"I don't suppose you would allow us to take that body for testing and analysis. She's from another world, and from what I heard, she came here in a maddened state. There's every chance she could be carrying something dangerous inside her."

Jason's answer was immediate, and Fredrica huffed in anger.

"Yeah, that's what I thought."

Jason wasn't surprised that Gaia would want to take the body, but Jason wasn't interested in whatever Gaia wanted to do. She was going to become a part of Jason's Legion, and that was the end of it. Fredrica turned to return to the shore, but she blinked in surprise when she noticed that the platform that brought her here was gone! Did Agiel actually forget that she was here? Why would she take it away like that!? Fredrica's cheeks reddened slightly in embarrassment, and she turned around while trying her best to keep a serious look on her face.

"Uhm… I don't know if you'd be willing to drop me off?"

Jason finally huffed when Fredrica said this, and he shook his head when he saw Gina smile and chuckle against his side. Fredrica narrowed her eyes in even more embarrassment, and Jason just told her that it was alright. Jason began to take the shadow disk down to the ground with a thought, and as they moved, Jason finally glanced towards the tabs that had opened in front of him earlier.

Qi is an energy source that has existed across the Primordial Expanse for as long as mana, but unlike mana, which is malleable and can be controlled by most races in the Primordial Expanse, Qi is a much more difficult power source to tap into. There are no proven studies or concrete facts that explain the reason behind a certain race's ability to use Qi better than any other race, but it has been noticed by researchers that Qi is more prevalent in worlds that possess diverse natural organisms and a strong unified consciousness. Earth's consciousness and will, Gaia, is what allows humans and most other creatures on Earth to possess the gift of Qi.

All Qi practitioners go through a Qi Ranking as they gather more power with their cultivation technique. Each ranking possesses three stages (I, II, III), and the rankings go from Awakened Disciple -> Awakened -> Master -> Transcendent -> Genesis -> Apotheosis.

Jason read through all this very quickly as he made his way down to his sisters on the ground, and even though Jason was only half focused on the text, he still managed to grab everything that he needed, and he felt shock pass through him once he reached the part of the text that explained Qi and all its benefits! Esdeath had once told Jason that even the Primordials were afraid to take on the cultivators, and Jason thought it was just another one of Esdeath's stupid rants where he tried to make himself sound important. But from what Jason could see here, he now knew that Esdeath hadn't been joking! Qi was fucking impressive.
