To answer that without giving you the wrong idea, it can be saved but it can't at the same time. Someone would have to be strong enough to deal with all of the Monarch's and then would have to eradicate the towers, dungeons, and remaining monsters.

All of that is possible but I'm not too sure about someone taking out all of us.

The possibility is there though. Anything is possible with enough hard work and dedication. If you truly do believe your world can be saved, then I'll root for you a bit here.

In terms of getting stronger, I'd say you have quite a bit of ways to go. Keep climbing towers or clearing dungeons, maybe that'll help even more.

(She stops talking suddenly.)

I wonder if she was telling me too much but it didn't answer all of my questions. Not that I expected her to since she is one of my enemies at the end of the day.

It does give me a bit of an idea on what to expect going forward and obviously knowing that the chance is there, that is nice. But giving me hope could just be a part of the plan.

Giving me enough to keep pushing forward so I reach the point they want me to reach.

There's no guarantee it is that either... Just a lot of variables here. I'm not entirely sure what to take as truth and what to take as a lie.

I don't think she's lying about any of it, but she made sure not to give us a whole lot either. It is still useful information about the collapse in terms of how they choose it.

Knowing it is random makes everything a bit more chaotic which matches our favorite monarch.

Lust also seems to be rooting for you, compared to the other Monarch's who could care less. You just don't seem to be much of a threat to them right now but you have caught a bit of attention.

I don't think I want to just sit around clearing more towers, dungeons, and monsters though. I'm still pretty confident that heading to the seven demon realms will provide me with a lot more strength.

I'm willing to bet that a lot of strong ranking demons are there and that fighting the sovereign will be pretty close to a monarch.

It'll just take me some time to reach him. The realms are probably huge as well so it won't be easy to traverse the lands there. Lilly would probably be a good person to bring along with me to the demon realms.

I'm not entirely sure I know who else should come along since it'll be quite a long time before I return back to the normal world.

Akina also just disappeared with ghost and Velia previously so I don't think I'll be taking her with me on that journey. Ghost, Lilly, and Aria might be the best choices.

At least Velia can keep an eye on Akina... The others would just be ideal for the journey itself. Ghost has some sort of awakened power that I need to observe a bit more, Lilly is just strong physically, and Aria is an SS rank hunter.

Glad her family is all full of strong hunters since that helps with giving me a chance to get some strong allies.

"Anyway, I probably should get going. I think I've talked a bit too much and I don't want to make chaos angry. I'll be watching you with great interest." Lust says before winking at me.

I watch as she disappears before me, almost like she was never here at all. The rest of the floor still seems to be in perfect condition so I wonder if I have a few moments to rest.

Reaver is still dead on the ground and hasn't moved an inch since the fight concluded.

I scratch my head as I take another look around from my seat. This place kind of resembles the world outside the tower a bit.

I didn't recognize it at first since we were too busy fighting each other but this place is literally like my normal world. It is kind of strange to see it within a tower floor like this.

But I guess that city I was in before was kind of like this in a sense.

That guy from Kairox is still quite the mystery since he disappeared after that meeting. I really didn't think people could just leave the tower but maybe that floor was an exception.

I wonder what happens to that city now that the tower is cleared. Will it fall apart with the rest of the tower or will it just transfer to another tower like nothing ever happened?

The towers are still quite the mystery to me. Even with Akina in our group or party, whatever the hell you want to call it.

She never really told us much about the creation of floors or towers in general. I don't know if she'll actually give honest answers about it either.

Mostly because it will probably give things away that she doesn't want me to know just yet. She did originally join me on my journey to see where it goes, to see if I really can stop the Monarch's.

The tower goddess. That nickname is one I don't think I'll ever be able to forget.

That city will probably just migrate without people knowing, since there are other towers. I wouldn't be too worried about it for the time being.

We should just be happy that this is finally done and over with.

I'm sorry I wasn't there for the whole climb. I genuinely think it was better for you in the long run anyway.

Climbing by myself taught me a lot so yeah I agree. Loneliness is just a shitty feeling but I think I managed to keep it away for quite some time.

Regardless, it is time for some rest before I leave here. That's the last thing I'd like to do before this tower falls apart.
