Re-Awakening: I Became a Pay To Win Boss Monster

Chapter 824: Not a Very Peachy Plan

Capítulo 824: Not a Very Peachy Plan

Rael raised a brow.

“You’ve already made a plan? Didn’t you just get out of depression?”

Renoir puffed his chest out confidently.

“Although I am still feeling a little on edge, my power is gradually returning now that I’m not in my realm. On another note, I have yet to hear back from the constructs that I sent into the other realm. My connection with them faded as well.”

That was a little strange.

After all, Rael knew just how tight the connection with his constructs was. Even now, while he was several dozen realms away, he could feel Chop-E and the others. For some reason, Sweepus Prime was in a strip club.

Rael’s brow twitched at the realization that Sweepus Prime might be a player. For someone so young, he sure was bold. Anyhow, player or not, Rael got back to the topic at hand.

“I mean, we can test it out more. If anything, one of us can deep dive in there and see what’s up. In the worst case scenario, I can try asking the Higher Gods for some help,” Rael suggested.

Seeing how Renoir’s whole energy shifted, Rael decided to explain.

“I know you hate them. I don’t know why you hate them though. They might be powerful entities, but in the end, they’re still within arm’s reach.”

Narrowing his eyes, he added:

“After all, someone who openly reveals themselves and interacts with others is by no means unkillable.”

And Rael believed that.

If anything, when he first met a Higher God, he thought of them as extremely powerful, but also very vulnerable. They were like overly emotionless children, if that made sense.

The one he met came off as a child who was interested in worldly affairs. He had a bunch of power, sure, but because of the rules that had been drilled into his head, he definitely didn’t know any better.

As for whether Rael could use that to his advantage or not, he wasn’t sure.

But as if being able to read Rael’s mind, Renoir soon interjected:

“You’re not doing that. Neither am I. I have expendable constructs, and I also have some beings that owe me favors. I have a few more ideas, one of them being sending a portion of my soul into that realm and seeing what happens.”

Rael understood what he had in mind.

Basically, he would send a copy there, and if that copy were to die, then Renoir would know it was dangerous. If that copy were to just lose connection, then it’d be a mystery.

But although Rael wasn’t an expert, he felt like there was also some way to display a video or maybe a memory from someone who died there.

Speaking of, wasn’t it technically possible?

If someone were to die there, Rael, as someone who could buy memories, could technically buy the memories of whoever went into that realm.

It was a long shot, since there was a slim chance that the realm would trap souls and his skill wouldn’t work. Still, Rael felt like trying a little later.

But until then…

“What kind of plan did you have in mind?”

“Oh? You’re finally ready to listen. Good. So for starters, we kill Solenne.”

“Mhm.”

“Then, we storm the Divine Realm.”

“Awesome.”

“And lastly, we murder Lucien and bask in the riches that should’ve been ours.”

A faint smile appeared on Rael’s face.

“Say, you wouldn’t happen to have a few brain cells lying around, would you? Dipshit. What kind of plan is that? You’re just telling us to go kill ourselves? No. You know what? I already have someone working on a plan. Nyx is back home, and I’m sure by the time we’re back, she’ll have already finished all this stuff.”

A pout appeared on Renoir’s face.

“You underestimate my abilities.”

Rael raised a brow.

“Do I? Didn’t you say that the only reason you won that fight was because I was born and made everyone weaker? Do remind me if I’m wrong.”

He scoffed.

“You’re not wrong. But that doesn’t matter now. Look, Alune, tell him.”

Hearing that, Alune let out a sigh.

“He says I should tell my father about this, and he’ll gather the rest of the Depths. We’d launch a full-scale attack on the Divine Realm while you few kill Solenne.”

Huh.

Well, that was a little better.

But at the end of the day, did no one here have a solid plan?

“I believe I have something to add here.”

Gaia?

The lord and savior, Gaia?

Finally.

“Your thinking is fundamentally flawed. Tell me, Renoir. Do you believe the enemies you’ve fought so long ago have not grown more powerful? Speaking of, you yourself are severely weakened. You look like someone who could be broken in two like some kind of twig.”

His brows twitched.

“Tree woman, you should learn some manners.”

“And you should stop calling me tree woman. My name’s Gaia, and as it stands, I’m currently more powerful than you. Show respect where respect is due.”

It was the first time Rael had seen Gaia act this kind of way.

Bloodthirsty and, unironically, a little hot.

But then again, Rael wasn’t known for his taste in women.

Coughing once, Rael decided to chime in:

“Let’s just sleep on it, shall we? Rushing things will do us no good. For all we know, Lucien’s already predicted that I’ll come to you, Renoir. If that’s the case, then he’s most likely prepared his defenses and now is just waiting for us to storm him.”

Renoir let out a chuckle.

“That little shit has gotten into your brain and made you fear him? Do you know that being a pussy is the main reason why some armies lost wars? Yeah. We have billions, trillions, and quadrillions of units at our disposal, all of whom would single-handedly be able to pull civilization down under. Now tell me, do you believe one being backed by quintillions of weaker beings would be able to take us all on?”

Rael paused for a moment, then let out a sigh.

“I understand. But don’t be hasty. Finish whatever you have to here, and let’s go back to Celestara.”
