Death Serpent, another elder divine beast, was qualified to become the lord of Skykiller Palace.

All living beings worshipped the serpent and the others, thinking they were saviors. They took pride in worshipping and serving these beasts, not being ashamed of being servants. This was their responsibility and honor.

“Fellow Daoist, this pertains to our race’s survival, please leave.” Death Serpent said.

“What if I won’t?” She smiled.

“Then you will become part of our ration for winter.” Death Serpent’s threat dimmed the world.

“Let’s see if you can make it happen.” She laughed and tightened her grip.

“The hard way it is.” The serpent spread his wings, conjuring light instead of darkness. The rivers of time on his back became an ocean.

“It is not too late to stop.” He threatened again.

“Come.” She didn’t fear the flood of time.

Her persistence confused everyone. Why would a primordial immortal care about a foreign world and its inhabitants?

“You bring this upon yourself.” He said, ready to unleash the ocean. Time began to corrode everything.

“Click.” Something struck a node and weakened his grand momentum.

As more clicking came like a bamboo stick hitting a rock in a clear and resonant manner, his pressure became thirty percent weaker.

“Who?!” He turned around and saw a man walking in space.

There seemed to be stone steps beneath his feet. Why was he so slow? Because he was blind and relied on a bamboo stick to guide him. He was skin and bones; a gust of wind could blow him away.

“Hao Cai, what are you doing?” He asked.

“I apologize, I didn’t know you were in my way.” The blind visitor cupped his fist.

He was another primordial immortal who was jeered at the beginning because he had joined three alliances - Devouring, Heaven Assault, and then Guardian.

“If your mind isn’t blind, you will leave now.” The serpent uttered coldly.

“Why are the outsiders coming now?” A native of Divine Firmament wondered.

“Can’t be a coincidence.” Chongming Immortal Monarch said: “One from Heaven Assault and another from Guardian.”

“Perhaps someone invited them to save our world.” Stone Immortal said.

“Who would try to save us when we’re the ones attempting to destroy it?” The monarch smiled wryly.
