"Use orb" Pei Lingxi spoke as she saw them getting ready to attack.

Lian Zhi nodded, what type of skill one wanted to use depended upon whose hand was above. She concentrated and a small orb of dual colour was getting formed above her hand. Its white colour represented yang and black colour yin.

When the orb reached completion, Lian Zhi sighed in relief while moving her hand away. Now that the attack was complete she could use it alone.

The other male and female disciple had also completed their attack, now they were just waiting for Pei Lingxi's command.

Pei Lingxi paid close attention to both the beast and the masked cultivator. There was a chance that this masked cultivator would use his weapons again. Even with their yin-yang orb they wouldn't be able to scratch those weapons.

Pei Lingxi's plan was simple, attack the beast right now with simple attacks to divert its attention.

If Lin Feng used his weapons to neutralize their attack then they could use the orbs, which would be enough to injure the beast more than what their normal attacks were able to do, if the beast didn't dodge it.

None of the disciples showed any reaction as they were shocked by what had just happened. After what the masked cultivator had done previously, they all had some attention on him just like Pei Lingxi, so they had seen what had happened.

One kick from the masked cultivator was enough to sway the arena more than what the beast was able to do when it struck it with its head.

They hadn't themselves tested how much strength was really needed to move the arena like that but it definitely wasn't as easy as this masked cultivator made it look to them.

They also finally understood how close to death they were when they were standing on the edge of the arena. Even Pei Lingxi trembled thinking about it.

Bai Lian didn't warn them about danger for small swaying, but she was indirectly warning them from something like this.

Pei Lingxi also understood why this masked cultivator didn't really use this against them in the start, their storage rings.

As everyone was lost in thoughts, a lightning strike struck the beast from the side, the viper wasn't able to dodge as lightning strikes happen instantly.

The attack didn't cause much or worse damage than normal yang spears and one more wound appeared on the snake body.

Bai Lian had just chosen to attack to just show that she wasn't going back on her words, since she had said she would help, she would. Even though

Unlike the others she was able to balance herself instantly, she was prepared for a long time.

It wasn't enough though the viper might be inherently afraid of lightning but it was understood that it wasn't enough to harm it too much, it just caused numbness which lasted for a single breath.

So, now that it was in striking range, it did. Unfortunately for it, this attack wasn't successful either as Lin Feng grabbed the fallen disciple's and dragged him out of the way.

The viper's head struck the arena again and similar swaying of the arena happened, just like how it happened in the start. The disciples didn't even care about this gentle swaying after feeling that impactful swaying.

The disciple who got saved immediately looked towards his hand and as expected his storage ring was gone. His heart bled just thinking about it.

When Pei Lingxi saw this, she became anxious. One less ring meant their deaths were one step closer. She gritted her teeth, she could only think of one solution and it was quite dangerous, but since it was the only solution she could think of, she was willing to execute it. First she had to talk to the others about it.
