Infinite wealth In A New World

Chapter 271: Viper's Pitfall

[In Space.]

"What?!!" The Young Master of the Xenon criminal empire—a figure of pampered arrogance—sat bolt upright in his command chair, gripping his phone until his knuckles were white.

"Both Voco and the Senator are dead? Is this a coincidence?!" he demanded, his frown deepening. He had trusted Voco with his money and the Senator with his political cover in the Star nation.

"Not a coincidence? Then find out who did it!!! No matter what happens, we must find them and take them down!" He snapped at the person on the other end, disconnecting the call with a trembling hand.

"What happened, Young Master?" the Xenon guard standing a few feet away asked, noticing the palpable worry radiating from his leader.

"Both Voco and the Senator were eliminated... The Mistress is probably dead too," he muttered, his gaze fixed on his expensive, now vibrating drink on the table.

BOOOOM!!

The next moment, the whole starship trembled violently, his drink falling to the floor and shattering.

"What was that?!" he yelled, spinning toward the door of the cockpit.

"Young Master... You need to see this." The pilot's voice, strained with terror, crackled over the intercom.

Anger briefly eclipsed fear. "Who dares attack me, the heir of a powerful family!" He shoved the cockpit door open, only to freeze.

Before him, filling the void of space, were hundreds of sleek, terrifying Eldoria battleships, their hulls marked with the unmistakable Eldoria's Insignia.

"Eldoria's forces? What's happening?! Did any of you offend God Wolf?!" he roared at his crew, panic threading through his voice.

He knew the danger. Only a fool would mess with the Eldorian Nation; they were now the strongest military power in the world. He had meticulously destroyed every Beastify slave he owned just to ensure God Wolf wouldn't get proof or catch their scent—and now, here he was, surrounded by ships capable of blowing his vessel to bits in seconds.

Taking a deep, forced exhale, he walked to the pilot's seat and pressed the microphone button.

"Esteemed guests," he began, forcing deference into his voice. "Why are we surrounded? Did this Young Master offend God Wolf in a way I know nothing of? Please, speak plainly."

Silence....

The only sound was the humming of their ship's failing shields. He moved his gaze around his terrified crew, then watched in horror as the heavy, primary weapons of the Eldorian fleet began to cycle power, their barrels glowing.

"What are you doing?" he yelled.

"We came here on the mission to take you alive," a calm, male voice—Denny—finally sounded from the central Warship, which hovered menacingly before them.

"But just now... a new order arrived. We will have to kill you all."

BOOOOM!

A silent, invisible energy wave burst out from the Warship, harmlessly spreading in all directions.

"Kill us?! Do you think I will stay here and wait for that?!" The Young Master snatched a direct teleportation crystal from his storage.

"Eldoria will hear from the Xenon race!" he screamed, crushing the crystal—but nothing happened.

"We have sealed the whole sector. You can't teleport away. Just sit back and watch your end," the voice responded with cold contempt. "Fire."

"...?!!"

"Fire that ship!! Even if I die, that arrogant bastard will die with me!!" the Young Master shrieked, fueled by insane fury. The pilot, galvanized by desperation, launched their primary missile.

WHOOSH!!

The missile shot with deadly accuracy and collided with the main Eldoria Warship.

BOOOOM!!!

"Hahaha!! Now I can die in pea—"

The Young Master froze. The smoke dispersed instantly, revealing the Warship. Not a single dent marred its hull.

"Do you think your weak missiles can take down a ship belonging to the strongest nation in the galaxy? Are you truly that naive?" Denny's voice muttered with disdain.

"Impossible," the Young Master whispered, his mind breaking.

The group in the ship watched, helpless, as all the battleships unleashed a torrent of red, energy-infused missiles. They smashed into the vessel, tearing it and the crew to shreds.

Denny stood in the Warship's command deck, staring at the distant explosion.

'All Eldoria's weapons have been infused with Spirit Stones.' he thought with quiet pride. 'We are technologically and magically superior to even the Star Nation.'

"Send automated reports to our forces." Denny ordered.

"Wipe out the entire Young Master's immediate family under the name of God Wolf. If the Xenon King wants to discuss, he will speak with our King. If he wants war... his nation will fall under us."

"Captain," Alexandra said, leaning back in her seat, relaxed. "The Xenon race already swore a lifelong alliance to the King. Their King will never think of a war, not unless he wants a sky full of God Rank Dragons visiting his nation."

"We are done with our mission," Denny concluded. He pushed a button. "Everyone, return to Eldoria. Thanks again for your hard work."

Denny watched the powerful fleet turn and fly away into the void. "Come on, let's go to the rendezvous point."

"On it." Alexandra turned to the pilot. "Let's go!" she said with a satisfied smile.

[Unknown Planet.]

Viper, a grossly fat man with a bald head and an immense stomach, opened his eyes within his hidden fortress. He felt a sudden, powerful, alien presence entering the atmosphere—a single individual, but radiating immense power.

"Hmm..." He slowly stood up, leveraging his bulk. He shot out of his hidden fortress, heading straight toward the intruder.

_

"Who are you?!" Viper stopped in the air, staring at Sunny. Sunny stood calmly, his hands folded behind his back, his gaze flat and unreadable.

"You are related to the Fearless Family and their perverse cultivation methods, right?" Sunny asked, cutting straight to the point.

"You haven't answered my question! Don't think because you are at the peak of the God Rank, I'm scared of you!" Viper snarled. He summoned his weapon: a heavy, black God Rank Baseball club, materialized with thick, dark energy.

"You should be scared of me," Sunny said, his gaze calm as ever.

"It seems you are an enemy!"

Viper lunged. He was fast, appearing in front of Sunny in less than a second, swinging his bat down in a crushing strike aimed for Sunny's head.

BOOOOM!!!

Sunny didn't move. His Aura burst out from him—not as an attack, but as pure, overwhelming power. It smashed into the Bat, instantly shattering the God Rank weapon into dust. The force continued, impacting Viper directly, sending the God Rank warrior plummeting back toward the ground.

"So weak," Sunny said with quiet disdain, the confrontation barely registering as a challenge.
