Jason glanced at the [Cybertronic Gene] skill that he had, and he hummed when he saw that it was already at the TITAN Rank. This was the first TITAN Rank skill that Jason would have, and Jason couldn't help but be curious what it would be like to use it! The only way Jason could use this skill was by replacing parts of his body with Machina parts, and even though Jason wasn't a fan of body modifications, the mere fact that the skill was so powerful was slowly drawing his interest! Maybe replacing one eye or an arm wouldn't be so bad?

"Absolutely not. You want to tear off a perfectly good arm to replace it with a robotic attachment. That's the craziest thing I've ever heard."

This was the response Gina gave when Jason brought up the topic on a random night together, and Jason couldn't help but laugh at the look on her face. She had an expression that showed just how insane she thought the whole thing sounded! But Jason could tell that Gina had a point. The skill [Cybertronic Gene] didn't mean that Jason could automatically extract TITAN-level power from any mechanical augmentation that he adds to his body; it just meant that Jason had the potential to attach mechanical parts that were up to the TITAN Rank to his body! There was every chance that replacing his body with a mechanical part would actually make him weaker rather than stronger, and Jason decided that he would just leave that skill aside for now.

'Maybe someday…'

Gina gave Jason a side-eyed look when this thought crossed his mind. Jason hadn't even used their mental connection to speak to her, but it was like Gina could read his mind, and she knew that he was still thinking about it! Jason just chuckled again, and Gina let out an exasperated sigh as he drew her in for a loving hug. Gina really shouldn't be surprised at all. Even though Jason was very mature, he was still a man, and Gina knew that most men would find the idea of mechanical augmentations very tempting! It was like every man was still a child at heart, no matter how old they got!

Right now, Jason and Gina were making their way through a vast world known as Vaeran that was made up of mountains and valleys as far as the eye could see! They were riding on Ragnar's back as they moved across the world, and Gina couldn't help but smile as she looked down at the beautiful mountain ranges below her! They had been travelling for more than thirty minutes now, but it didn't look like there would be any end to the mountains at all! They were endless! But Gina didn't mind since they were just so beautiful! There were many types of mountains in this world. Some of the mountains had massive waterfalls that poured over their rocky surface, and there were others that had entire forests growing on their slopes. Gina put her hand on Jason's hand that was around her waist, and she pointed at a family of strange monkey-looking creatures that were visible through the mountain forest. Jason hummed in amusement when he saw them, and Gina leaned back into his chest with a sigh as she rubbed her ring. Gina knew that they were on a dangerous mission right now, but she couldn't help but cherish these moments that she spent with Jason. The two of them had been alone on the road for so long, and yet Gina felt like they hadn't been together for nearly long enough. If Gina had a choice, then she would wish that this journey lasted forever! But Gina knew that this thought was selfish, and she let out another sigh as she felt Jason rub her belly gently.

"You alright, babe?"

Jason spoke into Gina's ear, and Gina felt a shiver go down her spine when she heard his voice. Gina turned to look up at her fiancé, and she planted a soft kiss on his neck before she leaned back into him again while responding calmly.

"I'm fine. I just… I know this trip is meant for something serious, but I don't think I've ever had this much fun in my life. It feels like we're newlyweds on a honeymoon."

Jason chuckled slightly at Gina's words. Jason couldn't believe Gina thought all the fighting and running they were doing was like some sort of vacation. With the sort of personality she had, Jason had a feeling that Gina would have really enjoyed living a life of crime. Jason kissed Gina's crown and told her he understood.

"I've been having a lot of fun too, but let's do this again after everything's settled down. Remember that tourist world filled with hot springs and resorts. The one with all the giants. Let's go there later."

Gina beamed at Jason's words, and she nodded immediately in agreement! That world was so beautiful! Ragnar let out a small roar as he turned to the left and began to glide in a new direction, and Jason just laughed when Ragnar asked if he could come along as well!

"Sure thing, champ."

Jason responded to Ragnar, and the large dragon let out another billowing roar as it dived towards a new part of the mountains! Gina laughed in excitement as she felt the air rushing past her face, and Jason just grinned as he held her close to him. The trip towards the next dimensional tear passed without any incident. For some reason, this world was very mellow, and there were no hostile beings here at all. Jason hadn't even seen a single settlement along the way, and the only creatures that they picked out were the many wild animals living in the mountains and forests surrounding them! But Jason didn't see anything wrong with that since he had seen many worlds that were similar to this one. Ragnar landed on top of a large plateau that overlooked a wide lake that was shining with a silver lustre as it reflected the moonlight, and Jason got down and put his hand out to open the Dimensional Tear!

RIP!

WOOOOSSSHH!!

Jason and Gina immediately put their hands up to their faces as they felt an intense winter breeze shoot out from the dimensional tear and slam into them! The breeze was so intense that Jason could feel the cold reaching into his literal bones! Jason had never even felt a cold ever since he became a superhuman, and now that he was a TITAN, he knew that it would be impossible for any regular winter breeze to affect him! But this one was nothing like what Jason was used to! This couldn't be normal!

Crackle~! Crackle~! Crackle~!

Jason looked down, and he stepped back in shock when he saw the ground literally freezing over from the intense breeze! What the actual fuck was this? The system immediately came up with an explanation.

'So this is the power of a TITAN Rank Beast?'

Jason looked up at the dimensional tear once again, and he could only imagine what the world on the other side of that portal would be like. Jason knew that if he left this portal open for too long, then this entire world would be overrun by the cold, and it was likely going to be frozen before the week was over! So Jason quickly pulled his mana back and watched as the dimensional tear shut down!

"Brrrrrr~! My god, that was freezing!"

Gina cried out from beside Jason while rubbing her arms together.
