asked directly.

If this person were not their senior brother, then reviving them must be for another goal. They didn’t wish to be used while being completely ignorant.

“Granting everyone’s life.” Incinerator said. Though he was in charge of the ocean, not having their support would weaken his overall power.

“If you harbor positive intent, then show yourself.” Dragongrasp joined in.

“Show yourself and we might still be on the same side.” Demise concluded.

This put Incinerator in quite a dilemma. If he had wanted to reveal himself, he wouldn’t have waited until now.

“Who can it be?” An immortal wondered.

“Can’t be an unknown cultivator.” A golden immortal said.

“I agree.” Heaven’s Equal said: “This is not something a random can do. Incinerator might be dead but the corpse of a celestial immortal can’t be controlled so easily. This person was able to use the corpse’s ability too.”

“A famous cultivator, potentially a celestial immortal. Who can it be?” Others nodded in agreement.

“Let me lend you a hand.” Li Qiye smiled and approached the platform.

The others would have tried to stop him but this time, they merely watched.

“You dare?!” Incinerator roared and formed tribulation walls to stop Li Qiye.

This was futile since Li Qiye crushed all of them.

“Go!” He used his staff again and summoned tribulation liquids, seemingly alive. It poured into him and granted him life force.

There appeared to be nine ants crawling on his body, deriving a supreme grand dao.

“Eternal Life!” He roared and released an engulfing life force.

It encompassed the whole ocean in the blink of an eye and continued toward the three thousand worlds.

“What’s going on?” Everyone sensed this unprecedented life force.

It then formed a water barrier of life around him, unique and indestructible.
