Chapter 234: Traveler_3

"No matter which side gains the upper hand, it will be very interesting. You know, watching is always the greatest joy for us upside-down ones."

Afterward, the Specimen Library returned to silence once more, with only the golden words on the Wizard General Record Projection Platform continuing to flicker.

Like a spark just ignited, weak yet steadfastly burning in the vast darkness.

And the master of this spark stood at the edge of the Black Mist Jungle, gazing at the distant horizon...

.........

The sky was gloomy, with the treetops of the Black Mist Jungle swaying sporadically under a bizarre wind, producing a rustling sound.

Ever since the seal of the Bloodline Altar broke, the whole area's Magic Field had become extremely unstable.

Occasionally, turbulent energy fluctuations formed tiny vortices in the air, like countless invisible hands slapping against the skin, causing tingling sensations.

Several Law Enforcement Officers, dressed in uniform gray suits, vigilantly guarded around the Ron Workshop.

Their eyes continuously scanned the surroundings, ready to activate their Rune Staffs at any moment.

Ever since the eruption of Abyssal Energy, the School had strengthened defenses for all key areas.

However, for Ron, this kind of protection seemed somewhat unnecessary, merely the School expressing its concern towards him.

As a newly promoted Primordial Wizard, he himself was an undeniable force.

"It's all arranged, Ron Wizard, your supplies will be transported by two Vulture Dragons."

An older Law Enforcement Officer reported to Ron, with barely concealed reverence on his face.

When the title changed from "Ron Apprentice" to "Ron Wizard," the attitude of the entire School towards him had transformed dramatically once again.

Ron nodded slightly in thanks, a faint and imperceptible smile on his lips.

He reviewed the material list in his hand again, his fingertips gliding gently over the surface of the parchment, ensuring no important items were missed.

The list meticulously recorded the name, quantity, and storage location of every piece of equipment and every bottle of Magic Potion ingredients.

All contents were organized under strict categories, showcasing Ron's nearly obsessive meticulousness.

"What a spectacle!" Lilia's voice came from not far away, carrying rare amazement.

Following her gaze, Ron saw two enormous Vulture Dragons slowly approaching.

This creature was a unique pack animal of the Black Mist Jungle, about eight meters long, with a draconic-scaled body, and a vulture-like head and wings.

Their bodies were covered in thick gray scales, their heads bore exposed black skin, and their red eyes exuded primitiveness and ferocity.

Although unable to fly, their sturdy limbs and broad backs made them ideal land transportation tools.

"The School does have resources."

Ron smiled faintly, a shrewd glint in his eyes:

"Hiring such pack animals privately would cost at least several hundred Magic Stone Fragments. In urgent times, it might even require thousands."

A special rack had been installed on the backs of the Vulture Dragons, made from lightweight yet extremely sturdy quasi-metal materials, covered with dampening runes and Protective Array.

The Tamers skillfully secured various boxes of different sizes in suitable positions.

Ron's Alchemy Equipment, Magic Potion ingredients, experimental records, and some precious personal collections were all loaded neatly.

His gaze lingered momentarily on each box, feeling a slight twinge of sentiment.

These items contained the essence of his years in the Black Mist Jungle; from a Candidate Apprentice at first glance to now an Official Wizard, every step of growth had been witnessed by these objects.

Leaving this place where he had lived for many years, even with his temperament, he couldn't help but feel a slight reluctance.

Dale's crystal vat was placed in a specially designed dampening slot, ensuring that travel bumps posed no harm to her.

The Little Sea Siren was exceptionally excited, her golden eyes shining brightly, her fish tail constantly slapping the water surface, creating ripples.

"Master, are we going to leave the Black Mist Jungle? What is the outside world like? Is there a sea near the Crystal Tower? Can I see other Sea Sirens? Are there larger waters there for me to swim?"

She asked a series of questions, her voice filled with childlike curiosity and anticipation.

Looking into the Little Sea Siren's pure golden eyes, Ron felt a subtle tenderness in his heart.

Since rescuing Dale from that black market stall, this little life had been constantly by his side, witnessing many important moments in his life.

"Indeed, there is a lake near the Crystal Tower."

He patiently answered, "Though not comparable to the real ocean, it is far more spacious than your current crystal vat."

He answered Dale's questions while observing Ailan and Lilia's loading work.

The two worked in perfect harmony, one confirming the items list, the other checking the fixation status, carefully placing Ron's years of hard work.

Ailan's vine-like arms were agile and precise, effortlessly maneuvering boxes of various sizes.

While Lilia maintained her customary diligence and focus, meticulously inspecting every detail, leaving no potential issues unnoticed.
