The shockwaves swept across the land, birthing strange phenomena, and the violent impact of principles caused the ground for hundreds of thousands of kilometers to quake and collapse. The oceans, thousands of meters deep, heaved into the air and boiled into mist, exposing fractured seabeds below in a vision of the apocalypse.

Such power nearly touched the threshold of the true spirit level. This was the might of eight ancient titans united.

Yet at that moment, the void above them shattered. Black tentacles burst through, each spanning tens of thousands of kilometers and descending like mountain ranges from the sky. The force ripped time and space apart. No escape, no refuge.

The eight titans bellowed in fury. Around them, their domains of principle blazed to life. Within the black ice-crystal storm surrounding the Azure-White Colossal Dragon, mountains of solid ice thrust skyward, propping up heaven and earth. Time warped around the Time Dragon as it vanished.

Beside the Ancient Magma Dragon, a world of molten fire surged into being, manifesting as a phantom beast a thousand kilometers wide. Its wings flared as it sent tidal waves of lava against the black tentacles.

Around the Midgard Serpent, gray radiance burst forth, a continent over ten thousand kilometers wide emerging. Encircling that land, a python over a hundred thousand kilometers long coiled tightly, ready to strike.

All of the ancient titans unleashed their strongest attacks, but...

Bang! Bang! Bang!

The ice-crystals surrounding the Azure-White Dragon all shattered. Its immense body was engulfed by a black tentacle and slammed with a thunderous crash onto the ground.

The void around the World-Wrapping Serpent collapsed as it let out a shrill, agonized roar.

The molten world conjured by the Magma Dragon exploded. Its vast magma principle phantom shattered, and its body turned into a streak of light that pierced heaven and earth before crashing to the ground.

Eight black tentacles spanned across heaven and earth. As they fell, more than three hundred thousand kilometers of land crumbled. One strike had suppressed eight ancient titans. The strength this void monster revealed was terrifying beyond belief. Had their battle not taken place far from the Dragon Palace, even the aftershock of that blow would have been enough to destroy the empire. This was the power of a true spirit.

The void shattered again. From its depths, more black tentacles descended, spanning sky and earth and sweeping toward the wounded ancient titans below. Its target was now clear: It meant to devour these ancient titans and drink deep of their vigorous life force.

However, just as the void monster prepared to strike with lightning swiftness and consume the ancient-titan-level dragon kings, the seven-colored vortex trembled, and from within the chaotic light-egg, a savage roar burst forth.

Two hideous claws tore out on the egg's left side, unleashing boundless force. With a sudden wrench, they ripped open a rift thousands of kilometers long. Endless nine-colored radiance poured out of the fissure. Out of the light emerged a colossal beast 130 kilometers long, its body condensed entirely of golden-black light.

The instant the beast appeared, an aura so dreadful it made the heavens and earth quake surged outward. It was like a blazing star simply standing there, and its oppressive might instinctively forced the void monster to let out a roar of fear.

Awakened from its slumber, the Dragon Emperor's heart surged with fury. With no hesitation, its vast form shone with endless light swelled at a rapid speed.

Boom!

The Chaotic Region spanning billions of kilometers erupted. Heaven and earth turned colorless. What remained was a colossal beast of black and red light, towering three thousand kilometers tall and rising a thousand kilometers into the sky.

The world itself seemed to sink into chaos. The aura of cosmic annihilation filled all things. The end had come.

How... could this be?The void monster stared in terror and despair at the colossal beast of light that had grown thirty times larger, its might now powerful enough to unmake worlds.

A dragon claw wrapped in black-red light descended slowly, covering time and space and erasing eternity. All things dissolved under its force. Space and time ceased. The entire void world, spanning hundreds of thousands of kilometers, collapsed into absolute darkness.

The void monster bellowed as it faced that world-ending strike. Its back split apart, nearly tearing it in two and revealing a boundless void world within. Countless tentacles writhed out, coiling together to form a pair of immense black claws that dragged the power of the endless void upward.

The black claws shattered under the crushing power of the dragon claw. Half of the void monster exploded, its enormous form blasted deep into the void.

Roar!

The colossal beast of light bellowed again, its claws burning with endless violence. Dark-golden chains of principles coiled around them as they pierced into the void.

Boom!

The entire void exploded and returned to chaos. The void monster let out a harrowing scream as its tentacles shattered. Its ruined true form was seized within the Dragon Emperor's radiant claws, utterly suppressed. The overwhelming force collapsed the void, annihilating millions of kilometers around.

Amid the raging chaotic shockwaves, the colossal beast of light roared. Power burst forth from its claws. Before the stunned gazes of the Azure-White Dragon and the other colossal beasts, the Dragon Emperor tore the void monster's true form apart. A shrill scream of despair resounded across heaven and earth.

It wasn't over yet. The colossal beast of light opened its maw wide, like a world-devouring black hole, and slowly bit down on the part clutched in its right claw. Half of that portion vanished without a trace; the severed edge was perfectly smooth, as if that portion of flesh and even its will had never existed at all, utterly erased.

Boom! Boom! Boom!

What remained of the void monster blazed with black light. Chains of void principles wrapped around the pieces, bursting with dreadful power in a struggle, but it couldn't shake the crushing claws holding it still.

The colossal beast of light once more opened its jaws. With a speed that seemed slow, yet was quick beyond imagination, it bit down and swallowed the rest in its right claw.

Boom!

Within the colossal beast, a pure, vast energy erupted. Its already terrifying aura surged, and its body grew even larger and more menacing.

The entire world held only the world-ending beast standing in the heart of chaos. Bite by bite, it devoured the void monster that neared the late stage of the true spirit level. The brutal aura it exuded left the Magma Dragon and others trembling in fear, their bloodlines quivering.

Very soon, the void monster was completely consumed, ripped apart and swallowed with merciless ferocity.

Time and space shook. The colossal beast of light, its body vast like a star, slowly lowered its head to glance at the Azure-White Dragon and the other colossal beasts, then turned, striding toward the chaotic light-egg drifting in the shockwaves. Its enormous body visibly shrank as it walked. By the time it returned to the light-egg, its true form had contracted to just over a hundred kilometers in length. It passed through the rift and disappeared.

As the terrifying beast of light departed, the chaotic phenomena shrouding the world dissipated with it.

The sky was shattered, the horizon glowed with lingering radiance, and the chaotic light-egg at the vortex's center continued to swell and contract. The Midgard Serpent and the other colossal beasts stared in a daze. Only the residual void aura left between heaven and earth proved that a true-spirit-level void monster had actually descended.

Suddenly, the Magma Dragon's eight heads twisted madly as it roared with wild excitement.This is the king's power. Not even fully awakened, and already able to tear apart a true spirit. Too strong, invincible, unmatched!

Within that energy, threaded with principle particles, there were strands of white light carrying the faint aura of creation's dawn.

The Dragon Emperor was no stranger to creation power. In its sleep, its consciousness had fused with its true name, drawing a vast creation aura from the depths of the mythical world. Yet what astonished it was that this force now flowed from the true-spirit-level void monster it had just devoured.

The void represented distortion, darkness, hatred, and contamination of all life in the main world, yet from a being of such pure negativity, there now emerged the power of genesis, the force that birthed heaven and earth.

What is the reason? Could the extremity of yin give rise to yang? Or is the void itself perhaps another face of the mythical world?Puzzled, the Dragon Emperor slowly closed its eyes again, sinking back into slumber. The answer could wait until it awoke once more.

The slumbering Dragon Emperor's every breath resonated with the entire light-egg and the whole Chaotic Region. The rise and fall of its breathing seemed like the movements of a boundless beast. Within its body, the creation aura transformed from the void monster drained away along the soul passage.

At the same time, on the Dragon Emperor's back, two glowing spheres a thousand kilometers across floated within the ocean of nine-colored light.

Inside them, the Silver Colossal Dragon and Golden-Blue Colossal Dragon had both grown to lengths of three thousand meters. A faint yet undeniable pressure of an emperor-level bloodline emanated from their forms.

With the primordial energy of the Heavenly Dragon Pool, the bloodline evolution granted by the Dragon Emperor's ability, and now drawn further by the aura released from its true-spirit-level breakthrough, the two dragons' bloodlines had finally shattered their former limits and reached the emperor level.

These changes in the two dragons left them looking more akin to the Dragon Emperor, as if their bloodlines were being pulled closer under its influence.
