Wuchao Mountain peak.
A brilliant golden sun hung in the void.
The great sun atop the mountain was transformed by Song Lin's dharma image.
Song Lin was dressed in white, with long hair cascading down his shoulders and a golden plum blossom mark on his brow. Underfoot was a lotus formed by golden light.
An aura of a realized monk emanated from him, much higher than what Yihe had initially.
Wuchao Mountain had a total of 108 monks, including eight shaven-headed monks, who were the former disciples of Yihe.
Later, Song Lin changed the rules, allowing monks to practice with hair, drink alcohol, eat meat, and marry and have children.
Most of the monks couldn't accept this and proposed to leave the temple. Song Lin was happy to see this situation occur, so he gave them a large sum of money to send them off. Those who stayed agreed with his philosophy.
Guu Yuchan and his disciples Lus Yunqing and Zhuu Baichuan became Song Lin's "disciples." The three had high comprehension and quickly grasped the Buddha Light.
The other seventy sect elites became protectors.
Song Lin recruited these people into the system under the guise of gathering protectors.
The role of a Buddhist Sect protector was very flexible. Demons and ghosts, as long as they laid down their butcher's knife and sincerely repented, could join.
Thus, the protectors were a mixed bag, with a variety of abilities.
Although it was a Buddhist law world, monks actually had many spells, except that mana became Buddha Light, and the Golden Core became the Shariputra.
Apart from the difference in nature, the external manifestation of spells was similar.
"Let's go, down the mountain to preach the Buddhist Law."
Song Lin spent three years organizing Buddhist doctrines, including the experience of discussing the Dao with Randeng Buddha at Jin Bifeng, Taoist teachings, and his own insights into the Great Dao.
This scripture was named the Pure World Golden Lotus Scripture.
Song Lin was confident that this scripture surpassed the top Buddhist theories in this realm.
In fact, whether it was Buddha or Dao, it was just a different perspective on interpreting the laws of the Great Thousand World.
Many Great Powers were adept in both the Dao and Buddhist laws and had profound understanding of both.
Song Lin was not a Buddhist law genius, but merely used another perspective to expound his theory, without much technical content.
Thereafter, Song Lin went down the mountain to preach the Buddhist Law.
The teahouse owner recognized Song Lin, and under his spread, Song Lin's experiences became increasingly legendary.
To achieve enlightenment in three years, to master Buddhist law in three years.
Wasn't this a Great Power reincarnated?
Song Lin's fame spread wider and wider, reaching dozens of surrounding Buddha Countries, while being a guest of honor in the royal courts of ten nations.
The Pure World Golden Lotus Sect, modeled after Wuchao Zen Temple, opened hundreds of branches.
The Pure Land Golden Lotus Sect cultivated only Buddhist Law, with very few Divine Skills. This specialized, harmless Buddhist law was also sought after by various countries.
As the Pure World Golden Lotus Sect grew, its protector team expanded to one hundred thousand.
Most of them were dissatisfied with the worldly ways. Song Lin didn't preach anything to them, just told them to think independently. As their cultivation grew stronger, their desire to change the world became increasingly hard to suppress.
Song Lin estimated it would take two to three hundred more years.
To cover his intentions, Song Lin added many Buddhist elements, making the names of moves and nature of the cultivation techniques align as much as possible with the local Great Dao.
Wuchao Mountain.
On this day, a thousand-zhang blue aura descended from the sky, and a Bodhisattva with Majestic Treasure stepped down on a lotus, surrounded by solemn Sanskrit sounds.
"Greetings, Bodhisattva."
Song Lin stood up and saluted.
He was well aware that a Divine Thought was secretly probing him, but he wasn't the least bit nervous in his heart.
After years of cultivation, he had long completely Buddhized this Avatar's Taoist Realm, making himself a true Buddhist offspring.
Sure enough, shortly after, the probing Divine Thought vanished.
"The Buddha wants to see you."
"The Buddha?" Song Lin showed a look of great joy.
He then flew with this Nan Pu Bodhisattva to the Western Pure Land.
The Western Pure Land, also known as the Western Pure Land, was a majestic and serene world obtained by the Buddha through great vows.
In this realm, there were many marvelous sights, land of purple gold, rivers of clear water, Seven Treasures Marvelous Trees, and even an ordinary stone here was a precious treasure in the Mortal World.
This was the Western Pure Land.
"Only the most devout believers of all realms are qualified to ascend here. Many practitioners of Buddhist law, after their cultivation is sufficient and their merits are complete, ascend here. Otherwise, they can only stay in the Desire Realm below the Pure Land, while mortals live in the Color Realm."
Nan Pu Bodhisattva explained.
In the center of the world was a majestic Buddhist Temple, and as the two flew towards the temple, they could hear chanting everywhere, sung by a group of incredibly perfect-looking beings.
The reason for describing them as perfect-looking is not because they looked beautiful, but because they had reached a perfect state in personal characteristic features, with teeth, hair, eyes, and skin in the healthiest condition.
In this state, even if the original appearance was ordinary, there was a unique charisma.
"These are Heavenly Humans, disciples from the Lower Realm, and monks reborn by lotus flowers who descend to this realm."
Heavenly Humans are born in an adult form.
Because it is the Western Pure Land, they do not experience much suffering.
"I see."
Song Lin sensed something was amiss.
There was chanting in the air, but these people's mouths were not moving. Upon looking carefully, he realized what was wrong.
All the facial features of these people were useless.
"It's actually..."
With eyes but blind, thus unable to see horrors and inequalities. With ears but deaf, thus unable to hear curses and blasphemies. With mouth but voiceless...
What is this a branch of Buddhism? It is clearly a heretical path.
Initially, before Song Lin came, his heart was somewhat in agreement with this Western Pure Land.
After all, it at least provided a Pure Land for followers, unlike ordinary false gods who deceived people.
