Before naming Primus, Corey had no knowledge of naming rites and how important they could be in the determining the potential and even abilities of the item a Blacksmith crafted.
But after surviving their Tribulation, Primus told him how important it was to give a proper name to a crafted item.
Not only was the name important, the meaning behind the name was even more important.
When Corey knew this, he knew that he had to properly name his armour.
Unlike Primus whose name and meaning came out naturally to him, he had to consciously think about what name to give it and the meaning behind the name.
It was surprisingly more difficult to consciously think of a name and its meaning.
But such a thing was not surprising.
Sometimes, one would find it more difficult to perform an action consciously than instinctively.
So many thoughts appeared in his mind regarding the name and meaning of his armour, and each one was good.
But none truly felt... good enough and unique enough to him.
That is... until he recalled his mother.
When he was eleven years old, a large dog chased him when he was coming home from school, and it was one of the few times in his life he truly thought he would have died.
The only thing he could remember was that he ran and shouted for his life.
He ran so much to the point that believed he would have outran the fastest man alive or even a cheetah.
Because of how loudly he was shouting, his mother heard him, and she ran out of the house in confusion and fear.
But when she saw the dog, she quickly ran back inside, came outside in less than five seconds with a bat in her hands.
Corey had never seen his mother kill anything aside from flies and fishes, and his mother was even afraid of cockroaches and rats. She detested killing them, and she was the type who would rather choose peace over violence.
But it was at that moment Corey saw his mother run out without hesitation, then she miraculously slammed the side of the bat on the dog's skull.
Fortunately for her, her husband had taught her how to swing a bat.
That day was a day Corey could never forget, and it was a day he realized that the adrenaline a loving mother produces when their child is in danger is way beyond imagination.
There were other cases where his mother also protected him from harm, and it was when he recalled all these memories he knew what the meaning of his armor should be.
Love.
A love that would always want to protect.
He believed that rather than saying he wanted an armor that could never be broken or that could never be destroyed, an armor that loved him and would do anything to protect him because of love was the best thing for his armor.
It was an extremely strange concept and thinking, but Corey truly believed that love... true love was the greatest form of protection one could get, because just like many mothers that truly loved their child, they would do anything for their children and would always protect them.
----
After naming Prima, the world trembled and the skies flashed brightly and thundered loudly.
Every living being on New Earth had solemn and fearful faces as they looked at the darkened sky above.
It was like judgement day had come, and despite believing that the judgement was for a particular location in the Black Sea, they were all afraid the heavens would suddenly decide to smite the entire planet out of existence because of its fury.
They had just witnessed a tribulation that shook their very souls, and the shock was still very much present in their hearts.
Many still spoke about it, and questions about the cause of such a Tribulation traveled across the continents of New Earth.
But after two days, they were about to witness another Tribulation.
And from what they could see, it would most likely be more terrifying than the previous Tribulation.
What was going on?
Who or what was the cause behind these Tribulations?
How many Tribulations would they have to witness?
Were they safe?
These questions and many others were in the minds and hearts of those who had no idea what was going on, and for those who knew, they could not help but wonder if Corey was a mad man or man that did not fear even the heavens as a mortal.
The Gods had solemn expressions when they saw the flashing bolts of golden lightning in the sky.
Unlike the previous Tribulation, this Tribulation was starting with golden lightning, and this made it exceedingly dangerous.
"He's done it this time. The heavens are truly furious. They want to kill him." The God of Storms said as he looked at the Tribulation with extreme wariness.
The other gods did not respond, but they had the same thoughts.
They believed that Corey was beyond foolish and arrogant.
Angering the heavens twice in such a short period of time?
It never ended well.
The God of Storms waved his arms, and a crack in space appeared in front of him.
"I'm leaving. You guys can stay here if you like."
He said no other words and entered the spatial crack without waiting for a response from the gods.
The other gods glanced at one another before also teleporting one by one.
Nobody needed to tell them that it was extremely dangerous for them to remain in the core vicinity of the Tribulation.
The heavens might believe that they were there to assist Corey with his Tribulation, and the Universal System might begin a thorough inspection on any one of them that remained in the Tribulation's vicinity, and they wanted none of that.
Just like the previous Tribulation, they would observe Corey from afar.
Meanwhile, Corey had a calm and focused expression as he looked at the Tribulation above.
He took a step forward, then he vanished and reappeared above the Black Sea.
"Come."
