Re-Awakening: I Became a Pay To Win Boss Monster

Chapter 479: The Overpowered Fate Dragon Transformation

Chapter 479: The Overpowered Fate Dragon Transformation

<Ding!>

Rael didn’t hesitate for even a single moment and pressed ‘Yes.’

Immediately, he felt his bones crack under the sudden pressure. Not long after, he felt giant wings sprout from his back, followed by a tail less than a second later.

But that was not all, as his body began to grow rapidly, becoming more draconic. Eventually, his vision ended up being tens of meters above what it had been just a moment ago.

That was when he finally felt the scales forming across his body. It felt as if someone was pouring lava onto his body, and while it did hurt like shit, he knew that the transformation wouldn’t be painless. Googlᴇ search Nove1Fire.net

Before long, his body had fully transformed. His scales were a bright platinum color, and his body felt much stronger, to the point where he was sure he could crush Zarkul under his foot easily.

Then again, his body was that of a dragon now. It was massive, and he wasn’t sure if he could move it as agilely as he would want. But after trying for just a few moments, he realized his agility was far higher than he anticipated.

And while he was lost in his thoughts, a wave of pop-ups appeared.

Just as he thought it was over, his heart began to race, and a moment later, a surge of strength flooded his body.

<Warning!>

Seeing the last bit in particular, Rael’s excitement grew. While Zarkul hadn’t begun to attack him yet, he decided to take a look at his status screen to see just how high his stats really were without the limiter.

And to say he was shocked was an understatement.

What the fuck? Hey, Burger, get your ass back here, Rael said, holding back his shock.

His stats had gone up exponentially, to the point where he was many times stronger than what should have been possible. All because he transformed into a dragon.

But not only that, it seemed like the stats he had gotten from the Sloth skill overflowed, and after removing the limiter, they not only appeared, but also multiplied further.

When he focused on the damage number, he was left even more speechless.

Tier 16 Damage… God damn. I could pretty much one-shot half the people under Grade 4, and with enough hits, I can easily deal with Grade 5.

But just as he went into his fantasy, he heard a chuckle from inside his mind.

[Hehe… You see what it means to be a dragon? But… This is a little unexpected. Your stats are in the range of a Grade 4 Ascender,] Burger remarked.

Rael raised a brow. And how does that work? Wasn’t I already fighting against Grade 4 and Grade 5 beings?

[Sure, you could deal with them because you have the right skills. I’m talking about raw stats here. With these, you’re no different than a Grade 4 Ascender who has never learned a single skill in their life,] Burger replied impatiently.

[Now, while I’d love to toot your horn here, I still need to finish watching the rest of your memories or the headache is never going to go away,] Burger added, his connection slowly fading.

[Oh, but don’t forget, even if you’re slightly stronger now, that person in front of you is at least a thousand times stronger than you, if not a few million times. So don’t get too overconfident. Bye now.]

And just like that, Burger vanished. However, Rael couldn’t rejoice over this useless information for long, as he had Zarkul to deal with.

Even though he had checked his stats and spoken to Burger, only a second had passed.

That meant he still had nearly half a minute left until Zarkul stopped trying to kill him, so until then, Rael had to focus up.

And he would do so by cheekily running away.

With a single flap of his giant dragon wings, Rael vanished from sight. But it seemed he had severely underestimated his speed. The surroundings turned dark, yet he could still see as the space around him cracked, revealing giant purple tentacles that threatened to attack him.

At the same time, there were miniature crimson eyes looking at him from all directions. It reminded him of the first time he had gotten a World Strike, but unlike then, this didn’t seem as dangerous.

And he was right. He got closer to the tentacles, and despite their menacing appearance, they didn’t attack him. The spatial crack seemed to grow larger, and in the meantime, despite him moving at nearly 42 times the speed of light, he was becoming slower.

Rael didn’t think much of it at first, and just as he was about to enter the spatial crack, someone abruptly grabbed his tail, pulling him back and causing the spatial crack to close.

The surroundings that had turned dark came back to normal, but one thing did change, and it was the fact that instead of the crimson moon, there was now nothing.

Beyond that, however, Rael saw light, and even a sun in the faraway distance. He could see the outlines of cities, especially the skyscrapers.

He grew curious, but then he felt another tug on his tail that brought him several hundred meters backward.

Rael was about to complain, but then he realized that the crimson moon had returned, and the distant sun as well as the cities he had seen a moment ago had vanished, almost as if they had never existed in the first place.

When he turned around toward the one who tugged his tail, he was met with Zarkul, though this time, a conflicted look was on his face.

And before long, he took a deep breath and spoke.
