Primordial Chaos Dragon Tower: Harem System

Chapter 1208: Leaving The Underworld

"So this is the underworld," Vargus asked, gazing at the vast city before him from a window in Nyx's Dark Castle. Avotha and Lene stood on his left while Uncle Drew was on his right.

"Yes," Uncle Drew answered.

"Not quite as insidious as I expected, but quaint."

"That is the beauty of the underworld, I suppose. In any case, it is much more beautiful if you travel and interact with the people."

Vargus nodded and turned away from the view... "When we have time, I will come here for a vacation."

"Suit yourself. Not many I know would willingly come to the underworld for a vacation. I myself prefer the land of the living where real people live," Uncle Drew said with a small smile.

They arrived in the underworld 10 hours ago. However, instead of leaving immediately, they had to wait for Nyx, who couldn't pick the best gifts to send to Kent.

It wasn't that she didn't have anything; it was that she didn't know what to pick from her vast array of treasures.

So Uncle and his people had to wait for her while she debated on what to pick. Of course, it was annoying to have to wait for her, but Uncle Drew had spent most of his life in the underworld, and so he knew her character all too well.

This was why he wasn't bothered.

If anything, he was happier knowing that once he left today, he wouldn't be coming back for another thousand years.

Uncle Drew sat down and started taking tiny sips of his favourite underworld wine.

'Too bad I can't bring people to the underworld. I would have brought Master to tame this wild one before she makes my life any more chaotic.'

He smiled inwardly, already planning how to get his master to the underworld much faster.

'Once he is done with his latest mission and ascends, I will visit those fishermen and see if I can get a secure way to help him come here.'

He took a sip of the wine... 'But then again, once she manages to form her god core, she can leave. However, looking for a way for him to come is not off the table.'

A day passed, but Nyx wasn't back.

Uncle Drew remained in the same place. He had waited for her much longer before, so a few hours wasn't something he would be worried about.

Thankfully, three days later, she finally found something. She stored everything inside a special space ring and brought it to Uncle Drew.

"I was expecting you to last a year, but I guess this is a new record. You should be proud of yourself."

Nyx just smirked and disregarded Uncle Drew's joke...

"Be sure to tell him to open the space ring when he is alone."

Uncle Drew didn't say anything and just stored the space ring away. He knew better than to ask anything, knowing this demoness was more dangerous than any monster he had seen so far.

"Tell Kent I miss him and I still stand on business. Soon, I will master the 4th form of the technique he gave me. When I do, and he is not here, then he shouldn't blame me for taking drastic action."

"He is already aware."

"Tell him again. That will show him I meant business."

Uncle Drew glared at Nyx for a few seconds and sighed, "Why not. I will tell him."

Nyx smiled happily.

"If you want to leave, then be quick to form your god core and awaken your own domain. That way, when you finally leave, the law and order of this level of the underworld won't fall into chaos."

Nyx nodded with a determined expression.

She knew if Uncle Drew took her away now, her entire kingdom would come undone in her absence. That will be catastrophic.

So for now, she could only wait for Kent, who may not seem like it, but actually wanted to reunite with her soon enough.

A couple of minutes later, Uncle Drew, Avotha, Lene, and Vargus were ready to leave.

"I have never used this method to leave the underworld before, so be ready for anything." Uncle Drew warned and then added, "We might end up in the lair of monsters."

That didn't seem to move the three people standing beside him. Seeing this, he smiled and put on his mask.

He brought his hands together and formed a seal,

In an instant, a chaotic portal opened before him.

"Take care, Nyx."

"I will," Nyx replied, "And do your best to protect my husband in my absence."

Uncle Drew wanted to say, 'bitch, you haven't even kissed him before...what gives you the right to call him your husband?'

However, as if she knew what he wanted to say, she gave him a gentle push into the portal, and the three demigods were pulled with him.

Nyx smiled and quickly left the scene.

Now that she finally had the chance to send something to Kent, the next important thing was to resume working hard to reunite with him someday.

---

[Unknown Planet]

A figure uncontrollably flew through space like a meteor heading toward a particular blue planet. Perhaps because of how fast he was moving, stabilizing his body was becoming an issue.

So he can only fly aimlessly toward the planet.

In no time, he entered the planet's atmosphere.

BOOOOOOM

He crashed into a mountain of ice, raising a cloud of ice mist.

Aerion, the storm god, slowly stood up, wiping blood off the corner of his lips. Looking at the blood on his hands, his eyes turned bloodshot.

With just a flick, Vexthra sent the poor bastard flying through the air like a cannonball. He had been flying for several hours without gaining the ability to stabilize his fall. Finally, he managed to crash into an unknown planet.

He gritted his teeth, causing more blood to pour from the corner of his lips.

"I will squeeze the life out—"

"WHO DARE WAKE ME UP"

Suddenly, a chilling voice spoke, and an absolute aura seized Aerion in place. He immediately turned pale, sweat breaking on his forehead.

His body was practically trembling as he knelt on the ground.

'Ah, my bad luck,' Aerion cursed his bad luck for finding himself in this situation.

He tried to move his head to the side to look at the person walking toward him; however, he was too scared even to turn.

Soon, a redhead beauty with red eyes that held so much danger appeared before him. Aerion had already prayed his last prayer, so when the lady appeared, he knew he was done for.

'Ah, dying at the hands of a Universal God is much better than being hurled through space like a doll for hours.'

Even so, Aerion gathered the courage to look at the face of the person about to kill him. When he saw that beautiful face and eyes, instead of being mesmerized, his heart sank. He knew he was fucked.

"What is your name?" the lady asked.

"A-Aerion."

"Aerion, which Era is this?"

Aerion was taken aback, but he quickly answered, "It-it is the Infinity Era."

The lady didn't say anything. She retrieved a device from her god space and channeled her divine energy into it. After a few seconds, she turned to Aerion, "Has anything big happened recently?"

Aerion blinked a few times, unsure of what to say. To him, Vexthra's making an appearance in public for the first time after millions of years felt like something big.

However, he dared not say that. Instead, he thought long and hard about it and answered,

"A 14th name appeared on the Sword Dao Tablet."

Her red eyes widened, then narrowed, hearing what Aerion said. "When, who, and where?"

"About a year ago, by somebody named Kent Madson. It is rumoured that he is still in the High World."

After hearing that, the lady looked up, and then she vanished. Aerion collapsed on the ground and lost consciousness. He was spared, but the fear he felt knocked him out.

A few minutes later, the redhead lady appeared on another planet several light-years from where she met Aerion.

"Looks like I've been woken up much earlier than anticipated," she smiled, "This is good too. At least this time around, I will find you first and make you mine as I promised. Let's see how you resist a Universal god this time."

With that, she vanished.

Somewhere far away, Kent sneezed..."I should be careful; someone is probably plotting against me."
