Dominating gaze: This mutation enhances the effect of the hypnotic gaze as well as naturally reducing the victims mental defenses. Mesmerizing Gaze: This mutation reduces the strain of hypnotic gaze so it may be used longer. The gaze also become more subtle and easily forgotten.
