Vice looked back the dust cloud "what do mean they here?"

"I contacted them when I pressed my car keys" it dangled the keys "every one in the military has a distress call, mine is my keys"

They closed their eyes, the dust pepper them with sand as the car wheels dug into the sand stopping then they heard cars doors open

"Where's Utal?" Vice heard a familiar feminine voice while the ogre saluted as she approach them

"Captain, he is trap inside of a dungeon inside a dungeon" Vice opened his eyes as the ogre spoke

He stepped away from Lucy as she leaned closer "and who is your friend?"

"He the one who helped me get out of the dungeon" it spoke

Lucy smiled as her green eyes turned dark "thats odd because my friend in the car tells me a different story"

Vice stepped back "and what is that story?"

The bird went silent as she held the hilt of her sword and stepped closer "that your involvement runs deeper than just helping"

'My stats are still lower than D-Rank, I can't fight a B-Rank' he stepped back "Miss I swear I've only wanted to help them I'm al.."

He looked at the sky and tried to resist, Lucy looked at the ogre "where is this dungeon your speaking about?"

She turned to Vice, who was still grunting trying to break the chains "Mr I like to help, me and you will be heading to city and see how your in involved in this"

"Men put him in the trunk" the driver opened the door and she climbed in

"The desert air is soo dry.." the door shut as she sat on the leather "I prefer the cool air inside the car" she looked down to the goblin sitting next to her

"Are you sure about blood on the cloth?" she spoke

She sighed "why are you mage's so emotional when someone asks you about something?" she leaned in "I am not attacking you I'm just asking a question"

The driver got into the car "good, I was supposed to be home in the comfort of my sheets but I am here working" she leaned back as the driver drove "because of those damn higher ups" the mage shut its ears with mana as she started her rant again

She saw dust as she looked at the window "I have always dreamed of being rich growing up then I learned I needed to work to be rich, it is a scam"

The driver forced a smile and nodded as she looked at rear view mirror "now my dream is to be rich with no work that a life that the way it is su..."

The car drove past the carti and withered tree's they past a dust devil then the driver could finally could see the city walls

"..I'm telling you, there has to be more to life than work what do you think?" She turned to the mage

"Captain we have arrived" the driver spoke as the car stopped at the metal gate

"Finally I can already feel my sheets" her feet tapped the car as she wiggled with a smile on her face hugging herself

"Captain you still have to deal with that creature in the trunk" the drive spoke as the city gate screeched

"Tsk" she crossed her arm and leaned back to the leather "since that soldier said he helped them, lock him somewhere comfortable until we learn the full story" the driver nodded as they enter the city

The car drove smoothly on the tar road passing the pedestrians that always filled the side walk, the car stopped at the intersection

The light turned green the driver honked the horn then drove past a few concrete buildings, the car stopped in front of the white building with a doorman

He climbed out the car and opened the door for Lucy, she climbed out "thank you Dexter" he nodded with a smile as she ran to the class doors

He went back into the car "where should I leave you sir?" He looked back at the goblin

The goblin open the door and left, Dexter watched it enter an alley then drove as the light turned green he looked at side mirror then made a u turn

He got out of the and walked to the trunk, the trunk door opened as he pressed the the car key

"You'll be staying here until you meet the captain" he looked at Vice cramped body

Vice feet felt the cold as he stepped on concrete 'I should give up on trying to kill them in a fight' he stretched his limbs

He looked at the ogre that had one tooth sticking out of the mouth with limbs that reached the knee's as he stood straight in black suit with a black tie and shirt

"My name is Dexter" the ogre reached out his hands

"My name is Nate Pryer" Vice smirked as he shock Dexter's hand 'high level ogres and goblins that have dark energy can curse someone by their name alone'

Vice pulled back his hand 'if they try to curse me that bastard will suffer' Dexter smiled back

"Good to hear" Dexter's eyes filled up with darkness "I will show you where you'll be staying" white returned to his eyes as the darkness rushed back to the pupils

'Damn bastard tried to curse me the moment we meet' he followed Dexter to the green metal door as he listened to the noise of chatter and car honks

The noise went silent as they entered the door and climbed up the stairs, Vice smiled as his hands slid on concrete wall it felt as if he had returned to civilisation

Dexter stopped in front of a red door and looked at Vice "try your best not to cause any trouble" he pushed the door

Vice heard gasps and felt stares as he walked through the white corridor

"They will not hurt you" Daxter spoke as he stood in front of a wooden door

"Mama what that freak i.." the hobgoblin covered the child's mouth as they walked past him

Vice glade at everyone that stared at him as they whispered about him pointing fingers, he clenched his jaw as he remembered the time he was scorned and despised at the orphanage for being different

"You'll be staying here" Dexter opened the door

Vice walked through the door, the was a single brown leather couch facing the wall mounted tv, the lighting touched every corner of the room yet everything felt cold

He looked at wooden kitchen counter that had no draws just a single dish and cup

"I'll tell them to bring you some food" Dexter closed the door as he left but Vice could hear the door locks turning

"Tsk" Vice looked at his status 'Im no longer strong enough to even kill Gordon'
