The moment Grey's feet touched the edge of the mountain, he heard a loud bang go off in head. His body shuddered, but his eyes were still filled with determination and madness. And without hesitation, he continued to ascend the misty mountain tops.

His body flickering slightly, red bloody Mist floated from his body. Making him look like he was expelling the mist from his body. But no, the red mist coming from his body was his own blood that was spilt as he tore through the wind.

His lips were pursed tersely, and his eyes were tinged with madness! Grey had crossed fifty meters, no... one hundred meters in one second!

But instead of slowly down, Grey began to speed up even more. He wanted to completely surpass his limits. To completely break them!

That's why when the wind tore through his body relentlessly, he didn't stop. He continued running. His goal was to keep just a sliver of the understanding that he had with him until the very end.

"Arghh!" A loud cry erupted from the misty mountains. But the source of that sound was too far for anyone in Green city to hear, so it went unheared.

Grey's body finally broke. His legs were now a bloody mess. His clothes were torn in all places, with red mist coming from them everytime he moved. But at last, Grey had reached the misty mountain tops.

The air here was thin and the wind howled fiercely, tearing Grey's body. The mountain top was very misty that he couldn't see much after ten meters. But that was fine.

Because up here, he could feel the same wind he that he felt in the underground cavern. But this time, the wind here was more constant.

It did not stop and come just like it did when he underground, instead, it was constant and completely filled the space around him. Making him become extremely absorbed in it that he didn't remember his body pathetic state.

This continued for a while until Grey began to the previous comprehension of the wind come back to him.

The moment it came back, Grey felt his entire body begin to tremble and shake as if he was under a lot of pressure.

His already broken body, began to bring out more blood as cracking sounds rang out. While all this was going on, Grey heard a loud whooshing sound in his mind.

And before he could even comprehend what was happening, he saw a spectacular scene appear in his mind.

In his mind, Grey saw a cultivator that emitted spirit energy fluctuations that greatly surpassed even the Nascent Soul Transformation stage. In fact, Grey guessed that if his realm was higher, he would suffer greatly just for looking at this figure.

He carried a silent but domineering air around him. Also, he was completely covered in thin white mist as he flew through the clouds and sky with such great speeds that you could not even see a blur.

Grey could only see the person clearly because the scene was going on in his mind. Grey watched as the person continued to fly into the distance at marvelous speed.

Soon, before he realized, the person had crossed half the continent in just a few breaths of time. This time when Grey saw that, he sucked in a deep breath fiercely. Not wanting his concentration to be broken.

Finally, the person stopped and Grey could see his face. He was a man who could be described to be in his late twenties or early thirties, but Grey couldn't be sure because the wind was still blocking his face.

Then, the person roared and grabbed the sky. The wind around him worked in obedience and he was able to easily rip the sky in two.

Then, he saw gigantic two figures drop from the sky as if he they had been ripped out from the sky itself. These two gigantic figures were over ten thousand meters tall, their heads even reaching the clouds.

In the face of these two giants, the man covered in mist was like an ant. In fact, their cultivation bases were even higher than the man's. But the man's expression did not even change once. He looked at them calmly and the scene that happened next was even more shocking.

The mist covered man reached out and grabbed towards the two giants. Then, he saw his hand grow and become bigger and bigger until it completely covered the entire sky.

The moment that happened, the giants let out loud roars to the heavens, but they were covered by the palm and crushed beneath it.

The earth shook and the sky roared as the palm descended.

After that bold and shocking display which Grey couldn't understand the meaning of, he heard an ancient voice so loud that it resounded in his ears and shook his entire body to the core.

"This is the Ancient Hidden Dao of the Wind! Once you have completely mastered it, you will be able to cross an entire continent with just a leap, you will be able to tear the skies asunder with your bare hands, and the wind will abide to your call. Once you have mastered it, the path to divinity will be opened up, and another General will arise. But remember to continue to comprehend the wind, only then will you be able to become a General of Humanity... And become the Wind Monarch."

When Grey turned his head, his body shook in fear when he saw the the mist covered person behind him. The mist covered person then reached out to touch Grey, but Grey was very cautious and tried to move back, but the Ancient Man covered in Mist was much faster than him and his hand landed on his shoulders.

Then Grey felt his comprehension of the wind begin to rise. Then, the feeling of being one with the wind arose in his heart. He no longer had faint understanding of the wind, instead, it was like he could understand the very concept of the wind.

"Since you refused to give up and continued to comprehend the wind, I will make you my scion." The man covered in mist said in a low voice that made the earth beneath their feets to tremble as if it was moving, the clouds were cleared in an instant and the sky was completely clear of any clouds.

Yet, despite the lack of clouds, the wind still blowed softly.

Meanwhile, everyone on the second continent felt a change come about. The clouds started to move, the air felt heavy with tension.

Suddenly, the sky darkened as a pillar of white lightning fell from the sky.
